The nails are great quality. However, the owner is rude. I have found that customer service is a lost art during the Pandemic. I wont be returning to give my money to an owner whom doesnt treat a customer with value. I was under the impression I have the right to say I would rather not spend my money on something. In saying so I should not be bullied and challenged. The owner informed me to go home and put my own rhinestones on. Since you know how to. Ive been doing nails for 20yrs. Okay maam sorry you couldnt get the extra $80 you wanted for rhinestones out of me.First and last time coming to your shop.

I found this place by default but I am so glad that I did. I was on my way to another nail shop but the GPS kept rerouting me and I couldn’t find it then I saw this place in the corner and decided to try. I would give this place 10 stars out of five, that is how pleased I was.This is absolutely the first time I have gotten a pedicure and I did not feel like they were rushing to do my feet so they could go ahead and do someone else and make money. Tina took care of me and pampered me really well and had a keen eye for detail. I really felt pampered also Tony was awesome while he was doing my hands while I had my toddler in my lap.He did one hand at a time and he didn’t seem bothered for the little inconvenience or at least he didn’t show it LOL .They really made me felt well pampered and I really needed it. I hope they will be able to continuously do my feet and nails. Keep up the good job Tina and Tony I hope to see you guys again soon this place is highly recommended y’all should try. This was my first tone coming here and as soon as I walked in the door, the staff was friendly, very helpful, as well as patient with helping me choose colors and providing me with quality service. Vivian was the best! Get her to do your nails. She knew exactly what I wanted and it turned out better than I initially envisioned. I’ll be back for sure!

Just moved to the area and tried this place out as a walking in. I went on a Tuesday mid day so not very busy. Was greeted promptly and asked what I would like done. They did ask if I could wash my hands before going back to start my pedicure to keep things nice and sanitized. I ordered the lavender pedicure which has a sugar scrub, hot stone message and a basic pedicure included for $48. They have a full bar. The salon is very clean and organized. Large selection of nail colors. The massage chairs are fantastic. My nail tech was very friendly and took her time. I love the way my pedicure came out.

My daughter and I did a walk in. We were assisted right away. My daughter had a picture of what she wanted done. She did them perfectly. I had a pedicure done but not showing my feet😁. She did miracles. Everyone was nice. Establishment is clean and bright. Will go back.

Loved it. They were so accommodating. The place is very welcoming, calming, elegant, and clean. New utensils for each client is the best part!!! They cleaned/disinfected after each client. I was there until closed and they cleaned/disinfected again; great to see.

So I came here to do a basic manicure and shellac removal.I’m not sure if it’s them or the place that I got my shellac done, but there’s brown and black junk all over my nails that won’t come off with acetone. At the end of my service, I had to kindly ask the manicurist to file my nails better. My nails are brittle and bleeding and a mess.Still on the hunt for a decent nail place in my area.

I showed her the design I wanted, and she gave me a mini heart attack by saying “I’ve never done this before” and I asked her “i can choose something else if that’s okay” and she insisted to try and attempt it, she took almost an hour doing this design and it didn’t come out the way I liked or wanted, but I had to give the benefit of the doubt of her doing it for the first time, and I think the staff knew how bad it was, and lowered my price from 75 to 65, which is still a rip off to be honest

They are really delicate and meticulous with their manicure and pedicures. Also the staff is incredibly pleasant and will make you feel super relaxed

Despite several bad reviews I decided to try this place out for a deluxe pedicure. I went in on a Monday afternoon and was immediately sat in the chair and offered a water bottle. I went with the lavender pedicure which included hot stone, sugar scrub, massage, and all that the basic pedicure came with for $48. HELEN did my pedicure and she did an amazing job! The massage was great and just what I needed to relax. Toes look nice and great color selection as well! They also use brand new clean products which was important to me!

Worse service Ive ever had. My cuticles were nicked multiple times and during my pedicure my big toe was cut when I told the techs that it hurt they told me Id be ok. My bails were done crooked and they do not advertise that they charge by nail length until you are checking out. I will not be going back!

