I absolutely LOVE working with Shannon M. She is super professional, kind, hard-working and fun. Shes like a sister who can be personable as well. Every time we need something taken care of, consider it done and done quickly. Our company really enjoys being at this location, too. Its convenient, the offices are nice, the prices are reasonable, the tenants are pleasant and the amenities are bar none. Our company started here 1.5 years ago with one office and three cubicles. Today, weve grown to eleven offices with two cubicles and we plan to take the top floor in due time and even add our name to the building. Thats just how much we like it here. I have rented a few offices but North Houston Executive Suites is superior by far. The amenities and the staff are so helpful. Plus there is a great Cafe and a gym in the building as well for tenants to use.

Honestly one of the best office spaces Ive worked at before (Ive previously worked out of Start Houston and WeWork). The staff is amazing, the facilities are great, 24-hour access is awesome, free gated parking garage. Honestly worth trying if you need a space. I live in the Woodlands so this being off the highway is super convenient.

This is a grate place to set up your business office. Theyre very professional and they always maintain a friendly environment.

The building is everything one would expect in an executive suite office but Shannon at the front desk is the real superstar. Everything is handled perfectly, efficiently and seamlessly without a single misstep. The water bar and coffee service is what would be expected from a boutique coffee house. This is a serious office space with a really great vibe about it. I highly recommend North Houston Executive Suites to anyone looking for a professional space on the I-45 corridor.

The place is unprofessional I don’t recommend it at all I called four times only to get a rude receptionist who did not even give me a price.

The building has a clean & professional appearance. The Executive Suites floor is nicely decorated, offices are furnished with good quality office furniture and the staff is extremely helpful and pleasant any day of the week. Having the HPD in the building gives the building a safe feeling on top of everything else. I would highly recommend North Houston Executive Suites to any body.

The place is quiet and laid out very nicely to have your own space when you need it. Gorgeous conference room is a huge plus as well.

Ive really been impressed with the staff at NHES with their attention to detail as well as their customer service. I started in a co-working space with another company in another city, and they were relentless with extra charges and renting out the communal space where I worked and it was exhausting. NHES is a breath of fresh air!

With HPD and a guard stationed on the main floor, the building is the safest in all of Greenspoint. Shannon and the staff are very accommodating and patient. With so many amenities it was harder to find a reason not to lease with N.H.E.S. I absolutely LOVE this location!!!
