Very good place for oil change nice people

Went in for a state inspection. The price was good ($25, I think) and theres a waiting area. (Theres even a massage chair that you can pay to use) I didnt have to wait long and the staff was nice.

This is a good place to go get your oils changed the wait is not long had my oil & Transmission oil changed in 30 minutes not bad

I came here to get my oil changed. Witching 30 minutes of leaving, my car was making a clicking sound when I would drive. I attempted to call the shop, but the automated system hung up on me repeatedly. I took my car back to the shop, and asked them to make sure they secured everything properly. They checked the car and said it wasn’t their fault despite the fact that the car wasn’t making the noise before the oil change. I do not recommend doing business here.

During the pandemic, they are being very careful! Wore masks, took temperatures, and provided a lot of sanitizer. Also, the oil change was super fast, everyone was nice and they paid attention to other ways to help. I liked that I could watch them work on TV screens as well.

Garbage products - the filters they use are know to rust and leak. They have pennzoil platinum on display - but don’t ask and put junk filters onto a premium oil change.

Excellent service

I honestly would give this place ZERO STARS if I really could. I went in for an oil change in August and they did not reset my truck. I called in the next day and the following day regarding them resetting it and recognizing the issue. One of their employees stated for the mistake they will give half off next oil change. I called again to INSTEAD get an inspection and pay the remaining if needed. Here comes the day of my inspection needed and of course no one knows a thing. I told them the sticker is sitting on my windshield and you can see it has not been reset. No kind of customer service does this place have. The employee I spoke to acted very careless. I explained how I as a customer work to pay for services for them not to provide a WOW customer service is beyond. I would not recommend you come here.

Quick service. People are nice. They will forget to return your insurance card if youre there for a car inspection so keep an eye out for it. No complaints on service or work.

Do not bring your car here unless you want to get ripped off! I originally went in for an oil change and asked the techs to let me know what other fluids I needed and I would tell them which ones I would get done. I went into the lobby and waited one tech came in and told me I needed “A filter, injector fluid, and POWER STEERING” I then told the tech that they could change the filter and the injector fluid, and I would take care of the power steering myself. He then agreed. He walked back into the bays and not even a minute later another tech came out and just told me what my total was going to be. Which was 219 and some change. I agreed.....thinking that everything I wanted to get done equaled up to that price. Once I leave the shop I read over my receipt and noticed that they charged me for the POWER STEERING. The one thing I did not agree to pay for! I go back to talk to the techs and both of them were like “yes I remember you saying you did not want the power steering” we then go to the Asian guy who sits behind the counter to let him know and he absolutely did not care. Wouldn’t give me my money back and made it seem that it was my fault that his tech did not communicate correctly. I usually don’t leave reviews but this place really messed up. I too work with cars and if I ever messed up on a car I would definitely own up to it and take care of my customer. They can keep my 80$ but would never get my business again. Please do your research and make sure y’all double check you receipts cause these people know exactly how to get you.

Quick, efficient, and my service mechanic and the manager were upfront about costs and service needs, even letting me know that they wouldnt do my transmission fluid work because itd be better for a place that specializes in transmissions to deal with my particular issue. I appreciated the deal, the service, and their honesty.

I brought my filter and oil and guys started working when they finished I asked them to prove that they installed my filter because they said they have camera underneath to prove it but as soon as I asked them they went back and forth and never showed me camera recording of the filter replacement job. Looks like they had something to hide. And they didnt let me stay outside to look at their job as per their procedure.Now I dont know they installed my filter or no because I was inside of my car and didnt even felt any shake of opening of filter and closing. I little bit disappointed. Now I need to go to another shop to see is new filter there or they kept old one. Why you are not transparent with customer and not showing them video of prove when they ask especially supervisor of shop said we have camera to prove it but never showed me.

Got my inspection done in less than twenty minutes

This is the first time coming in for a oil change and they had cheaper prices than most places specially on the synthetics oil also the customer service was amazing and so were the employees,restroom were clean and the thing I love about this place is that there is cameras in the lobby were you can see the guy actually draining the oil.this is gonna be my new oil change shop also if you get a synthetic oil you get 10 off for the car wash.

This place is trustworthy, and I’ve never had an issue in the 8 years I’ve been going (unlike some other places I won’t throw shade at). They have cameras at every angle on the car that you can watch in the waiting room, and you can literally see what the mechanics are doing every step of the way.

My husband take my vehicle to this place every time I need an oil change and the service is good. Fast and reliable that they check everything is working as it should on my vehicle. Prices are ok too. Dont have to wait for hours for them to finish working on a vehicle. Oh and the place is super clean inside.

