I have been going to this salon since moving to the uptown area a couple years ago, and I always leave with BEAUTIFUL nails. Tony is the best!

My first time visiting this nail salon and had a great experience. Ruth was my technician and I highly recommend her. Great attention to detail and took her time-no rush job here! I thought the price was more than fair at $33 for their classic pedicure considering how well it was done. Please note however, this is a third floor walk up. I’m not sure if there was an elevator since I took the stairs. Lots of other cute little shops in this plaza if you want to walk around or eat after you get your nail service done.

I took my daughter here to get her nails done. We arrived with a picture of what she wanted. We paid $75, and spent THREE HOURS there for a botched job! I am so angry! The nail tech was clearly inexperienced or this task was waaaaaay over her head. It should NOT have taken that long nor should her nails be sticking up the way they are. Clearly this is not the place to get quality custom nails done

I can’t recommend this place. Not after they charged me for services I said no to, cut my hands several times and were just plane rude. You’d think with the nice area people would be more professional.

I really enjoyed my experience here.I love that you can get a simple pedicure. As someone who has very ticklish feet I genuinely can’t get any “upgraded” pedicure and have always paid more than I should for a service since I’ve always requested no scrubbing or foot massages (I know, it’s annoying but I really don’t enjoy it).

I had a wonderful experience during my visit. The staff were very nice. I had appointment for mani and pedi. I selected my color and I was immediately taken back. Nikki did my nails and Tina my pedicure. They were so sweet and both did a great job. Very meticulous. I loved the finished look. The spa was clean, supplies sanitized or one-time use.

Very short wait. I got a pedicure from Ann. Shes nice and did a great job. I went a week later for my nails...Powder dip overlay done by Katherine. She listens to your concerns and did an overall excellent job while I enjoyed a glass of wine. Today makes 3 weeks. No broken or chipped nails. Going this weekend for a new set. So far no complaints.

I live right around the corner and decided to try Uptown Galleria. This place is clean, takes Covid precautions and they make you feel at home. Katherine did my nails, she really listened to what I want and they are perfect. Tony did my cousins nails and he was hilarious and did a great job as well. So happy to find a new nail home after moving to this area. Come check them out!

I booked a pedi appointment with Ann, I came from out of town and it was the closest with good reviews so I decided to try. I was not disappointed, everyone was super friendly and Ann made me feel very comfortable and I love my pedi. I couldn’t get service like this back home so I know when I come back to town I’m gonna book here again!

This Uptown Galleria Nails & Spais one of many I tried in little Las Vegas and the last one Ill look for. Does an amazing job and offers many choices of colors and product. The shop is clean and friendly and has all the safety measures in place for Covid. These girls have been trying to keep things going by offering help on line and always returning calls to assist you in keeping up your nails during this time. I cant wait to soak my feet again soon!! If your in the area its a must try. They will work to get you in and do a top notch job while your there.

I’ve been a customer for 1 year and a half now and omgggg I just love this place and my girl Nikki. She’s definitely one of the best and I couldn’t be more happy with the way she does my nails.

Ok soooooo first off Im a pain in the butt customer becuase I dont like the drill to be used on my long natural nail... so I shall start here... Tony did my nails.... and All I can say is.... Im in love... I got chrome nails ... will all of them being Pink and my Ring Fingers blue... He shaped them perfectly... I cannot say Enough about Tony... I keep looking at my nails and smiling... they are perfect!!!!

Shout out to Catherine & Fatima for being so caring and going out of their way to make my experience great. My nails look INCREDIBLE! I appreciated the superior service that I received while getting my nails done. Very attentive, reassuring, and friendly. Fatima was super accommodating and I loved that she made sure to communicate effectively. Catherine, who did my nails, was the BEST! Hands down. I showed her a picture for .5 of a second and she NAILED it! LOVEEEE my nails. So appealing it consequently makes my hands look prettier than they are. Im in love. She is the definition of good customer service. Verbatim prior to starting her words were, Im going to ask you every step of the way before I do anything, is that ok?. I loved this! Very clean and professional environment! The ladies and gentlemen always do a fabulous job on my nails.I was timid about going back after they were allowed to open (Covid-19) but they took precautions to make sure their employees & customers were safe.

