DO NOT GO HERE. Take your business somewhere else. I went to this place on April 2021 for my inspection, the guy Broderick said I needed to replace the front breaks, which I did. Four months later the tires of my car locked in the middle of the street, I had to called a tow truck for them to take it to the shop, the guy had told me that the reason for it was because whenever he replaced the breaks didn’t lubricate the parts and didn’t tighten one of the bolts, the bolt went through the wheel, which made my car to lock, luckily I was on a street where I was like 30miles an hr, imagine if I was on a highway? Going 70 miles an hr? I would have been dead. I went back to them, and the guy said he will called me the same day, before 5pm. He never did. He called next day saying there were nothing he can do about it, because it was over their 90 days warranty. But then again, I don’t drive long distances. Which obviously it was gonna take longer for the bolt to fall off. Then he said I should have to take it to them, but I was an hour away, and why I would go back to a place where they did a bad job to begin with? Pls don’t go there. It might safe your life.

It is always something unnecessary that needs to be fixed when trying only for an oil change to upsell for profit. Its either the workers or within the company policy to encourage these types of sales. Be aware. It happens in other types of lube companies as well.

Pulled in for a state inspection and was denied service, no explanation. When I asked who was doing inspections I was directed to another shop off the Beltway. Wound up finding a different shop just down the street, who was excellent.

Found out that previous oil change in Feb 2021 the meter was set at 3000mi for oil change instead of 5000 mi for synthetic oil.This error caused me to have an oil change sooner than needed. I wont return for further oil changes.

Chris the manager resolved the issue, he was very polite and professional. He went out of his way and bought the part and he himself fixed the glove compartment. Thanks to Chris I will give this business another chance because of his great customer service.

Took my car and they ended overfilling my car with oil. Couple months have passed and I have been informed by a toyota that Kwik Kar broke the oil cap, stripped the thread, and tried coving it up with silicone. Just horrible.

Chris was a huge help when it was time to check out my brake system. I had air bubble in my brake lines and all the airbrake fluid was washed out. Chris did a great job on my car. I left, drove 1000 miles and came back to him. He checked it again and everything looked great. Kwik Kar Lube & tune on highway 6 and westheimer A+++

Please, for the love of God do NOT come here. The oil changes might be dirt cheap with the groupon, but it is not worth it. They damaged my drain pan from my last oil change and it was a 500 dollar repair I could have avoided if I just went somewhere else. Also the staff will haggle you to get things done you don’t actually need. Terrible establishment!

I liked this location because its so quick.Its okay not to vacuum, not to check the tire pressure even though the receipt said they had been performed.I had a little mark on the oil filter before the oil change, and found out that it had not been replaced. Now I wonder if they actually put synthetic oil or not. Its not good to cheat on people like this. Very unprefessionalism. People planning to go there should know about that.

Had a groupon for oil change. The person that serviced me was a sweetheart but didnt know how to honor my groupon... i had to come back after leaving because i was overcharged. I also asked about brake service. She called her manager, who quoted me, 500 DOLLARS FOR REAR BRAKE PADS, ROTORS AND LABOR. I may be a young woman, but i was not born yesterday and i know more than people assume. The MANAGEMENT is greedy. I got my brakes done elsewhere for under $200, as it shouldve been. I also left a note to management, being greedy is not good for your business, especially when you all act like you do not what a groupon is. I appreciate the woman who serviced my car, I believe her name was Sierra. she was SO NICE, understanding and refunded what i was overcharged.

Classic Bait and Switch. You try to get something basic done and they try to upsell you on other services you dont need. Some of the workers look like they are barely learning how to use the tools they have to work on the cars.

The workers here are amazing! They offer you something to drink for waiting. The waiting area was nicely swept and clean. I was only there for about 25 minutes. I’ve recommended several of my coworkers to go there and they also liked their experience there. I could only remember one of the guys name. Great Job Chris!

Do not buy the groupon! Second time they close 45 minutes before closing time! Jay Made an excuse that the computers shut down early. Really! Pure lazyness. Made the mistake last time and they bent and put a hole in ky filter to try and squeeze an extra charge on me! Avoid this place at all cost! Ill take my business to someone who really wants it!

