Nails and toes always done at the same time. Be an adult and make an appointment. This is the 3rd time Ive been there and made an appointment for both services at the same time. I’m very specific with what I want and the ladies are always so sweet. Nancy normally does my toes and Cindy does my hands, they both were off today which was a bummer but Judy did my toes and Helen did a wonderful job on my hands. Don’t get mad if they make you wait if you don’t have an appointment. I see it all the time. Less busy times are mon-wed before 2pm. You’re welcome

I’ve come here a total of 4 times now. They are all very sweet ladies but the quality behind the work is not worth the price, I’ve had two pedicures and two full sets. Cindy has an untamed attitude so you don’t really know what you’re going to get with her, her work is not all that great. I’m so frustrated with paying $60 for toes and for me to hate them. I had to correct the lady so much, I eventually gave up and knew I was going to have to leave with terrible work on my toes. I’m giving them the 3 stars simply because they aren’t rude and aren’t terrible, it’s just never symmetrical work. I paid and extra $10 for the tips to be lengthened with acrylic and the shape is just so dissatisfying. I will no longer be coming here.

I have used the services @T Nail Spa for the past 4 years. My daughter, my mom and me all go there for pedicures. I specifically go to one person who understands how picky I am and her name is Thu. She is amazing, efficient, and gives her attention to details. I’m a bit OCD so her attention to details is very important to me. On this particular occasion I needed a pedicure badly but I was dealing w/ an injured foot. Well she took very good care of me without hurting my foot. Love her!

I don’t like giving negative reviews but left pretty frustrated yesterday. I’ve had good service here in the past with Donna and An (hence the 3 stars) but this time, I had a new tech..Sophia. I felt like I had to tell her how to shape my nails the entire time. Eventually got annoyed and just let her finish so I could leave. My natural nails were nice prior to this and now they’re brittle, crooked, all different shapes and one of them is broken that she just painted gel polish over. For pedicures they’re good, but if you want a decent gel manicure, I would say go elsewhere. Plus not as a clean as most places during a pandemic.

I had just a great time! Ms.Thi actually made me feel like at home with a beautiful attitude. Very kind and gentle with my nails and clean environment. She recommended me how to make my nail base stronger. I can truly tell you they actually care about you in all aspects. I recommended everyone to check them out! Sweet ladies with a lot of talented hands.

Worst nail salon I ever went to! And Ive been doing my nails since I was 15 and Im 34 now went and did my nails Monday and its Saturday today and all my nails have fallen off!!! They would start on me and then when someone else came in, they would leave me and start working that person. It took me over 3 hours once. Also they dug into my right big toe so badly, that I got an infection and had to see a podiatrist. So I was very happy with the service today and I will be back. And you are very close to my house. I loved the services provided and also the variety of colors and their flexibility with recreating any design that you would like. Cindy did a great job on my nails and was very attentive and also added some great ideas to the design that I requested. Leanna pampered my feet I loved how she massaged and cared for my feet—it was like an added service the way she added a little—yet a lot — of love and care by massaging and gently using her nails to give a calming and personalized affect. I will be back again. If there’s any improvements I would say lower the prices just a little bit—either way...I’ll still pay for the level of attention my feet got from Leanna. Take care!

I am so frustrated with the people that work here. I left in tears today. I had services done with them last weekend, a pedicure with a full set of dip.1. The quality of the products used is horrible2. There is no sanitation system in place3. During a pandemic they should be sanitizing like crazy4.The owner Michelle is very disrespectful and does not treat her clients with respectI will never ever return here and give them my business and will not be recommending friends and family either.None of the techs are licensed, they are not sanitizing the salon or tools they use and are not using the correct products that are good quality, clean or safe for their clients.When I returned to the salon yesterday to have my problem fixed I only asked for the nails to be buffed and for a new top coat because the original applied was of poor quality and didnt stay on, however the nail tech and owner Michelle proceeded to mess with the nails further and ruined them. When I expressed my disappointment I was blamed and yelled at. I did not have time so I had to leave because I had to be somewhere.She promised to fix them the next morning but when I got there she herself wasnt there and had scheduled me with my original tech Cindy. When I got there I was yelled at again by the the women working and they basically refused to fix it until they called Michelle and confirmed this with her.I was not only yelled at by the owner but the other women Donna and Cindy when I asked for them to fix the issue. I asked for the best resolution in the interest of every individual in this scenario rather than asking for a refund however I was yelled at and ridiculed and talked badly about by the women working in there.As a customer, I dont deserve this treatment.I will be reporting them to TDLR for their unethical and unsanitary business practices.