Its a really nice place to come to but the service is Very slow !I came for a pedicure and waited an hour and a half before anyone came to me .and it wasnt very busy !Just my suggestion maybe hiring more people on ur busy days .

One bad thing after the other when trying out this salon for the first time.When I first arrive, there is a customer in shock at the price she is being charged. (I decided to still give this new place a chance since I did see the pricing posted.)Next, even though I called and didnt just walk in, the gentleman said that it would be 10-20 minutes wait.Then someone walks in for a full set, acrylic pedicure and designs. She immediately gets in a chair and has two techs assigned.I still wait. I disagreed personally with that logic but understand some businesses put money ahead of proper customer service. (I only came for my nails.)They have a full bar and I wasnt offered even a cup of water.45 minutes later, I left.

I called at 9:30 when they advertise at the time that they open no one answered, voicemail said to call back later or text them. I sent a text requesting an appointment, the text was read no reply. I waited an hour sent another text requesting an appointment, no reply. Very disappointed!! I have been happy there til recently and the customer service has gotten worse.

I have been coming here since late May. I had huge expectations and they have surpassed them! I’m very picky about my nails. I need them to look beautiful and last under a lot of use. I am hard on my nails and I have never had any issues with my nails lifting. I amalways receiving compliments about how nice they look.As far as the price... Worth it!! You can rest assured the supplies used are clean and fresh. Their polish is never gloopy or old.The atmosphere is open, bright and not all crammed together. From the moment you walk in you know that you are in a salon that is not run down and neglected. Bee and her staff are so accommodating. They never rush you in and out like cattle. I don’t write reviews on Google very often, but I very much believe they deserve this. Came in 10-15 mins before my appointment time and they already had someone to come see me and start on my manicure right away. All the staff members were super friendly and sweet. The technician that helped me was very nice and was always starting conversations with me (which I greatly appreciate). She was always asking me questions to make sure I felt comfortable and make sure she was doing my nails the exact way I wanted them. The salon was very clean and very beautiful. Overall, my experience with this nail salon was amazing! I’m definitely coming back again! :)

While I am sure that several manicurist do an awesome job, mines unfortunately did not so well. My nails are surrounded by air bubbles and the coating is super thick. I didn’t even have to say anything, several passed by and were coaching my manicurist. When checking out, the receptionist said “come back another day and we will fix them.” I was very happy to hear that, as I was charged $40 for nails that needed some more work! I called while in the car to make an appointment for the following day and was tolled by the same receptionist that “you left and we can’t do anything anymore. We won’t fix it.” Again, this is my personal experience so I hope you have a better one. I feel very disrespected and will no longer be coming to this location.

My friend and I went to get our nails done. We arrived at the place at 11am and the place is very luxurious and had many nail techs. 30mins later a nail tech started with my friend’s nail and they told me to wait next to her on my other side was another tech working on a client and both technicians were doing a beautiful, clean job so 3 hrs passed and seeing the job that was being done I said “hey for this is worth the wait”. Moving Forward the manager Bee comes behind me in a hurry saying “thank you for waiting” I had my colors and design chosen already. She was doing everything in a hurry and many nail techs came to her showing her pictures on their phone and asking her questions which stopped her several times from doing my nails. Then when she applied the powder she dropped it all on my wrist. I loved the color combination but she applied way too much powder and it was super thick. Not to mention there were too many air bubbles and the corners were missing powder. My friend was done at 4pm, she walked by and she said “That’s so bad tell her to stop” she had told me my set will cost $70 but when I told her to take it off, she said “ok you will pay me $85” and started clipping my nails aggressively. Will definitely not recommend and if you do go, Make sure your nail tech is not Bee.

Walked into this business at 7:02 pm asking for a polish change and was told, by the guy at the front desk, just now, that they dont have time, even though they dont close until 7:30 and one of the workers was sitting on the couch.

