I leased an office from this location for two months, at the end of the lease there was a balance due which was emailed to me. The email, however was never received since it went straight to my junk folder. There was no attempt to call me or send me a letter advising of the balance due and by the time I saw the invoice it had late fees associated with it.I was forced to pay the late fees, which is annoying given I simply wasnt aware an invoice was due. Hopefully this experience will help others to find a more professional company from which to lease your office space.

Office is nice. Staff are good. The only setback is you have to pay for parking and it’s quite far from the office. No very convenient for visitors.