I saw a coupon on Groupon so i called the location and spoke to Q he was very nice and explained it out perfectly. Made quick stop to get my oil change, I can say it was Great customer service. As I pulled up, they immediately came out to greet me and my car was taken in for service. The wait time is as not bad at all!! As a woman I hate stopping by to get my car serviced at any random place, but I was really impressed with the service. Very friendly environment. Great customer service! Chris came over pretty quickly when I pulled up. I told him I was sent over by John at the Avis rental car when I went to find the Sears Auto out of business. They got me taken care of fairly quickly considering I went in for an oil change and left with an engine flush, power steering flush and replaced air filter. I could honestly say Chris was not trying to sell me extra service. I pushed back on the air filter a bit because I thought I had replaced it in May, but after pulling my receipts I realized it had been over a year since I changed it. I also knew I hadnt done anything with the power steering or engine in quite some time. Im normally a person that is pretty good with car maintenance, but I had been travelling a lot and wasnt keeping up as I should. I am happy with the service provided and I could feel the difference in my car performance when I drove away! Thanks Guys!

Went here on 2/8/2019. Great service. I was a little skeptical when they told me I need to change my differential fluid, but I said yes. Upon researching it in the lobby it looks like I did need one. The service was amazing. This location is a little out of my way, but I will be going here regularly now. I didnt get the name of the 2 guys working there during my time, but they need a raise.

Bought coupon on Groupon for oil change. Called ahead for appointment and was told it was not necessary. Arrived on Wednesday afternoon at 3:00. There were no customers and all lanes obstructed by cones. Walked into waiting room where one employee jogged out the door. The other employee was slouched in a chair in the visitors area. I asked if they were open. He explained, while continuing to lounge in the chair - never standing up, that he couldn’t help me because he was new. Courtesy would have dictated an employee, new or not, could at least stand up. He further explained the guy to help me was on lunch (the guy who ran out) and would be gone 45 minutes. Really makes me wonder if I want these guys to touch my car. Can I get a Groupon refund?

I want to thank Titus and Jermaine for the best experience I have ever had at any shop. They are very knowledgeable, and made feel very comfortable. The mechanic was very honest and did not steer me wrong. Whenever I need mechanical services I will be returning to see Titus. Great job!

I come here try to get my car inspection done, it take them more than one hour, and it was only one vehicle in line, this not it they give me the inspection report with low inked, you can’t see the report details,went back to get a better copy, it take them more than one hour to get the printer fixed the guy how was trying to print it he don’t know the access code to the system, really bad experience, I don’t recommend. If you run a Business you must be more productive and professional to get the work done right.

Chris, Trevor, and Luis were excellent. They worked fast and efficiently. I got an oil change, power steering fluid flush, fuel injection flushed and my air filter changed.

The staff here is very nice and transparent when providing service. I have been there multiple times and have only had great experiences. They even clarified some false information given to me by the dealer and gave proof to back it up.

Had a great experience here today! Came in just before 3:40p on a very busy Saturday. Since I live close by I opted to leave my car with Trevor who did my inspection, new wipers, & wiper fluid. I called for an Uber back around 4:40 (they close @ 5pm) & right as they were calling me to let me know my car was done. Trevor was very nice & professional & I got exactly what I needed done, no more or less!

Tried using the Groupon deal at Kwik Kar but it didnt work for my car which is a 328i BMW. Luckily I had bought the coupon yet. They said some specific cars they cant check the work done. So make sure you check with them first before purchasing the groupon coupons.Still 4 stars because they realized it before hand and confirmed quickly rather than having me wait till my turn comes. I bet they provide fast service.

The staff here is amazing! I went in for an oil change and an inspection,although they were very busy Chris and Trevor had me in and out in no time. They were very polite and attentive,definitely will be coming back!

They did not put my engine cover shield back on with all the screws causing it to rip. I went back and they put tie wraps on it. I just noticed and now I have to spend over $380 to replace it since it is completely ripped and cannot be fastened to the car. Won’t ever go back and do not recommend anyone to go.

