This was my third time frequenting this business. The first time was amazing, the second time was okay and the third (and last) time was pretty awful. I waited an extremely long time to receive poor service and pay for poor quality nails. The gel paint began to chip after one full day. I went back and a technician attempted to fix all of the nails. I think she made matters worse. I had chipped paint on 5 additional nails within 3 days. For $75, it wasnt worth it. The manager/owner of the place initially did my manicure and was too focused on watching surveillance footage of another nail shop location on her phone. She wasnt paying attention to her craft. I will not be returning.

The pedicure was amazing.the manicure...asked for acrylics medium length pointy with black heart shape at tip.2 fingers were cut one pretty deep. maybe half the nails had indentions in them... 2 were messy... black polish on fingers. one broke the next morning so i went to remove them all. didnt want to keep them since i knew the rest that were too thin would break easily... they remembered me. and charged me for the removal. i tipped both times i was there because tipping is vital to salon ladies. but charging the measly 10 bucks to remove the poorly done painful nails is bad customer service. i was going to come back for the excellent pedicure but i will not be returning now at all.

I have visited here 4 times for manicure and pedicures and I have to say they do a great job, I usually wont review unless they have been consistent and they certainly have. Everyone is friendly and they listen to what you want rather than pushing you to do more expensive services.They have a lot of experience and work quickly, they are even great with waxing eyebrows! I was referred here and I highly recommend to try this place for anyone that is looking! Anna is amazing with nails, request her!!

!WARNING!I don’t typically leave a review but I hope this warns anyone new like I was before trying a place. If you are a regular and you have a great experience thats great! I unfortunately did not. I went in for a manicure and deluxe pedicure. As she started removing my callous I noticed the towel covered in blood and the tech’s nervous face. Come to find out she had cut the side of my foot with the cheese grater file in TWO places. She said “sorry its new and super sharp”. Well don’t use it! And she kept using it after the fact. I had to tell her stop! And the owner or manager came over and finally put a bandaid on it. The worst part was the complete lack of empathy from the nail salon and owner. No remorse just brushed it off as an accident. I go to the nail salon to relax and have an enjoyable time not leave butchered.

I dont typically leave reviews but I got a full set and they came out crooked and different lengths. Not terrible but not the quality. I pointed out the mistake and but the nail tech just kept getting annoyed and when she tried to fix, it made it worse. The pedi was okay though!

This is my go to place for manicures, pedicures and waxing. Friendly staff and reasonable prices

Ive been going to this salon since right after Harvey. Mimi has been wonderful. My nails always look great and she puts me to sleep. Her massages are the best. Ive enjoyed going to this salon.

My aunt book me an appointment to the salon and I dont regret it. The ladies there really felt very comfortable. I was kind of skeptical due to the review of lack of service care, but the ladies really do an amazing job. The tech kept a good communication with me while she paid attention to my nails. They have an amazing selection on a variety of colors.The tech even clean up my very dry cuticles. I can tell that the store over all is very hygienic. I saw no nail dust in any of the stations. An kept a very clean and nice environment. Recommend to any anyone to book an appointment as well.

I have had three powder dip manicures here. The first two were fine, but the third was another story. Despite my objection, she used four coats of powder, so it was very thick. Then she proceeded to file it down. She was VERY rough with me and actually cut my skin below the cuticle with her file. Time to find a new place...

The décor of this nail salon is supper cute. The staff are very attentive and lovely. They does such a great job and very provide fast service. The ladies are very generous and personal and friendly. I always come here for my shellac.

This was the worst experience at a nail salon I have ever had. The only reason this place got a star at all was because I couldnt proceed without putting a star. My nails were long, I had an overlay. I asked them to be trimmed a little because I use the computer a lot and it was hard to type. I showed her a photo of what I wanted. She said that she could do it. I explained, more than once, that I wanted a French manicure, and one nail on each hand to be silver. The other nails were to have a thin silver line design where the white met the pink.1. She cut them very short. Some are even with my finger.2. Theyre all at a different length.3. She didnt even file them evenly. They are jagged.4. The line design is way to thick.5. They are extra thick under my nails.6. The white part in the tip doesnt even cover the whole tip.7. She filed my nails so much they still hurt.8. The water in the basin that held the acetone was so hot that it burned my fingers. When i told her she kept putting my fingers back in the basin. Finally I asked her to get cooler water and she did, but she got upset and yelled at me that it was going to take forever.9. There is no way this manicure was worth what I paid. For a pedicure - I didt get my toe nails done because I had them done previously, and manicure I paid $130.00.I need to get a refund.NEVER TO RETURN OR REFER THIS PLACE

Yah! This place rocks. Friendly, accommodating staff. Pedicures always immaculate. Great massages. And a much more relaxing atmosphere to boot! Never going anywhere else.

Great service they give you a lot of attention and make sure your nails are done the way you like them! My gel mani was done by Hannah and she was fabulous. It was flawless. Totally recommend it! And i got a 5 min massage at the end!

I really do not understand the hype of this place, it’s very basic and over priced for basic mani and pedicure or basic acrylic nails. I’ve gone to other locations that charge less and are 10x more professional than this nail salon. I asked the nail tech to give me acrylic nails with shellac and a simple pedicure with no shellac but she seemed to ignore me while I was speaking probably only hearing the word “shellac” and assuming that is what I wanted. So it all passes and I’m getting worked on, mind you I was with my girlfriend having a conversation and getting my fingernails done too all at the same time so I was not paying attention to what this nail tech was doing so she ends up painting my toes with shellac and wants to charge me 45$ for a basic pedicure. We had to go through a back and forth exchange because she did not want to accept her mistake and lack of communication. It was quite embarrassing to say the least because the shop is so small and they like to yell across the room to get situations or customer issues situated. I will not be coming here again. Very unprofessional, lack of communication, bad customer service, not the cleanest location, very small and crowded.