They are very slow &’my nails never comes out how I would like for them to be very pricey then they will have untrained people doing your toes. my nails did not look like a professional salon did them a lot of them were not straight &’uneven.they took so long my butt was numb &’I was just ready to get out of there. Don’t recommend this place I’ve given them so many chances

I am making this review on what I have seen on my wifes fingers & toes.Toes were acceptable. But the fingernail polish was already peeling after the 3rd day. This is unacceptable. If you are paying over $30 you would expect the polish to last at least 2 weeks.It is too costly to be a woman. 😂

I called to ask if they where busy and they said it was good to come in. I get the in like 12 minutes and the place was packed, obviously busy. I sit and wait for like 30 minutes and what bothered me the most was watching how other ladies where coming in and all where getting seated right away while I was made to wait. I walked out because it was very disrespectful and unprofessional.

Mai did my feet and let me be the one to say I dont think its possible to be topped. She was so knowledgeable about so much I left out feeling like a brand new person. She went over and beyond, Im a person that wears heels and sandals a lot so you could only imagine how rough my feet can get but let me be the one to tell you that my feet probably hasnt felt this soft since I was a baby. Lol, no exaggeration. SHE IS THE BEST. Thank you very kindly for my services provided. I will return.

They take care of you.I messed up two toes the same day as I left there (too many polish coats) and tyre next day they told me to come back. They took care of it at no charge.Theyre friendly, professional, and I love the work that they do with my pedicures.

Pedicure with Judy was awesome and she did a great job. I got the works.Manicure (shellac) from Dianne was less so. Haphazard application, not all fingers at the same time, forgot my thumb altogether. And it started to POP OFF IN BITS AFTER 3 DAYS. Never has shallac POP off! I am on vacation or I would have gone back in personally and complained and asked for a redo.BUT - this is only my third time at T-Nails and the first two times were very good. Nails lasted for weeks. I think the problem this time was the manicurist. Will be avoiding her in future.

The ladies are lovely. Only few are rude but I dont mind. I usually call and request to have my service with my favorite ones.Though they do need to work better when it comes to focusing on what the customer wants and needs. They seem to focus more on getting your business then the service they provide. Lately I feel like they dont listen and do what they want. Couple of times Ive said what I didnt like and all they say is is okay I fix for you when theres been times that it cannot be fixed. I been going there for years and I expected for them to compensate me with a discount instead they only said You want to come back tomorrow will fix it. My nails are not fixable they filed and buffed my nails so much they are super sensative. They ruin my nails this time, they hurt so much! 😔 Michelle was not there today. I hope she reads this review and works on improving their service.

Very messy work. The quality of their work is not good at all. My pedicure did not even include a massage or a scrub. The glue from the acrylics was stuck to my skin and had me bleeding. Will never come back.

Avoid this place! 1st time here and its hard to believe this place has the rating that it does. I received a pedicure and shellac manicure and both services were rushed and of below average results. The tech was messy and unorganized. The clippers and tools used were not sanitized. I had to ask her to use a different towel than the one she had just used on a different client. This was not worth my money!!Update: pedicure polish chipped the same night and as of today (9/30/19) half of the shellac has chipped off. Worst manicure and pedicure in my life!!

I got a pedicure with regular polish, everything looked fine until I seen there was a black line on my toe so I told the tech and she said she would fix it. I sat down in the chair and she took off the polish to re do it, and when she started using the buffer she went way to hard and ripped my skin off and now I have a scrap where she went to rough.. I’ve been here plenty of times and they always do great.

This was my first time using this nail salon and my tech Mai was amazing !!!! Mai is very genuine, sweet and knowledgeable. Mai’s pedicure was the best I’ve ever had. I will definitely return !

I went in a couple weeks ago to get a refill... I specifically asked the lady named Cindy to take the nail off and trim my nail underneath and do my nails the same length.. Instead she cut the acrylic, and did the whole thing shorter.Not even a day went by, and I barely hit something, and a nail chipped off at the end. I went back to get Cindy to fix it, and she went so hard and rough on my ring finger to the point that it started to bleed. Three days later, my nail gets infected.I went back in to see if they could treat it, and they made it seem like it was my fault that my nail was infected. I didn’t even get one apology from any of them.This place is TRASH... I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!