These guys are sooooo fast, so polite and so friendly. They dont annoy you by talking too much. The guys were so helpful and when I declined a new air filter he did NOTHING to make me feel pressured; he simply moved on to other topics. Immediately SO RESPECTFUL of my decision. I appreciate this whole staff. GIVE THEM A RAISE AND A DAY OFF WITH PAY because YOU HAVE SOME AMAZING EMPLOYEES! I moved to the east side of Houston the day after my visit and the level of comfort, respect and chivalry these guys gave is THE reason I will drive all the way to west Houston for future service. I wish these guys worked at every business I have to interact with LOL i just cant say enough! THANKS GUYS!

I pulled up in a car I just bought from the dealership that was used and was looking to get my oil changed. The guy took one look at my all and said its good and I didnt need an oil change was kind of threw me off LOL. Upon further inspection they noticed that there was windshield wiper fluid in my radiator fluid. I really didnt think they checked all those different things but this particular place did. Chris was the one that know that to me and told me I needed to get it fixed and he gave me a good deal. I highly recommend it and I will definitely be coming back.

Sent my 2017 GMC Canyon for oil-change and all that I can say is What a rip-off! Dont go there! Go to JL instead or even your dealership! They will find excuses to overcharge you! And they admitted that dealerships are less-expensive.

On 2-28-2019, I got some work done on my car. I thought it was gone to finished on saturday but the manager chris got it done for me today, I want to thank Mr Chris for all his assistance not just on my car but on my daughters cars as well he made me feel like I was back home with my old mechanic and thats what I look for, when someone works on my car. Surprised to see bad reviews. They were very friendly and seemed to actually care about their job and professionality. Im always cynical and when they said they recommended an oil flush due to sludge when I came in for an oil change, I was hesitant. However, it was apparent after I left that the engine idled much smoother and quieter and had needed it after 65,000 miles without a flush. Great guys. Everything seemed on the level and timely.

Came here for an inspection of my car. Before I went, I did the full once over, and everything was fine. When I get there, they have the gall to tell me my windshield wipers are bad. I had just replaced them not even a month ago, and pointed out they were ripped a minuscule amount on the ends. My wipers had been fine before, and it looked like they ripped it off at the edges. The essentially told me if I do not replace it then and there (with their overpriced wipers), that he would fail me. This place is horrible, and no one should come to these crooks.

When I tell you I recieved the Best Customer Service ever today!! I was beyond frustrated with the Nissan dealerships & left feeling confused & ooverwhelmedwith the expensive cost. I decided to stop at Kwik Kar Lube & Tune!! I wanted a estimate on new break pads and possible rotor! Right off the back the i was treated with respect and they showed real concern and eager to assist. These guys were opened and honest they told me where to get parts to lower the overall cost. They even offered a personal vehicle so I could drive to purchase the car parts. This whole experience truly changed my mood!! Thank you guys for being wonderful and not taking advantage of me. You now have a loyal customer!!

Came in for an Oil Change and needed an A/C Recharge. They told me its all good to go. That they would get it done in 20 - 30 minutes. I walked over to the Best Buy across the parking lot to kill time and when I returned, they just barely started with my vehicle. I was a little annoyed, but then decided to cool off as I waited in the waiting room. 30-40 minutes go by, Im still patiently waiting, but when I glance over out of the waiting room, I see them all socializing outside and no one was tending to my car. Then they start to tell me that they are having issues with their machines and that they wont be able to complete the job on my car. They kept making excuses saying that theyve already ordered parts and supplies for their machines, but since they were closing, they werent going to complete the job on my car.I would understand if you were to refuse to do services if someone just drove up to the shop... but I have been patiently waiting for my car to be completed with services. They treated me as if a barber were to tell a customer that he cant finish the haircut mid cut because they were closing.All they offered was a sorry excuse of an apology and when I got into my car to drive it out of the garage myself, they started talking trash about me in Spanish.I can definitely say that this place SHOULD BE AVOIDED. If staff were to be replaced/retrained, even if that happened, this place should STILL be avoided.

