Love love love this spot!!! Customer service always on point . My favorite nail tech she is creative and always does my nails great!! The experience was so nice I decided to get a pedicure too. The services were very inexpensive and the staff was very friendly.

I love my nails. This was my first time going to this nail salon. I love the work they did. They offer the best service and very welcome environment. I would recommend this jewel to all my friends.

Made an appointment a couple days prior and was immediately taken care of when my friend and I arrived. We both got a gel mani and normal pedi. The place is super clean and up to date with covid protocols. Cant wait to go back for a pedicure.

Walked in a little after 1pm and was immediately seated to a regular spa pedicure and regular manicure. I keep my nails natural so unfortunately this review will be for natural nails only. Two of the technicians worked, one for the mani and one for the pedi. The pedicure was awesome. She was gentle but thorough and continually asked if I was okay, especially when removing cuticles. She was concerned about a nail that does not bother me when I run so I was happy she asked before digging in and trying to rip the nail up... Ive had that happen, not fun. Im ticklish af so when I started laughing during the foot scrub she actually firmed up her touch and somehow it became less ticklish. She also massaged my calves which was perfect after a morning run. She did a great job and Im definitely going back, during the day, at the same time, bc I forgot to ask her name, and I only know her and the other tech by their faces now. The tech who worked on my nails, wore glasses and she was gentle as well. No hard pushing on the cuticles or abrasive over filling. Squared off my nails the way I like them and of course, massaged my arms. Oh, the massage chair was great too. She even let me stay in the chair while my nails dried since it was a slow hour. Great salon. Definitely going back!

Love it took they time showed me photos of what designs they can do. Will come back again.

I’ve been going to Rose’s for years and always seeing Kevin. I normally love my nails but after my last visit I will NEVER be returning. He cut my finger while filing then when it was time for the shellac topcoat he painted my fingernails with it and there was still blood on it and dipped back into the nail polish tube. It was all done so fast I couldnt even say anything about how gross that is. Thank God I’m totally clean but imagine how many other times they’ve done this and you never know what diseases people have. Also he never apologized for cutting my finger.

Love coming here. They are friendly and if they mess up or you mess up your nails and you dont like it, come back the next day and they will fix them for free! Great customer service. Prices are reasonable too. They dont rush just to get you out fast either.

I recently moved to Texas and have been to SEVERAL nail salons I havent been pleased with. I went in on a Friday around lunch and was happy that my wait time was just a few minutes. My nail technician, Thuy, was pleasant and very helpful. She was diligent about her work and made sure I was satisfied with the cut and color. The tools were cleaned and she took an extra effort to clean them again. I purchased a full acrylic set with a coffin cut and had my cuticles clipped. She did an amazing job! I will be returning. Thanks Thuy!

They are the only nail salon that cares about the quality of there pedicures for men. I have ingrown nails and they make it a point to make certain that when I leave I am not hurting. I will be back each month with out fail.

Went here a couple of times. They will tell you it is a 15-20 minute wait no matter how long you wait. I just waited for over an hour, while they just completed the person I was with while I sat there waiting. He also put my feet in water and left when another person walked in for a manicure. I send d up just sitting there so long I finally had to leave after my friend was done. They never apologized or anything but actually made excuses for not being able to do it.

Good pedicures hit or miss on dipped nails.

Worst place ever. The nail lady messed up my nail and took my skin off then when I asked her to fix it she wouldnt take ownership of her fault. Will never go back. Stayed there for 3 hours and still wasnt happy
