I called the same day for an appointment. My pedicure was great and the attention to detail I appreciated very much. But Peter NAILED IT and I had to leave a review!Update: Full set lasted with no chipping. Went back, showed Peter what I wanted and got what I asked for. Vacation ready now!

Very nice and clean place and the staff very friendly. They took they’re time doing my pedicure. Lisa did a great job with my nails. It’s pricy and honestly the most that I’ve ever paid for nails ($120 full set powder and $90 for shellac pedicure) but I loved the work they did.

After my third visit, I wont be going back. I went on a Wednesday and by Sunday I had to return. By the following Wednesday my nails looked horrible. I paid $50. + 7.00 tip.The young lady who fixed my nails on Sunday had an extremely bad attitude. I guess she was upset that she had to correct someone elses work.My second visit was Awesome 🙂.....but never again. They appear to be very selective how they treat people. For example some customers are offered beverages and others are not.

Do NOT go here! If you call to make an appointment, they’ll pretend they have availability just to have you come in. But then you WAIT when you get there, up to 40 minutes. The manager lady ALWAYS has an attitude when you try to address any issue with her. They will make your appointment.. & have you soaking in cold water at the pedicure chair while you wait. They do not respect your time.

This place is cute and has reasonable prices. They do take a while on their nails tho. They like to take their time and do your nails RIGHT! Don’t come here when your in a rush. If you looking for someone to do good SHELLAC manicure ASK FOR LEE! She does great SHELLAC! But please save yourself a good 2-3 hours if you coming here, they take their time. You won’t be dissapointed

Left a good review from before I am changing that now. The dipping product that was put on my nails was substandard. Every nails has multiple cracks and it is chipping off. Tried to call and now the phone has a fast busy signal like it is out of order or has been cut off. BEWARE!

Do NOT waste your time coming here! They are so unprofessional! Even if you have an appointment you will be waiting forever and even if you show them how you want your nails they will hardly ever get it right..

The atmosphere was very calming. They had availability though it was a busy Saturday morning. Plus, the important part, my nails came out to perfection. And for 50$ for a full set of dip, that is a very good price compared to so many nail salons in the area. Lynn did my set and they came out beautiful. She was so gentle and really took her time. I highly recommend and will be coming back for any nail needs.

The pedicures were fine, but the manicures were sub-par. The woman handling my manicure was clearly annoyed that she had a customer, and took it out on my cuticles, taking a pretty solid chunk out of one of them.

I love this establishment. I started going at the end of February and I keep going back. They are a little pricey but the atmosphere, staff and service is amazing. They also give complimentary drinks like mimosas, wine, & water.

They were so sweet and meticulous with both my friend and I. Super happy! Will be back :)

I had an appointment today and just sat there for 30 minutes then finally just left after I saw a few others had been there well past 45 minutes past their appointment times. The owner/manager just waved goodbye and didnt seem to care. Back to my trusty other salon that isnt as fancy but they are timely!

Came in today and got both a pedicure and manicure. No one tried to upsell me anything after I choose each package,which is always nice. They offered me a drink and said if I changed my mind let them know, it is no problem. Everyone was nice and inviting. Also, the salon looks amazing on the inside. Definitely going back!

Service here is awesome! I always book an appointment and they are always on time.The lounge is lovely with comfortable chairs and a spa feel to it. Most importantly it is CLEAN!The nail techs are skilled and friendly. I have had acrylic nails put on here twice and they last at least three weeks. The price is a little more than most but not going twice a week saves money too!The owner is friendly and always remembers my name. That is amazing considering how many people they see a month.The location is easy to get to and is right next door to Orange Theory and 365 Whole Foods. I hesitated to write this review so I waited two months to make sure this nail salon was going to remain clean and friendly. If you are looking for a truly great mani pedi then try them. I book on Sunday to beat the rush.See you there!

Hit or miss nails. Great pedicures. Constant wait even when I make appointments, which makes me late for other things I have going on.

Best pedicure & manicure Ive ever got! They take their time and actually massage and give you a spa experience. Highly recommend if you want a relaxing experience. They go above and beyond to make sure youre comfortable and temperatures arent too hot or cold etc. The bathroom was immaculately clean. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to friends.

This place is great! Super clean, looks brand new. The price of my dip nails was a bit on the pricier side ($50) but I thought it was worth it. My nail techs name was Nina and she was extremely thorough, efficient, and nice to talk to.

Was told to come back at night cause white people were there in the day claimed to be busy

Everyone here is fantastic. Ivy and Peter do an amazing job on nails. The spa is extremely clean and the pedicure chairs are amazing. I used to drive from the heights to sugar land to have Peter do my nails, the new spa close to home is a dream come true. I am extremely picky with my nails and they do exactly what I ask for every time.

Victoria was amazing! She really took her time on perfecting my shellac during their soft opening. They have great color choices and the ladies there are all very nice and easy to work with. I can’t wait for their grand opening. I’m sure It’s gonna be a hit.

This was my 3rd time going to this location. The first experience was nice and so was my 2nd....the 3rd visit I asked for a mani/pedi, it was busy and I could tell there were more customers than employees so I didn’t get too upset when I noticed my mani person was no where to be found. The time started going by and I had to go. I set an “appointment” for the following weekday. I walk in 5 min early and wait wait wait... a 30 unattended minutes went by and I get up... I told the mgr I was leaving.... she began apologizing saying they were short handed. I would’ve just appreciated if she’d said that b4 I sat down.

Extremely clean. They will make you wash your hands as soon as you walk through the door. Prices are high but you get what you pay for.

