The administrative ladies that sit up front are professional, helpful and always seem to be in good spirits. They are also very polite and have always been kind to my clients. Ive called my own office number to check and make sure they are answering the phone the way I would like and they have without exception. If you are looking for a low budget way to have an office this is really ideal. I think the office was remodeled recently, it looks clean and modern. Very happy I went with this location. I think it varies quite a bit from location to location depending on who is managing it. I did not have a good experience at the Uptown location.

Very poor management and deceptive trade practices. I had an office in one of their nearby locations in Houston and they broke their lease with minimal notice causing much disruption to my business. They promised to pay my retainer promptly and still have not... after three months. Stay away from this company!! Apparently, they are a British based company, with their accounting department is in Manila, so you cant get anyone with any real authority on the phone. Thier local management team is comprised of incompetent, powerless clowns.

Nice office building to visit and do business.

Regus defines poor customer service. Egregious contract terms, nickel and dime charges for every little thing, and extremely rude employees. Rather than settle a service dispute, they will send the matter to collections instead (failing to mitigate damages) while adding additional charges along the way. The Houston company that Regus acquired (Abby Office) was much better. I would avoid this company at all costs!

I had a virtual office at the Woodway location for a few months. During those few months, I could not believe the service one of the staff gave me. There was two receptionist and one manager. One of the receptionist was very rude. She will talk back in an unprofessional manner and is always on her cell phone when I walk by. These are not business calls because I overheard her say Haha I dont know why she even wore that, half of her a** was hanging out like she was on her way to work or something If I am not mistaken, her name is Becky. The manager is Gwen, she does not listen well. She actually does whatever the Rude Receptionist says. I noticed this a few times. In other words, Do not sign a contract with this location.. Regus is a great company but this location has a few bad apples. The staff is very rude and will not give your clients a smiling face that they deserve!

Had a 10am appointment and wasnt seen till 2pm. Computer problems they said.
