Horrible customer service. If they think you’re design will inconvenience their time, they’ll act as if they can’t speak English. Very very rude staff who find it hilarious should your tech cause you pain/bleed. Never in my life have I gone to a nail salon that does NOT properly remove your nails. They do not soak off your false nails they simply rip them off! Very painful service and I will not be returning.

Came here with my mom for a pedicure w/ shellac and decided to add a manicure w/shellac for her and a short white tip full set for me. Do not get your eyebrows waxed here, they will mess them up and do a poor job by not shaping and trimming as they should. We also got the same exact pedicure but there was a price difference between the two. Paying the price is completely fine but getting overcharged is not! Integrity is everything and this place has NONE! The pedicure was amazing but unfortunately they’ve lost a customer.

I have never been so DISRESPECTED in salon by an employee!I came to get my nails fixed the next day after getting them done because the paint was chunky.When I asked the nail tech doing my nails to add a thin layer to my nails one of the other men employees, who was NOT even doing my nails, started arguing with me about what I wanted. He continued complaining giving me attitude and argue about me wanting one layer of powder on my nails. Even though I had stop speaking to him, he still continued!Then he had the Nerve to tell me you can just do your nails your self and started telling me we dont do refunds.Which I had not even asked for one!He must of said We dont do refunds, at lest 3 times. To the point that I had to stop him and tell him that I did not appreciate his attitude and speaking to me like that, especially in front of the other customers in the salon.He wanted to continue and keep complaining and arguing about me asking for a layer of powder so my nails wouldnt break.I am sure the manager was there, if he wasnt the manager I wouldnt be surprised!Either way to allow an employee to go on like that towards a customer is completely unprofessional, especially if that was the manager.I would not advise this place. Lots of their Shallac polish seemed old and dried out.

I came into the shop with the photo ready from their gallery asking who in the shop did this design this is exactly what I want. I was directed to a lady named Kate. She did my nails and I asked for a glitter blend almost like an ombre I specifically said I did not want it to look like a straight line and I did not want the light pink. When she opened the light pink powder I said I wanted clear she said oh no itll look clear after we put the gel over so I kept showing her the picture and referring to it being it was the same exact style on their page just on a different set of hands and its the butterfly design rather than the flower on the clear tip. This is the finished look its exactly the opposite of what I asked for the picture shows of a blended glitter with clear I got a foggy pink cover up that looks like a straight line tip and covers the glitter. The clear tip design is foggy you can see white on the corners where the tip was glued and all the scratches from the drill. I didnt want them thick as I explained to the lady doing my nails and I have product and thickness everywhere. Very unhappy with it paid $58 I was told there was nothing they could do to fix it I would have to come back in a few weeks to get a fill. Will not be returning mind you I said I really was specific and picky because this was for my birthday

Ok first off if you want to go here take a Tylenol because you’ll leave here with a headache. Unlike how the name states, you won’t be happy. When the lady finished my hand I asked her if she could fix it because she made the top parts look too raised (it looked like a bump) she painted them poorly as you can see. She threw her tools on the table and didn’t say anything when I asked her to fix it. I took a pic before they had to fix it. I had to go with another lady. (Obviously the first one didn’t know what she was doing and got an attitude with me) The new lady had to take the mess off and start over. She told me not to change my mind anymore. Of course started chattering with they’re messy selves. All I asked was for it to be fixed because who in their right mind would pay for that. Then had the nerve to ask if I wanted my eyebrows done. Hell no so I can walk out all kinds of jacked up? No ma’am.

All the ladies were super nice. My nails are so cute! I got a full set of nails, spa manicure, spa pedicure, and neck massage w hot stones. Ahhhh I feel so relaxed. Pretty chill spot. But Im only giving it a 3 star. My nails turned out great. But the salon is kind of dirty and cluttered. There was nail powder and broken nails on the massage chair. The lady just swept it off with a pillow. Then she put that pillow on my lap. And it was too expensive. Over $100 for a refill and pedicure, not including tip. If the salon was cleaner, less cluttered, and they lowered their prices, it would be a great place to continue going to.