The absolute worst!!!! They are not worthy of the one star. I have recently moved back to Houston and needed to have my nails done. I use SNS powder (dip) on my nails. Its amazing and has totally changed the health of my nails. This facility advertised that they have dip. I make an appointment, my appointment is confirmed, I show up and the location is under construction and a sign on the door sends me to a temporary location on Gray. I should have waiting, but thinking I need to have them done, I go. I was treating my mother with nails and wanted her to try dip We walk in, I dont have the scheduled technician. The place was packed and filthy. Still trying to be optimistic, I sit down. I should have never sat down. The woman starts hacking away at my nails with an emery board . The whole process was a nightmare. My poor mother was not happy and very disappointed. So much for the treat. Anywho, long story short, I ended up leaving completely dissatisfied and all they did was remove my old dip and gave my mother a manicure. Even worse they charged me $46.00. I was shocked she still charged me knowing how dissatisfied we were and I was leaving without my nails done. I definitely did not tip. They didnt like that either. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. They should not be doing nails and its the farthest thing from a spa.

I came 15 min before closing on a Sunday and the staff were very friendly and professional. The salon is clean, organized and had a peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended and will return! :-)

Probably the worst manicure I have ever had. I had a overlay on my nails that I wanted removed and manicure. She didnt remove all of the overlay and on one nail the tip is still on my nail. I will be finding another spot. I was in a hurry and didnt have time to complain. I will not be back.

This is by far the worst place I have ever gotten my nails done at. The lady who did my nails argued with me about the length that I wanted. I had to explain to her multiple time what I wanted on my nails, and she still didnt get them correct. Instead of looking like theyre for a wedding they look like theyre for a childs Halloween party (Think of the skyscrapers in a batman comic book). The prices are ridiculous, I paid $110 for crap nails, I NEED my money back. I am more pissed then I have ever been for a set of nails. I am actually going to another nail shop to get them repainted so I can be comfortable and not embarrassed about my nails. Im actually embarrassed for the work the nail shop did. If the employee cant do a nail design then they shouldnt say they can. She should have told me from the get go she couldnt do what I wanted! This is the last time I will ever go to this nail shop and I will never recommend it to anyone. The ONLY reason theyre getting a star is because I cant comment without giving a star. This place is worth less then 1 star! By far the worst place

This place is horrible.. they didnt listen to what i wanted at all. Told them 4 times the style i wanted they still did whatever they wanted. If they didnt know how to do it they couldve just said so. Now less than a week later one of my nails chipped. I dont work with my hands im in an office. Acrylic nails should not chip out of nowhere.

I advised everyone to visit this salon. The salon is very sanitary and the service that came with it was incredible.

I previously had acrylic nails that became so long that taking them off was first on my list for the day. Usually i hear about acrylic removal being painful so i was a bit scared. My other main concern was not being able to keep the length of my natural nails.I called to make an appointment and though i came in 30mins early, A  young tech accommodated me and asked what i wanted and she did it exactly as described. When taking the acrylic nails off, she was so gentle and made sure no little piece was left behind. She took time to make sure my nails were smooth, gave my cuticles a thorough cleaning and kept my natural nail length. As a customer, you can tell she took her time to make sure that i got what i wanted and left a happy girl. Im definately coming back!!

Nice people but the person that did my pedi didnt understand anything I said nor could I understand her. Halfway thru I gave up trying to communicate. $25 for a pedi which is cheap but more of a waste for me. If youre ok with cheap prices, OK pedicure you could do yourself, and nice service in another language then you may like this place. Its definitely not for me

This is The worst place Ive ever been. I was lied to, I was told that they do Nexgen. I arrived for my apt 15 min early, and all the employees told me they dont do Nexgen. One of the employees tried to tell me nexgen was old style another lie, Nexgen came out in 2011. The employees were very rude. They called out a lady named Nancy and she tried to con me into another type of chemical, even after I told her no. Then she said she would put shellack but she didnt, she put acrylic. I was rushed the entire time. My nails are uneven, they are rough and so sharp I cut my face.They used old emery boards. My nails were not cleaned up underneath or around the edges and They are extra thick underneath.I was supposed to have French on my toes I have pink toes. The price is ridiculous!I will never go back and I hope you dont waste your time going there.The only reason they are getting a star is because you cant comment without choosing a star

I would not suggest to go here.I went for a mani pedi - there was a huge sign on the outside of the store that said $30 special for mani pedi. I went in, was seated and two ladies began to work on me. They brought me a price list and asked me to choose which options I wanted. I mentioned the sign out front and they said that it no longer applied (maybe I should have left right then!) So instead I picked the basic mani & pedi options for a total of $40. The WHOLE time during the lady doing my mani was constantly trying to upsell me - get a body scrub, get a massage, get a wax job, etc etc etc. Also, she had a very strong accent so it was hard to even understand her. Not sure how other people feel, but when I get my nails done, I like to relax and unwind a bit, not have someone constantly chattering in my ear trying to get me to spend more money. I also hate this sort of selling technique, it is a huge turn off, in my opinion.The work its self was very good, but because of this, I will not be returning here.

Came here on my lunch break and got to listen to the nail tech in the next station smack through her entire lunch. So gross.