An oil change and state inspection here are fast. Dont expect amazing customer service. You do get car wash coupons for the place behind them. The coupons make the oil change price reasonable if you include the car wash, but the car wash can sometimes be real slow. They are really good at telling you that you need extra services but will not tell you that you need to top off some fluids nor do they do it for you.

They seem to have changed their process of intaking vehicles for oil changed. I parked and was asked to move the car around the back and wait inside the vehicle until called up by the lube technician.There was just a different feel about this whole experience. The men werent the same friendly men from the first experience I had with this establishment.

It was really fast. I am a little concerned by other people saying they didnt top off the fluids. Will be sure to specifically request it the next time I take the car in.Also, I asked him to check the tire pressure, and he said that the low tire pressure light on the dash wasnt on so it wasnt necessary. But the TPMS gauge only triggers on tires that are below 25% of their ideal pressure. So they should just top them off... Like the fluids.

Came in for car inspection during my lunch break. They were pretty quick and convienant for me.

Went in for an oil change and state inspection, service person tells me I am due for a fuel system cleaning and he will make sure to change the oil first, then inspect the vehicle since the fuel system cleaning can sometimes reset the vehicle computer causing a failed inspection, and then finally perform the fuel system cleaning. My name gets called after 30-45 wait time and I should be on my way, YEAH NO!!! He tells me the amount (which was expected) and runs my card then hands me the service receipt and inspection results.ME: FAILED due to system not being ready? So what happen?THEM: Well sir all you have to do is drive fifty miles and come back.ME: I thought you explained process of this not happening? How can the system not be ready if you did the fuel cleaning last and I have certainly not disconnected the battery or reset the codes?THEM: Well you can come back free of charge after driving 50 miles. We got busy and to help you out I did the inspection last so you wouldnt have to wait.How does that help me??? On the drive home I hear rattling in the engine compartment, I pull over to find a hose clamp still attached and hitting parts of the engine. I decide to inspect the vehicle myself before calling to speak to management.Besides havent been given an apology for wasting my time:1. Failed state inspection after assuring me it wouldnt happen, oh but I can go back free of charge! LOL2. Wait why did you actually get the vehicle inspected knowing it wouldnt pass and charged me for it without consulting me?3. Tool left in the engine compartment.4. Tire pressure light was on, why are my tires filled with air?5. Windshield fluid is not the same as water. Thanks now I have diluted fluid!6. Had a low power steering fluid and old air filter, if you had checked I might have bought it from you. Thanks for not checking!7. With all the above I am sure all the other check point inspections were also not done.Call and speak to the front office clerk / manager / owner, point is I had nobody else to complain to than the zero chit-chat non smiling guy I have seen the 6-7 times I have been there.We spoke for 15 minutes back and forth, so I stopped him and asked him to acknowledge me as an unhappy client. Tell me you are sorry that I think I received bad service. Assure me how you will handle and resolve this not happening again and finally give me a reason I should come back, hell even throw in a 15% discount for me having to go back and get re-inspected. I got a robotic apology and an offer to stay open an extra 15 minutes if I was running late the day I choose to come get inspection.As a small business owner you must learn good customer service, be friendly, dont immediately get defensive or your business will fail!Stay away from shady practices such as not discussing with client after the process changed, I would have opted out of the inspection knowing there was a chance it would fail due to services rendered. At time of check out, you should discuss with client the items and results, instead I get flagged down by your inspections guy to assure me I drove 50+ miles, to which I replied I guess you are telling me it failed inspection.Never going back! Well except for my free re-inspection! LOLJCH

I took my 2015 Jeep for a routine oil change. They broke the cap that holds the oil filter. They wanted me to believe that it was broke when they took it off but that was not true. Refused to pay for the cap and would not reduce the price of the oil change. I had no choice but to take my car to the dealer for repairs. Inexperienced technicians. Always pushing more products for you to buy!!

The mechanics are very friendly, but that is useless with little effort from their managers. We must improve I think they charge their services too expensive.

Bad experience with a thin Korean boy with glasses who charges in the inspection and oil change area. Today I went to grab the oil change. First the inspection but it lacked a focus and lojico did not pass the inspection. The boy wanted you to strengthen they had to change the light themselves. I was going to change it he didnt want to and he wanted to charge me for 15 dollars. He got angry, he spoke to me very loudly and in rude words. And the worst thing is that customers sniffed it. He burned himself. I just paid and left that place is the last time I go there. I have 17 years doing with them but with another boy without any complaint it will be that he is the son of Papi. I only recommend them. Check well before going so that what happened to me doesnt happen to you. The shame and discrimination of a bloody and arrogant child. God take care of you from someone who has no patience. . If you want to go at this time, there are no people doing the oil change or inspection. I feel sorry for the man of the inspection that the well sorry one apologized to me. As your customer.
