Stopped by Local Office West University to work for a day before heading to a meeting in Beaumont. Staff was incredibly friendly and accomodating, space was clean and beautiful, snacks were awesome and the location is fantastic! Strongly recommend if you are in the Houston area that you make Local Office West your new home!

I rented out an office space at local office to work remotely with my team during covid. Not only was the atmosphere warm and welcoming, but the team at Local Office was responsive and professional. Whenever I had questions, Paige, the Community Curator was helpful in answering any questions that I had. The office is dog friendly, so I was able to bring my fur pal with me to enjoy the work space. In the shared community space, there was entertainment, snacks and lots of laughs to be had with other members. I would certainly recommend this space higher than 5 stars if I could.

Amazing experience! Cant waitttt to return! Pet-friendly, extremely clean, and beautiful! From having to call twice because I forgot to ask the right questions to arriving hours later than expected, I felt welcomed! While I plan to utilize the space atleast 1x/mo, if I lived closer, I would ABSOLUTELY become a member! Thank u so very much for the amazing private office, day pass, experience!

This is perfect for that day when you need to get work done without being bothered by the crowds that are in and out of a coffee place.

I needed a space to conduct a virtual sales meeting using my computer equipment but that would be quiet and have WiFi. With little notice I contacted Local Office to arrange short-term office space. It went off without a hitch. I wished I could of give out of there long term as it would remove the distractions of my home office.

Awesome! I got a day pass to work at Local Office while home visiting family. Its a great space and adds a much needed amenity to the neighborhood. The private offices are quiet, clean, and provide everything you need to work remotely.

The fire alarms were being tested in my apartment complex today, so I frantically came here for a day pass and had such a great experience, I plan on returning tomorrow! The space is modern, the WiFi is speedy, the bathroom has dog wallpaper (plus there was an actual dog in the building) and everyone I met - staff included - was super friendly. A welcome change from working from home!

Love it! I have had my businesss office here for two years now and have no plans to leave or change a thing! I appreciate the staff, the people co-officing here, the concept, the flexibility, the location, the aestetics. Very happy!

I have loved my time at Local office. In a COVID environment, it is nice having a place I can safely come to and produce quality work. It is always clean, the other tenants are friendly and respectful, and overall is great space to work in. The staff is always friendly and welcoming as well!

I love this co-working space! Im in Houston often visiting my daughter and need a place to work. The space is very convenient and has everything I need to stay connected with my team at work. Paige is always so welcoming and wonderful! The work space is clean, well supplied and very conducive to accomplishing all my work. I highly recommend it!

What a great space! I worked in the communal space for the day. I found the space relaxing and quiet, so I could work productively. Everyone is very respectful of each other’s workspace (and noise). I really liked how there were multiple areas I could work out of, some of sofas and soft chairs. Overall, I had an extremely good/productive day here and hoping to use the space again in the future.

Local Office is the best shared office space that I have tried in Houston! I have tried others and none of them even come close. The atmosphere is great for working, studying....getting things done! The staff is very friendly and helpful. They make sure you are set up with whatever you may need. Local Office even offers quite a variety of snacks and beverages. Everything about it just puts you in a good mood!

Great space! Private offices or common areas - total winners. Paige has been so accommodating and made signing up for work space a painless and friendly process. I initially went to the competitor and thought I’d check out Local Office before committing and I’m glad I did! Parking and area is perfect and beats downtown or the Galleria!

Fun and clean space. Helpful staff and the skylights in the large common area make working so much more natural and comfortable. Brightly painted walls are fun with more traditional offices in the back. The layout is well thought out for different types of working - solo in the library or more communal in the common space / kitchen area. Lots of personality throughout and is close to lots of lunch spots. Its in a very walkable area. The wifi is very fast and great if you need to upload large files. Every nook of the space was thought through... if you pay attention youll see a lot of love went into the design to make it homey. Flexible packages are great for every type of entrepreneur or big fish in a small pond. Good vibes indeed.

Im a freelance writer so have gone in on Day Passes when I have a big project and need to concentrate. Its a great atmosphere for work. Easy to find quiet areas, very easygoing vibe, comfortable seating. Was in there today and Chick FilA brought lunch and Crave brought cupcakes! Theres a big, friendly office dog, too, who makes the rounds. Ill be back.

Had an excellent cup of coffee at Cavo, but was having trouble focusing in the buzz of coffee shop noise. Decided to venture upstairs to Local Office. Best decision I could have made! Beautifully, thoughtfully-designed space. Welcoming, comfortable vibe. Great ergonomic chairs. My day went from how am I going to get all this done? to happy and super productive. If I lived nearby, Im certain this would be my regular work spot. Such an upgrade from camping out at a coffee shop!