Spent almost $100 on nails that looked absolutely terrible and took FOREVER!!! It was a basic color and i wanted them so much shorter and also asked for one thing and got another Never coming here again. I can say that the nails did last me and stayed on strong but i was not happy with how they turned out but i was in a rush since i spent almost 4 hours there due to low quality powder.

Everyone from the owner Bee and her son Ky are very professional, especially when it comes to their work. They’ve welcomed me with open arms since I’ve started coming and I couldn’t ask for anyone better. The environment of the shop caters to everyone and they make sure all clients are more than content.

I came here to get a refill on my nails that i got done here they did my full set was 60$ i came back to get a refill they charge me 90$ for a set i already had couldn’t even tell me why my refill was more than my full set that’s to much for a refill he just looked at my nails and came up with a price on the top of his head these people just come up with prices to take your money

Bee (Manager) and her staff are beyond amazing. We experienced VIP treatment the moment we walked in. The salon is beautiful and Bee is very personable and personally greets and thanks her customers for selecting their facility to have services rendered at. Bee, the owner is great. However, Ive had two incidents where I was quoted one price once I walked in and explained what I wanted and then quoted another price once the work was done and time to pay. I will never return! Pay attention. Not to mention, they live trying to make you get what they want. If Im paying, I prefer what I ask for.They also offer alcoholic beverages to their guest and there is a sweets table to the left of the salon.

Very clean nail salon. I went in for a pedicure. The lavender pedicure is $48 with tip I spent $57. This is the most Ive ever paid for a pedicure. Now, I dont mind paying that kind of money for a REALLY NICE pedicure.....BUT...this was not a pedicure I will ever pay that kind of money for ever again! I love relaxing pedicures and this wasnt, most definitely not worth $57. This is Copperfield not River Oaks! I guess if your in your 20-30s youll like this place. Its very modern and if you like listening to Taylor Swift, Arianna Grande and Halsey while someone massages your feet and legs then youll love this place...oh...and they have a bar too. I could care less about drinking while having a pedicure, but if thats your thing..go for it. Me...I prefer low lights...soothing Japanese music while someone works their magic massage on my legs and feet and put me to sleep!! If thats what you like, then keep looking, Im going to. One other thing....sending a 20yr old man around to upsell customers is tacky!! I hate being unsold to get a manicure while Im having a pedicure!!!! If I wanted a manicure too. I would have booked it. I wont be going back and DEFINITELY not at those rates!!

A friend and I went here on a Sunday. We arrived at 3:30 pm and specifically asked for 2 pedicures and my friend wanted a refill. We were told to come back at 5pm and they would have time for both of us. We arrived at 5:06 pm were asked to wash our hands and then that was about it. My friend had her toes done but after waiting over an hour and 30 mins no one no had even acknowledged me sitting there with a bath full of cold water. I put my shoes back on and left. I was told the lady working down the row was getting ready to do my pedi but then she went to finish a manicure on the same customer she had just done a pedi on. Now I dont mind waiting but When WE SPECIFICALLY ASK IF YOU HAVE TIME FOR 2 PEDICURES why do you only get one done and ignore another party? BECAUSE YOU DONT HAVE TIME. Just say that and I will happily move my butt along to another nail shop that is. SIMPLE.Now, that aside. The atmosphere and decor in this place is nice. The quality of the nails Id have to say is lacking. A full set will pop off...thats right pop off within a week and a half not normal for a full set. Honestly other than the decor there’s nothing really special about this place at all.

It has only been 2 days since I had my nails done and they are already chipping like crazy. I had to ask the lady who was doing my nails to keep fixing them. I went a week before and it didnt last long. I decided to give them another shot. That was the last time.

Coming from out of town, it was a great experience. Bee was great, Steven did my color powder set and i am super happy! everyone was very polite, from the greeter/front desk to managment. i will definetly be back.

Not very relaxing. The musics is loud and not a fan of alternative rock/rap. I prefer more classical music even getting my mani and pedi’s. I’ve been twice and the owner never came back to see if I needed a refill on my drink.