Went specifically to this location because of a great groupon deal on a full synthetic oil change. Mind you it’s a 25 minute drive from where I live, just to be scared into thinking I had a bad motor and being told that I needed to go back to whoever did my last oil change. This happened around 3 (I was there at 1pm) on a Saturday (when most places are getting ready to close for the weekend) so I rushed to a trusted mechanic. Turns out I needed some power steering fluid and he sent me on my way after taking under 10 minutes to change my oil. Moral of the story, don’t chase the deal.

OMG..these gentlemen are God sent. Excellent customer service and always get it right the first time. I will never take my Betty any where else but here. I can honestly say that I trust them and I thank them from the bottom of my heart for always saving me.

I just spent a 1 1/2 of my time at this place for an oil change and an air filter that they talked me into. Im giving them 1 star because I sat patiently while I watched 5 other patrons come and go who arrived after me for oil changes, and oil change plus inspections. The customer service sucks. They kept coming in and saying it was almost done yet I was still waiting. There were a lot of new guys that I hadnt seen before. Ive been here twice before and the service was never this bad. Horrible service. Hopefully everything was done correctly.

Today was the first and last time I will used this location for service on my vehicle. I went for a simple oil change, my invoice stated that my fluids had been checked and filled upon leaving the location I tried using my windshield washer and nothing. Pulled the car over to check the levels and neither the windshield washer or coolant had been checked evident by the dust not being disturbed on the caps, removed the caps to check the levels both were near empty. I immediately took the car back and explain to the Tech, that the fluids had not been checked or filled. The Tech who had been so courtesy and professional when I brought the car in was now rude and unprofessional. A second Tech checked the fluid levels and corrected the situation. My concern is how can one be confident that the work I paid for was actually done. Have your car service here at your own risk!!!!

This place is horrible. They tell you after you pay all these extra charges for stuff you never asked for that they did on your vehicle. The gentlemen working on my vehicle has piss poor customer service. I would never come back here. Very rude.

Ladies be prepared As a woman, One of my biggest pet peeves is when you take your vehicle to get serviced and the mechanic tries to pull a fast one. They tell you you need to change a filter or cabin filter and do some show and tell by sticking leaves and twigs In there . When you just changed that. Not to mention my father was a mechanic. I might not know how to change the oil and filters but I know what to look for. I made sure the 2 women in there knew to say no. A lady that barley spoke Spanish with a new born was told the same thing. And when 2 more ladies walked In. You better believe I warned them. Men, teach your sisters, moms, wives and female in your life to look out for these things. Never going back.

It started ok but what I didnt like was when I had oil change done after 2 days oil change light came on and check oil was low on oil and took it back and told them and his response was maybe you have a leak and I said NO my truck does not leak ended up they miss putting another quart of oil because my truck takes 7 quarts since than I wonder if they actually check it for what youre paying for.... now I got a drive thru oil change where they show you where oil fills up and a list of everything that they check and fill it up or change thats what Im talking about

If it were possible to give this place no star, I would. They definitely have no idea what they are doing. I took my car here because it was overheating and they told me it was my thermostat, lower and upper hoses and the radiator, they charged me quite much and since I was skeptical to drive it since it was heating up, i paid the charge. Two days later the heating is still there, with my temperature pin going towards red. I went back there and they told me it was may be the clutch or the heads.If that was the case why did Oliver, so call manager not realize it initially. Then they had the effrontery to wanna charge me again for it and this time even more.I have never written a review in my life, but I thought future customers should be aware. They have a very primitive mechanic out there with no sense of his job nor customer service. Primitive ignorant coward of no use.

This place turned me around twice with two different vehicles claiming that I had leaks that stopped them from doing my oil change. It is clear that they are Racist and choose not to work on certain people’s vehicles! They attempted to turn us around before even looking at the cars by using the excuse they are too busy or packed. I took these same vehicles to another location and had the oil change done with no issues!

Came in for an oil change. They gave me 5w30 instead of 5w20 (which is what my car needs). When I brought that to their attention, they said it wasnt a big deal and makes no difference. Lack of professionalism, and careless. My oil cap clearly says 5w20.

Friendly staff and quick service, we will be returning for future car work.
