Had a pretty nice time here! The review is delayed but I came in and got a pedicure for the first time and then a much needed haircut. The stylist did great work and I’m planning to get one of the VIP packages next time I’m there!

Casey in d front was very nice and respectful and professional and she offered a drink really quick no fuss Nd no complaints and friendly Nd got me in with a walk in no appointment needed and also my stylist Christi was very friendly with my haircut Nd beard trim did a very good job very happy definitely coming again loved the service loved the place Nd the d drink !!

Tune Up (both this individual location as well as generally) offers a great affordable hair cut! I used to think that a cheap haircut at generic stores were okay, but I have since been converted. Highly recommend!

Cuba has been my barber for over 8+ years, I can’t trust no one else with my hair, he is the best at what he does and he takes his time, if you want a clean fade with a perfect edge up or any type of cut I strongly recommend Cuba for the job, he’ll get it done no doubt. On top of that he’s a great person, super cool/chill and hilarious! But at the same time very professional. Don’t miss out! Only at Tune Up.

“Tune Up” not only any place that you go to cut your hair in . But, its a whole experience with good vibes and cleanliness and with professional staff. When you go down there ask for “KHALED” and make sure to clear your schedule for him because you will be surprised about how detailed and how serious his work . You will see the difference between an average barber and the difference in two decades experienced barber . 10/10 service .

I get my hair cut by Khaled every week, he’s the BEST barber out there. The staff are friendly and everything is clean! I pay for the VIP package it’s a great deal if you like getting your hair cut every week!

Amazing hair salon for men! They are very clean and wear face mask and check your temperature as you get to the shop. As a mom I feel very safe to bring my son for his haircut to this shop. They are very nice and friendly. The two free drinks at the bar is a plus! If you go there ask for Khalid or Eden! They do great haircuts!!!!!

I’ve only had two barbers in my life. One is dead, and the other one is so hard to get a hold of. I really needed a haircut, and my brother-in-law told me about this place. I googled the closest location, and Called. I was very surprised that they had an available appointment at 5 PM( it was like 430 when I called). When I got there, I checked in and sit down. I was pretty worried because at 6o’clock I was yet to be called for a haircut. Finally, I was paired with a girl name Holly. And I cannot express how satisfied I was that she was a genuine human being. I really dislike when hairdressers try to fake flirt with you, trying to get the biggest tips… That was not Holly. She actually had something genuine to say, we literally talked about the movie grease the entire time I was getting my haircut. Not only was it a great conversation, I was actually surprised on how great my haircut was. Granted, I did not get the subscription because I only get my haircut twice a month, but I definitely will go back, and get a haircut from Holly.

Went to a Tune Up on my wedding weekend and have loved going to different locations throughout Houston ever since. Daveta was outstanding and the whole Jersey Village location team was kind throughout my time at this location. Looking forward to returning again soon!

Set a 2 pm appointment with a barber, walked in about 5 mins early and the barber had a guest she was finishing up with. She finishes up her guest about 20 mins later, she’s cleans, and she calls another guest who walked in after me. The receptionist informed the barber that she had a 2 pm appointment with me and she informed her that he’s a vip so he gets to skip the wait. Waisted my time there waiting for this “appointment”. Safe to say I won’t be coming back to tune ups again when there’s a locally owned barber shop not to far from them who actually know how to respect a customers time.

I came in from Florida just on a whim and I was treated with respect upon entry. The staff was amazing and very helpful and insightful about their business. That alone had me thinking this was a good decision, and then when I got the cut, my barber Eden, did a really great job! Between the service and the drinks... Coming from Florida to here I’ve definitely found my Barbershop!

Terrific service by Sabrina! If you come here, you have to request her. You will not regret it. Not only did she do a fantastic haircut/beard trim but she taught me things about my own hair and what looks good with my type of hair that i had no idea about.

What an awesome salon! It far exceeded what I had imagined before visiting, and the staff was very polite and personable. I love how its arranged inside and it was very comfortable to spend some time there and get a haircut. It also felt welcoming and they werent just trying to get rid of their customers. The stylist was also quite attentive and really took her time to make sure my hair turned out right. Its my new favorite spot for haircuts!The beer is also an awesome perk. Playing baseball in this heat had my son wanting a new ‘do! Eden (Stylist) provide the clean fade, and Khaled (Barber) provided the sharp edge up. They were professional and clean. They also complied with all CDC guidelines, making this Mama feel comfortable. Highly recommend them!

I was skeptical at first of the “free alcohol” advertisement, but the salon actually gives anyone over 21 two free drinks. Seeing the sign for “free beer” also worried me, but there is a large selection of liquor as well. The monthly package is completely worth it because the majority of people get more than one haircut a month which ultimately adds up to the price of a membership. The unlimited free haircuts alone make the membership worth it, but there are many other perks included in the package as well. For me, the free drinks really make this salon my absolute go-to, but the super friendly staff and their attention to detail, in both their client base and haircuts, eliminates any room for competition. Being a relatively new place, this undiscovered gem is sure to be the talk of the town very soon! I highly recommend all my friends, family, and everyone else reading this review to stop by!!

Great new addition to Jersey Village for manly salon services and a couple of adult beverages. Professional, friendly and talented hair stylists in a fun atmosphere with rock music playing. I will try out the mani/pedi next time in addition to my haircut. Highly recommended.

First time getting a cut at Tune Up with Daveta. She was great and quick . Listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I asked for. I feel good and look good too.

I brought my husband here for a hair cut cause I wanted to check this place out. We loved it!! Fatimah is a charm!! I was going to pay $45 (the first time) for what my husband got done and she offered us a monthly subscription for $75. We went for that and now my baby gets his hair cut and other stuff done every week for only $75 (He used to get his hair cut once a month or two 😒)!! We walked in there the second time and Fatimah knew who we were and called us by name ❤Plus, they have free mixed drinks for him and I. They make us feel VIP! They even have a bottle for him at the bar with his name tag on it for whenever we go. Definitely recommend this place 100%

First time coming to this particular location. And the Last time. Everything felt rushed and careless. Couldn’t have been more than 10 minuets. Nothing is lined up evenly and now I just need to go home and finish everything. When we were finishing up, I’m asked “you good?”

A very fancy hair salon for men! Beautiful decorations and friendly hair stylists! I’m a girl, but the men in my family go there both for the haircut and pedicure! I recently took our son to this salon, and he absolutely loved it. Eden did really good on his hair and he even got to play a good round of checkers and lounge out with free beverages. My kid keeps begging me to go back and I’ll for sure come back.

Worst haircut I have ever had. All my sides are uneven and I had to tell the lady 2 times to cut where she missed. I dont remember her name but she was trying to get me in and out of there. I now have to go spend more money to fix my hair because I dont even trust them to touch my hair at all. Yall should go to sports clips. So much better quality then this so called man salon. THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO CUT HAIR!