Great place to work! The management team is superb. The space is very inviting and accommodating to any need you have. I loved the kitchen area as well. USB ports/power outlets were very accessible. I will definitely be back!

Im such a fan of Local Office. Ive recorded my podcast there and the sound quality was perfect. Ive done a team brainstorming session in one of the conference rooms and it was absolutely wonderful! And Ive also just worked in the common space and the vibe is awesome. Its a creative environment that allows for such productivity in a cool space. And the snacks / sodas dont hurt either ;) Highly recommend Local Office if looking for a co-working space in the Houston area.

Love this place!! Great, productive work environment thanks to the perfect noise level (very quiet, relaxed music with a super faint buzz of conversation). Plenty of options for seating/outlets etc. Also manager Paige adds great vibes with her chill and positive disposition. Highly recommend!

Excellent work space. Used the conference room for a meeting and the co- working space after. High speed internet, coffee, snacks and wonderful staff. Currently attempting to squeeze it into my start-up budget. Hopefully I can make this my work home! Paige is amazing.

Im glad I found Local Office, its such a great spot to work when Im visiting Houston! The decor is well done, the chairs are comfy, and the coffee/snacks are always full. Also, the ability to connect with like-minded individuals and entrepreneurs is priceless.In terms of amenities - the fast wifi, printing, conference room access (at every membership level), coffee, snacks, beer, and free parking is really unbeatable for the price.Oh, and one of my coworkers is a dog so... win, win.

Blazing fast high speed internet is beyond awesome. They have perfect modern small offices to get your work done and even fully functioning private offices available for short term lease. I was experiencing some home Wifi wonkiness and needed to find a place to work stat! I stumbled across Local Office and so far Im impressed. Its a really laid back atmosphere which is right up my alley. They have an attached parking lot and I was able to pull right in to park. There is some construction on Bissonnet heading to the building but its not too bad. I was approached by a cute dog as I was exiting the elevator so I assume its dog friendly. I approached the reception desk and was greeted by a nice human named Paige (I don’t want to mispronoun) to inquire about a drop in rate since its my first time visiting. The fee is $25 to drop in and you have full access to all the amenities. The WiFi worked well, the coffee was good and the fridge was stocked with beverages. They have private phone booths if you need a space to grab a call. The restroom was nice and clean as well as stocked with all the goodies. Overall I really enjoyed working here today and I’m looking to see if my stipend will cover a membership.

We just moved into our private office at Local Office, on Bissonet, in Upper Kirby. Could not be HAPPIER! It was a great “bang for your buck” as we shopped around a bit first. It is brand new and has fabulous amenities, snacks and beer for all day 🍾. Love the general vibe and staff is super helpful. Parking is easy and on-site parking, internet, etc. The best part, being in a community where I can network and meet other entrepreneurs, next door. Would love for some of you to come be next door to me! We could carpool, lol! Message me for more info, happy to introduce you to the owner (he might give you a month or two free!).

Sometimes I just need to get out of the house to focus in a different environment.Local Office has the best internet connection within 25 miles and you can use Ethernet or WiFi even if youre just there for the day. Their co-working rates are reasonable and the environment is a lot more professional than the average co-working environments.Relaxed, and high quality everything: seating, power, internet, snacks, drinks.Honestly, no one can match them in Houston for paid co-working.Also: Cavo is downstairs, top 2 coffee in the city, right next to Catalina.

So cool to watch this building transform from the windowless warehouse it was for so many years, to an incredibly well designed coworking space in the heart of West U. The location is phenomenal and the amenities are unparalleled: crazy fast high speed internet, free coffee, numerous small office options and conference rooms, flexible short term leases, and a fun environment that promotes collaboration and success for all members. Local Office rocks!

Local Office is unlike any of the other coworking spaces I have visited in the past. This one is very clean and in a perfect location with parking. It is in the center of Houston near lots of businesses and restaurants etc. Not just that but the offices have great office furniture that is comfortable and easily adaptable to everyones needs- there are a range of different environments to work in: conference rooms, small offices, phone rooms, a library and breakroom space that also functions as a lounge. The owner is really great at communicating and quick at responding. The interior of this place is very fun and comfortable to work in.. not to mention the coffee and high speed internet.Contact local office if you are looking for short term leases and not wanting to lock in to years in other office spaces.