This is a nice shop to go to. However, I was over charged for my pedicure the last 2 times I had my nails and feet done. I asked for the $35 pedicure, but when it was all said and done, I was charged $57. When I asked about the cost, the nail tech said you were charged $7 for taking off the Shelac.... What about the rest????.... No response. I will no longer have my pedicures done here..... Over charged and no real reason why......

Update: cut still bleeding next day. I got a pedicure and full set. I kept telling both ladies they were hurting me and they just thought I was being dramatic and said my skin is too sensitive. The nail lady caused a deep bleeding cut on side of my nail with hand held file when filing sides (photo is from car after it got wiped with alcohol and washed). She blamed me for getting my nails done too short and another small bleeding spot on cuticle with electric file. The photos are after I had to ask her 2nd time to use the pointy file to clean up the excess acrylic under nail. The pedicure lady had a cold and kept coughing, only put on mask after I died if shes contagious. cuticle cutters were so dull she was pulling the skin off instead of cutting all the way. The deluxe pedicure Is parrafin on feet + multiple things smeared on your lower legs with almost no callus scrub. My fingertips were also covered with clumps of extra powder that she offered to buff off when I was already at the register and at that point I just wanted to leave. All over terrible experience not worth the $70.

The first time I went with my wife she was happy and satisfy with her nails . We decided to try it again, but the second time a young woman did a terrible job, we even show a picture to the lady and she decided to do it her own way with different colors on the details, the nails were not done correctly she got sharp edges on the nail that they need it to fix, but they decide not to care at all . This was the last job they perform on my wife hands .

The spa is so nice and clean! The people talk to you and you can actually understand them! They clean and sanitize each time someone leaves! Ive seen it myself!

They were nice in the beginning when I got my nails done then I had a probably with all my nails lifting up after less then 2 weeks of having them on! I was upset but I knew it could be fixed. When I went to get them fixed they ignored me like I wasnt important and wouldnt communicate with me about whats going on they just ignored my friend and I so be prepared if you have a problem

Highly recommended CHRISTINA, or Kim for getting your nails done here. And all of the team can get your brows done on point. The prices do justify the means, no rip offs here so far. And they do fix their mistakes at a proper time.

Visiting family for Thanksgiving, went here because it was nearby where I am staying. I have to say. I was really impressed with Tonys work and kept a good culture conversation going during. Definitely will come back when I come back to visit.

I have been going there for over 10 yrs. The ladies there are WONDERFUL. They know Im ticklish sob they are very careful. They remember all your toe secrects. After you are seated they offer you bottle water or a glass of WINE. Their prices are reasonably and they offer body waxing and messages.

Not very talkative lol which I like lol the experience was great!!! My pedicure was amazing!!! I had the $42 one and the massage was great and the smell was soooooooo good with orange peels. My nails are to die for and the price was even better!!! I have recieved so many compliments.

Went to get a pedicure like I always do. I’ve always gotten the best treatment here. I get the deluxe pedicure all the time. Today I didn’t get the deluxe just the sea salt ( I have surgery coming up in a few days) therefore, I don’t need all the fuss, just a quick pedi, and I got the worse treatment I’ve ever gotten there. I am aware they push the packages on you. But really?!? I’m not coming here again.

My daughter and I went to have a pedicure /manicure, her full set started popping off within 3days. I didnt get false nails, just the manicure/pedicure with shellac coloring. What I didnt like was the minimum amount of work done, I mean she went through a few of the motions but didnt file /cut most of my nails. Basically just a paint job, nothing else. Our search for a nail salon continues. .

The bad reviews are from hating nail shops in the area. I been going to this nail salon for damn near 5 years. Vicky thats my girl she is flawless with the eyebrows, coffin tip nails stay fresh and she gives a hell of a pedicure. I always go to Vicky. They dont have a public restroom whatever neither does the bank next to it. So make sure you piss before you go. Lol. Nothing but great things to say about this nail salon. And they offer you wine. Wine yes I said it WINE!!!!!!!