Ive been here a few times, I found somebody good named Nancy. This last visit she was busy and so I decided to get my nails done by someone else. On my next visit I came back to Nancy and she was very rude. Nancy (the rude manicurists) and I suffer from extreme eczema on our hands which causes me to have several open wounds and dry skin. Upon completion of my manicure she for some odd reason sprayed alcohol directly to my hands causing me extreme pain 😢. I needed two acrylic nails done so she did them however she didnt want to file them to fit with my rest of my nails. I am so disappointed in this I pay very well when I came here

Me, my mum & sister come here because it’s close to our house & we always loved the service but a couple of months ago my mum got her nails done & the nail tech did a bad job & her nails started chipping two days after she got them done & she wanted to go in & get them fixed but she was working so when she finally had the time to come in they told her that they were going to charge her to fix it because she came in a week later. Then today I went in with them & the tech Cindy was rushing to get my mum to pick a color & was being rude so when we asked to get another person to do her nails she got an attitude & stormed off.

I Love Nancy....And of course the Gratefulness of every Lady in the shop. Everyone is Friendly, hard working, clean and Take Pride in their Work!!!

This last time Sophia did my manicure and shellac and loved her work ethic. Perfection is their goal and I well appreciate it. I’ve been twice now and have been really happy with my gel manicures. Ann does a great job, she is very thorough and I’ve loved how they turned out and lasted looking beautiful for 2 full weeks. The only reason for 4 stars is how strong the salon smells.

When I went in I wanted color at first, they sat me down with one lady, I changed my mind to pink and white. Well they switched ladies b.c another one was better at it. Most of the time they would have just continued. Cindy was amazing! She did one nail and showed me to make sure I would like it. I am VERY picky, I didnt have to tell her one thing. She did a fantastic job! DEFINITELY will be back!!

Nails look horrible went and paid for basic mani and pedi .. when I should’ve saved my money and done them myself. My manicure looks horrible.. slapped the polish on there very sloppy.. didn’t clean up the excess polish .. never ever returning. Regret paying for the service when it was POOR!

I have been to this location 5 times now because it is right next to my apartments. The first 3 times I went, I got acrylics and never got the shape I wanted and they never cleaned up around the nail. The 4th time I went was to repair my nail that had split horizontally in the middle of the nail. It was extremely painful but was told it was not my actual nail. The lady did repair it and went over my other nails, fixing the shape and cleaning up the nails finally. They did not charge me which I appreciated. However, yesterday my nail split again in the exact same spot without me doing anything to it. It just slowly started to come apart. I arrived this morning right at opening and was told someone would help me. I waited for 25 min just to be told I would have to wait an additional 20-30 Mims just to get one nail fixed!For the trouble this place creates, it is not worth it me to continue doing business here.

This was the first time I had been here. I read all the reviews and thought I need to try T Nails. They did an awesome job. I definitely will be going back and their prices are reasonable. I think I finally found my nails salon.

I came as a walk-in a received great service at a great price! My nails are so PRETTY. These are very sweet, hard-working ladies. I returned after accidentally chipping a nail, and they fixed it free of charge, and then quickly re-did all my nails with a new coat. Very nice, I will be back :)

I have been to this nail salon two times and never experienced what happened the last time I went and will not be going back they cut my skin several times and did not stop to ask if it hurt all they did was rub alcohol on it which of course made it worst for my skin also because I have sensitive skin another thing I have mentioned to them and they proceeded to ignore me while I was telling them I was feeling pain in my cuts at this point I suggest not going to this place I’m disappointed...

Came in as a walk in because it was the only place I could make it to before they closed after I got off work. They have a great color selection and are all so friendly. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because I did have to ask my tech twice to fix the shaping of a couple of my nails and while painting them she didnt paint the side of my thumb nail until I asked during the second coat. Just small mistakes that she as a nail will perfect as she does more and more nails. Overall I left happy and thats what matters. I will be back!

I had a full set of nails and a pedicure $40 for nails pedicure$40 my nails broke in after 2wks I usually get nails done elsewhere but decided to use this nail shop never have I ever had my nails break and then they advertised a design that they could not deliver.
