SEMITRUCK: Came here for an oil change, I brought everything oil & filters, it was fast, I only payed for labor & grease, also after that change two trailer tires. Great people. I did not use the truck wash service.

Good price, best wash ever done. Only drawback is that it took almost 1hour to wash bobtail by 2 guys.

Worst truck wash. I haven’t been to this place for 5 years I guess I forgot my lesson been back yesterday and regret every minutes of it. Save your time and money don’t do this place. They don’t know what they doing.

This place was a complete joke! Absolutely no integrity. I paid $32.00 for a trailer washout. The staff didnt even try to get the trailer clean. It looked as if they squirted water on the walls and called it done. Then demanded a mandatory tip. I dont recommend this place.

The oil change was great... but the truck wash was terrible.. there were constant ppl on the phone. Long lines, that could have been prevented with the consistant dedication from the employees. Its supposed to be a business not a play ground. I dont think ill ever bring my service to this establishment ever again. I do t have hrs to sit like this ti wait for my truck tone cleaned. The purpose was to get in and out. It was almost two hrs. To be serviced... the service was poor and un satisfactory

SLOW SLOW and poor work. Very simple, box truck exterior wash, no engine clean, no special soaps just wash. I expected a wait even with 2 trucks ahead BUT 2.5+ hours before even entering the bay?!?! Had to point out to one worker several spots that were missed, including a several foot wide blotch of dirt on the back door. Worker complained to other worker about going back and cleaning it and was talking trash to other worker as I left. In the end price was great but with quality of work and wait time I might as well buy supplies and do it myself. Workers skipped high points on the truck and frame around the back door

There was only 3 trucks including the one in the bay already being washed and still they i was there for over 2hrs. To top it off the truck wasnt wash right there was still grease on it

Best place to get your oil changed in the area or even anywhere in a few hundred mile radius! Love coming here always fast service and they always go above and beyond to get the job done! Will always do extra checks like hub oil and windshield washer fluid without charging or anything for filling up! On top of everything the mechanics are awesome and super friendly, always got a few jokes up their sleeve lol

This place is extremely slow for a 🚚 wash..Why would they only have 2 of the 3 bays open on a beautiful Saturday??I left 2 minutes after the 2hour wait..You are a bold face liar..Today was my last visit..Please value & respect ones time in the future..

I paid $ 100 for a truck and a trailer, only the dirt was smeared, this is the second time. I do not know how to wash a truck, next to there is another sink, a large queue but wash very well

They hand brushed the whole trailer got it nice clean. We ended up getting truck and trailer wash and a hopper wash out plus they cleaned my truck motor and frame. We are very impressed.

Charged me 88 dollars for them to do a terrible job you have to be in top of them telling to wash here wash there and I paid for full truck wash and the guy wanted to charge me extra 20 dollars to wash the truck frame

Hand wash..so it does take some time, but they do a really good job.

I always change my oil here, good work ( they only miss one zirk on clutch usually). I like how the price stays the same and doesnt grow every time I come here. Great guys and very friendly who work here. Highly recommend to o/o.

Lousy place, they cheated me with the gallons of oil and the price scammers.The engine of my truck is dd15 and it has 12 gallons, after they took out the old oil and they were putting the new one then they told me that after 11 gallons it was charged separately, on previous occasions I went in other trucks and that had never happened to me, I do not understand

Theyre pretty good with changing the oil on a big rig. When its busy it will take some time. Thats expected

Took an hour and a half just to get into bay 2,it was only 1 truck in front of me,they let kids and high school students do a mans job. They missed so many spots that I went to a service station to correct all the mistakes. They told me that they were finished and Im shaking my head like really, they never wash the rims they didnt wash the tires I paid for in frame cleaning they missed the whole damn frame my fuel tanks were still dirty they just sprayed water on their hoping that everything would fall off the soap is weak they had to literally rewash my truck and they did or even more lousy job the second time and I gave them a $10 tip each before I got started and they act like they had an attitude from now on I will be going to the Blue Beacon or two brothers Ill promise McCarty Truck Wash and Lube will never wash my truck again I promise the worst but I can say this the lady at the window was extremely nice very professional I will give credit where credit was due but they need to get rid of those kids and get some people that know what theyre doing if they want to see their business improve

Came here to get a trailer washout. It was a busy day for them so there was a little wait to get into the bay. But once I got in, the service was outstanding. They did a awesome job on the washout. Will return whenever Im in the area.

I have had my engine, transmission and differentials fluids changed there before along with the wash every time, I have always had a good experience and also done in a timely manner (of course I had to wait just like I would at any other shop) the guys in the shop and at the wash are friendly. Thats all I have to say....so far so good, going on 3 years going to the same place and I havent had an issue with them yet....Have a blessed day yall.

They did a decent job washing my truck and tanker. Burnt my tanks, even though I didnt ask for brightener on my truck. But I waited in line for 4 hours, and only had two truck in front of me. I left the BB in order to support a small local business, but I could have been done a lot faster at the BB.

Just had a truck wash here. Asked if they could wash my roof and beacons as well as the rest of the truck.They didn’t even do my belly boxes. Didn’t realize until I got to my next call.Very disappointed to say the least as I tipped the guy $10. Wont be going back.

Been here a few times, Will NEVER go back again. They do a weak job at washing your truck. Waited there for about 3 hours. Took pics of the sorry wash job they did and showed them to the so called manager. He acted like it he was going to do me a favor or something. He told me to get back in like and they would RINSE it again.... Really.. Wait another 3 hours?? Thanks but no thanks.

Very poor customer service.. Black chick seen me at the window and ignored me, white chick just sat on the couch being lazy never got up. Gave me a 36$ quote then i told her i have a 14ft box then she quoted me a even higher price 48$ for a wash.. Nope i rather go back to Beacon and pay my 26$!✌

Not a good wash job, they missed a lot of places. It would also be good to tell the guys in bay 3 not to put the brushes bristle side down in the dirt.

They do a nice job on my truck and flatbed trailer, good price and if you ask them for something to be done theyll do it for you, and they not rushing to get your truck out, like BB

I always change oil & wash my truck they working good in oil fast but in wash truck they need more hiring because at list 3:30 to 4 hours waiting here to get wash

Terrible wash. They always miss between the lugs and the top of the rear drives and trailer wheels. The hood is left with marks where the brush doesnt touch and the tanks and diamond plate dosent look like it was brushed. But its where my company has an account so I have to deal with it.

It was a nice wash, Yes they surely got the truck clean.. however I cant say im excited about my truck being washed with Cheap Laundry detergent..... ( I saw the bags they poured them out of... Its a powder and its Laundry Detergent )I dont know the long term effects of detergent on my paint..... oh well ~~

Not impressed with the wash. They definetly use something similar to a laundry detergent. It looks horrible when it dries, white powder like drip streaks. But quicker then sitting in line at the beacon across the street.