I went to Happy Nails since it had good reviews on Google. I was rushed into my pedicure chair before I picked a color for my gel manicure or regular pedicure. They allowed me to pick my gel color and they could not find the color I requested. When I found a color they had, they attempted to find a matching toe color but could not do so. I was also not able to get out of my chair at that point since they were painting my nails.On top of this, once you sit down they try to upsell you to tack on additional services, even when you just want a normal manicure/pedicure.Finally, I left the salon content, however 1 week later my gel manicure is already peeling on MULTIPLE nails, $35+tip later.I will not be returning.

Terrible Work!!!! I went after 2 years of not having my nails done. Sloppy work and my nails were super thick.. Lady wanted to cut my cuticles down and was insisting. Same thing with my toes... I told the lady I wanted a basic pedi and again she insisted on a different package...Im so disappointing with the whole thing... not to mention the lady cut my skin on my toes.. I would not recommend this place at all.

Horrible experience! I just relocated to the Houston area so I wasnt sure of what nail salon to go to. I started coming to Happy Nails thinking they were professional and of course, they werent...my nails were always too thick, one time I had dip powder and TOLD the nail tech which one it was and she still used the wrong color and it was supposed to be only for one nail repair, and when I finally did decide to go to another nail salon because I was sick of overpaying for sloppy work and nails needing to be repaired within a day or two, I had a hole in one of my nails because they had been filed down too low and had been damaged because of their negligence...please dont do to this place if you can help it! I learned my lesson and will never go there again!!

I was visiting the area and needed a pedicure and manicure. The staff here was wonderful. The best mani and pedi I have ever had. I would recommend this spa to anyone in the Houston area. Wish I was closer. Id be a regular.

I would never recommend this shop to anyone. Each time I have visited Happy Nails, there has been a problem. The first time, my nails were not to my liking. The second time, (because of the limited shades/selection) there was no polish to match the shellac on my nails. So when I opted out of having my toes painted, I was overcharged purposely, in that I now had a fee to remove the shellac off my nails all of a sudden. The final time, a couple weeks ago, my nails looked terrible, the technician was rough with me, and the shellac color ended up fading from cuticle to tip! I kept giving chances to this business and each time I have been taken advantage of and still left with subpar service.

I came here because I was in the area and I will not be returning!! It was so rushed! I got a pedicure that was $23 and basically she just trimmed my nails painted them and put a hot towel on my legs for like 30 sec! The full set was so thick! I made sure I told her to please make them thin before she began and she just seemed to get upset. They try to do all this extra stuff ( each thing is $5 more) and get mad when you say no thank you. Not welcoming at all!

Honestly this was my favorite place to come to get pampered, but i had one bad experience and honestly super disappointed at the staff. I got my nails done on Oct.5th and it hasnt even been a week and 4 of my hails broke already. Came in 5 days later and got the first 2 fixed and left home, to my surprise i got home carried a box, which btw was not heavy at all and another 2 broke from the opposite hand. Had to go back and honestly i didnt want them anymore so i told them i wanted a refund because they were really poor quality and couldnt keep coming back every time a nail broke and they refused to give me back my money and on top of that the ladys were really rude. Tina who was the lady that did my nails the first time had the audacity to blame me for my broken nails, she kept telling me the only thing she could do was redo them. So i did, i had her redo them and she honestly did a horrible and messy job. Sorry to say u lost a customer and trust me i will spread the word.

Spend $35 here for something I could have done at home. PEDICURE is ok..but paint job is horrible. NOT neat at all.. got a manicure which doesnt look good either.... needless to say I wont be going back to this place.. it is a waste of money.

This deserves a 0 Star ...I decided to try this place since it closes late than the one I usually go to but my experience was horrible the lady (Kim) was very rude since the beginning her attitude was just horrible and when she started to scrub my feet the sponge she used she just washed it and put it back in her bin like she was going to reuse it on someone else, she had already probably used it on someone before me (gross!)that was a no no I honestly just felt Unwelcomed so I left and paid only for the nail trim I didn’t want to stay a minute longer . I’ll never step foot in there again I’m going to stick to the one I go to, ladies please don’t spend your money here it’s not worth it.