Followed my nail lady to this new location. Fairly new and it shows. Facility is nice and clean. However prices are higher than I would like. My nail lady was less expensive at her previous location.

My first experience here was great! I got a pedicure by Selena. She was nice to talk to and did a great job on my pedicure. I’m hesitant going to new salons if I haven’t been recommended by friends or family, but really glad I found this place. Prices are reasonable, service is great and the salon is clean. Everything was very clean, and everyone was wearing masks. The salon is bright and modern looking. The nail technicians did an amazing job and they worked quickly.

Great experience! The salon is beautiful, Myself and 2 friends walked in and they were able to accommodate us quickly. Mandy did my dipping nails and did an amazing job. She did a nice ombré touch to my ring fingers. It has been 4 weeks now with no chips! I am only redoing my nails because they have grown out. Highly recommend!

What a great experience. Very clean and nice staff. They were very good at their craft. I had a deluxe pedicure with Kim, manicure and waxing (back, ears and brows) was done by Ivy. The services were wonderful. The waxing didn’t even hurt. What a great experience. Brian had the same services and was equally as impressed.

I had yet to find a place that makes my nails the way I want. Selena made my nails look better than I had even imagined. 10/10

I love, love, love this place and the people who work here. This is truly an oasis in the Heights! The salon is gorgeous, clean, staff is SUPER accommodating, and they create an atmosphere of comfortability which is quite rare as well. Couldn’t recommend this place more! My dip manicure looks incredible!

This is the best job any place has done on my hands and feet! I loved how my nails were shaped. Some places are hit or miss, but when I went back for my refill it was still amazing. Also the establishment is clean. It is a little pricey but it’s worth it. I think this will be my new spot.

There is no customer service at this location. The last who works the front never asks “how are you or how was everything?” She’s always to busy chatting with staff. However, the nail techs do a great job, but the front desk lacks basic customer service skills.

It is 4:10, our appointment was for 3:00, and I’m still waiting for someone to come to do my pedicure...Update: it’s been 1 hour and 42 min and they still haven’t started my friend’s manicure. My “pedicure” that I waited over an hour for was literally remove polish, cut cuticles, paint toes, the end.Second update: they came to do my friend’s manicure at 5:02...The front desk lady argued with us when we mentioned how late they were.Adjusting my rating to 1 star (from 2). Definitely won’t be back.

Grand opening grand experience!Today I got a deluxe pedi and shellac nails! I had a great time and my friends did too! It’s very clean and the staff is attentive and very nice. Come here to have the luxurious Glo Nail experience!

I called on Friday to get an appointment for my husband and myself at 11 am on Sunday. They forgot to write our names down so when we went in they said it’s not a problem and we had to wait 10 minutes only. My husband had to wait 45 minutes!!! When I told the manager she apologized and said she will tell the owner and today was it !

So my mom took my sister here over a month ago and got discriminated by a male employee. He was finishing up my sisters acrylics with a flower design when a caucasian customer who appeared to be financially well off arrived he immediately tried to get rid of my sister telling her he would finish the design later and to come back in an hour. My mother obviously refused his very unprofessional request and demanded he finish his work. He then proceeded to rush with the design delivering a very mediocre job just to get my sister out the door. Since then they have not returned because they had a very bad experience. I hope no one else is discriminated against in this establishment so keep that in mind when deciding if you want to pay it a visit.

Not the best experience I have ever had at a nail salon, but also not the worst. I had an appointment for me and 3 other ladies (wedding party getting ready for the big day). Made the appointment a week in advance. When we got there we waited 30 minutes before being seating in pedi chairs and then we waited another 30 minutes once seated. So long that the water in all of our bowls went cold.Once my mani was started, I wasnt happy with the color so I kindly asked if we could stop and change it. It wasnt a hard change at the original color was clear, so we just had to paint over it. I got a lot of attitude about it and then wasnt given the chance to select a new color, they just painted my nails white. I was disappointed since this was for my wedding day....The quality was alright, but I wont be back.

They were very accomodating in making sure we were as comfortable as possible. The customer service was fantastic and everyone there was very friendly. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good pedicure to come here and will definitely return for future pedicures.

This place took advantage of my DISABLE DAUGHTER. Her nails fell off 4 days later and for $80 she paid wouldnt replace the missing nails!!! She cried about it and as a mom it killed me. I wouldnt refer a friend. Not after this. SOOO SAD!!! And to make matters worse she called the cops on me. Wow.

Peter did a wonderful job on my nails! I did the OPI nail color dip and the whole experience was great! He took his time and made sure all 10 nails looked the same. Very clean and a great atmosphere!

I stopped in without an appointment - they fixed the very bad job that was done previous - and made me smile! Nancy was very attentive to the details - and gave me a great nail job as well as a great experience!

I had my first visit at Glo Nail Lounge, Peter did my nails, my hands look Amazing perfect, just the way I like it, I scratched my arm and they really fell like real nails. I enjoyed my glass of wine while having a nice conversation, beautifully designed facility, cozy, sheik and very clean, it’s a brand new building !

I came in to get my nails removed and eyebrows waxed. Before beginning, I was given a free glass of white wine. The staff is very nice and the place is very clean, and my eyebrows came out very nicely. My nail beds, however, are thin and not even since my nail bed was almost drilled through to the flesh. They switched girls during the process of removing my nails, mid-filing. Its been hours, and my finger tips are still dry and sore. In between each fingernail, a new person would show up and try to upsell me on something, but it was painful getting my nails removed so I definitely didnt want anything else.
