Please do not waste your money here. The staffs are extremely rude. they look down me.

This place has very bad customer service. I went in to see if I could get a quick upper back massage and the ladies told me to come back, we busy right now. There were three employees tending to one customer. They dont have to worry about me coming here anymore.

The manager is very nice, I don’t know why other reviews say she is rude and angry all the time!Pedicure is pretty good for a reasonable priceThey can give me discounts once you go there for a whileBtw when I mean a while I mean for a couple monthsIt’s like any good Asian place for nails and spa :)

I had the greatest experience today with my BF. Shot out to Thu for doing a wonderful day on my eye brows and feet. This was the best experience at a nail shop ever. A shoulder massage, pedicure and waxing felt so good. I left relaxed. It looks questionable on the outside, but looks great on the inside. The staff is nice and the place clean and relaxing.

Bad service, I was not asked and sold me a face mask for $ 10 without warning about its cost, I will not go there again

I had the WORST experience here! The customer service is terrible! I went in to get my powder nails removed 40minutes before closing and I left with my nails in worse condition from when I came! For example, In their efforts to hurry up and close, they left my nails soaking in acetone to the point where my nails were brittle because they were trying sweep and clean the shop! I was SO upset. Im still dealing with growing out my nails back to health again. I recommend that you DO NOT waste your money here.

I cant even gather my thoughts enough to write this review. I just left Encore and the total was $170. $170!!! That is insane. They never showed me a menu or mentioned cost, my assumption was that a deluxe pedicure would be just that - a deluxe pedicure that typically runs $40, not at Encore, it was $70! I wont be going back EVER again. Not to mention, I was immediately sat in a pedicure chair and was left sitting there in cold water for over 20 minutes. The entire process took 2 hours.

The ladies here are great! Make you feel welcome and do a fabulous job! Its a little higher price then some places but well worth it.

The manager was screaming at her own employees before she turned on one of the other actual clients. The woman she began screaming at was getting married and had brought 5 of her family members. The manager continued to scream and heckle at the bride. While the bride attempted to settle the bill, she asked her upset mother to take the remainder of the family outside. The manager actually locked the door and the entire family was LOCKED in the building. The bride noticed that she was overcharged and ended up having to spend extra time settling the bill while the manager continued to scream at everyone. Several of the customers were incredibly upset by the managers behavior. It was ridiculous. I am never again coming to this place. It is a hazard, and I would avoid. I sincerely feel for this womans employees.

Great service!!! I really would recommend you to visit there!! Prices are a little high but not bad!

Pedicures could be better as far as polishing goes. My paint never seems really crisps or lasts considering the price. But the shellac on my nails is great and lasts forever!

Service was horrible. Rushed pedicure. Once arrived, was placed in water and waited for more than 10 minutes before someone started. Techs spoke in their language the entire time. No engagement with customer AT ALL.It seemed as if the tech charger my card twice, I asked what was the first receipt for, she responded by saying nothing, do you see any money on there ??Rude attitude. She is tall with shoulder length hair. Horrible experience. I will not return or recommend this salon to my clientele.

This is a wonderful spot to get your nails done. It has such an amazing atmosphere and the staff who works is just awesome. I totally recomend this spot to anyone. And their work for nails and massages are spot on! I love it. Thanks a bunch nancy you did a great job on my nails!!

Rude staff and horrible service. I got my nails done and the lady cut my fingers so many times and the nails looked horrible. Never going there again.

I NEVER write bad reviews but I thought this experience was review worthy. First off Ive been to this salon numerous times and never had a bad experience until yesterday. I went in for a pedicure and a facial but I asked for a pedicure first. They put me in a chair right away but I set there with my feet in water for 30 mins while the most of the team worked on one customer. Im ok with VIP treatment to your customers but just tell me you dont have time and I can go elsewhere. That made me change my mind about the facial. The chair did not work because it wasnt plugged when she came over to plug it I asked for more hot water. When she let the cold water out the pipe behind the chair busted and started spewing water. I was then moved to another chair. After sitting there for 30 mins a lady came over to do my pedicure I could tell she was new because she didnt know the answer to any of my questions and the nail tech that was doing my daughter pedicure said she was new. I paid for the $65 pedicure and the lady poured two of the packs from the Lavender box in the water and then let the water out without doing anything to my feet with it. The massage was horrible!!!! Now its time to pay the lady asked if I wanted to leave a tip of course I did not, but after swiping my card she threw it on the counter instead of handing it to me the same way I handed it to her. I will never return to this nail salon. Worst experience ever!!!!

They are mediocre. I would say overpriced for mediocre job. I had been once prior for basic mani/pedi so I was aware of their upsell tactics. I wanted something a little more this time for Mardi Gras. I decided to get chrome mani/pedi. I knew this would be an upcharge so I was careful to make sure they didn’t upsell the mani/pedi with add-one. They seemed annoyed that I wouldn’t do their herbal or deluxe mani/pedi but I was already paying $40 upcharge to do the chrome. Chrome is $20 additional for nails and $20 additional for toes. My pedicure looked good then she seemed to rush my nails. The chrome is there but the top coats are uneven. They do not look smooth. It looks like I did them myself not a $110 manicure/pedicure (this was a basic mani/pedi - no massage, not even massage chair- just add on if chrome). I probably won’t go back there as there are plenty of salons in that area.I was trying to add photos to this review but I did have photos on another popular review site.

The guy there doesn’t know how to do nails whatsoever. My nails were left uneven, different lengths, and the entire process was rushed. Don’t waste your money here!

Very slow service. Not good selection of colors

I got a pedicure with my boyfriend a few weeks ago, the same night of the pedi my big toe was infected, a couple days later I was in the ER having my toe cut open to relieve the pressure and get the puss out. I am just now able to put on a pair of tennis shoes and my the skin on my toe is peeling off. I will be contacting the Department of Cosmetology. I have NEVER in all my life had an experience like this. The lady doing my pedi did NOT speak ANY English and was aggressive in what was suppose to be relaxing.I DO NOT RECOMMEND This place to ANYONEAs of Jan 1 2015 this Salon has been fined in excess of $3000 for uncleanliness. The tubs were not cleaned in over 2 weeks and the tools were not sterilized.

They do an okay job. My issue is that the last two times I have gone there and went to pay before leaving, the owner has rushed up to the counter and gone through the little hand written receipts for mani/pedi/massage and told me I actually owe $5.00 more for shelllac and that the nail tech forgot to add it. The only problem is that I dont even get polish at all, much less shellac! The first time it happened I gave her the benefit of the doubt. But then it happened a second time. I feel like shes dishonest. If she had even glanced at my hands she would have seen I dont even wear polish. I wonder how many clients she does this to every day!

Terrible place!!!!!! I got lumpy nails that were uneven! Got infected and was in the ER for a whole day! I went to speak with a manager and got treated poorly from the employees & was told someone would call me and they never did... Worst experience of my life!

Do not go to this nail salon. They escorted me out of their salon this afternoon and told me they do not accept Vietnamese clients because they dont want their other clients to feel uncomfortable. Yes, Im Vietnamese and yes, the nail tech who walked me out is Vietnamese as well. Im not sure if she was the owner or manager. I was in complete shock over the situation and stormed off.