Overall, I had a good experience. There wasnt anything special about the customer service.Staff was wearing masks. They had a clear barrier between the nail technician and customer. They sanitized between customers and did not reuse the filers.

I have been going to the salon for a year and a half. It is the only place i will get my shellac and dip in nails. I have been to a lot of nail shops in the Houston (in the loop) area. Everyone is good here. I have had pedicures with Sandy. She pays attention to details, as with the other ladies. All of the nail techs paints well. Ethan is awesome with dip in nails. The owner, is so kind, she remembers your name, they offer you drinks, there are nail specials when you book regular services every two weeks, and they take appointments. It is a very personable experience. The salon is clean, instruments are well sterilized, and the pedicure basins are cleaned very well between clients. The high quality of the salon is always maintained. I highly recommend.

Their salon is extremely clean, modern and chic! My friend recommended that I have a dip manicure with Ethan and he went above and beyond my expectations. It is less expensive than my usual nail salon in the Heights which was surprising. Everyone there is very friendly and they even serve wine :)

Ive been here 3 times and loved it every time! They do a great job with shellac manicures. Very meticulous and make sure they look perfect before you leave. Not to mention, they have hundreds of polish and shellac colors to pick from! The pedicures are very calm and relaxing. They give you their undivided attention and deliver great service with a smile. So glad I lived nearby because this will definitely be my go-to salon now.

Its very quiet, and the manicure or pedicure will take a long time. The work was clean and good but I probably wouldnt go back just because its such a quiet place and the service took so long... need something a little more lively and energetic.

Horrible service. The woman who did my nails was rude and pushy. One of her comments were if you want to be classy then do shorter nails. The whole time she was being super rude to me, throwing things around and telling me in a strong tone I NEED TO FINISH THIS.Honestly, she did an ok job. But for 126 dlls, I never expected to be rushed, talked horribly to, and receiving rudeness.Never coming back again.

This place not only does great work, but they have EXCELLENT customer service. A lady came in to have one nail treated at the salon, and she was very rude to the technicians. Not only did Catherine keep her cool, but she still took care of the client. I’ve been a client for 4-5 years (I started at the other salon). Now, Teresa and Hannah take great care of me. I highly recommend this salon!!!

Very disorganized. Walked in and was told they would be with me soon. After waiting nearly 30 minutes I was told they could not help me and that I needed to leave.

I would give it 0 stars if I could but since Im posting my terrible experience I cant. First of all my group of friends and I had called before hand to see if they could take 3 pedicures all together and they had yes, so when we get there we get split up. Second of all the ENTIRE TIME they were talking smack about me, not knowing I knew what they were saying. It made it EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT. Third of all the lady who did my nails said she was going to charge me 10 dollars more than what it really was, she said it in Vietnamese because she didn’t think I understood. So they are ripping people off. One of the rude things they said about me out of many was “she’s so cheap” just because I wanted to know how much is everything was. I still even tipped 10 on top of it all for the rudest service of my entire life. I felt so disrespected, but god takes care of all who does wrong.

I got a mani and pedi. Really happy with the service. Very friendly professional and the salon was clean bright and smelt nice. Would def go back when I’m in town again.

I went to take off my powder nails on my hands and to get a shellac pedi They took off the powdered nails and left me with horrible white lines and marks all over my nails without bothering to buff it all out. My nails now look like I have a fungus. The toenail polish ended up being a different color than what I showed them, it’s much darker and I couldn’t see the difference until I walked out into the light outside the salon. The big toe also had an uneven “wave” look to it. Where you typically pay 45 for a complete shellac pedi, I paid close to 70 because they charge extra for removal, application, and callus removal. Wish I could post pictures, which I took, but looks like there’s no option for this here.Their powder guys do a good job but after this horrible experience with the rest of their services I will not be coming back.

I literally just left. First, one person removed my shellac polish and then I was left sitting to wait for someone who had a customer waiting for them. Angela snatched, pulled and yanked at my fingers as she hurried through my manicure. I didnt want to leave her a tip. But finally I asked her when she was almost done did she have a customer waiting, who had an appointment and she said yes. Wouldnt it have been easier to ask me to wait or make an appointment than to give me rushed service? I will not return. P.S. This was my first visit.

I didnt get the same quality that these other reviews are suggesting. First time I went was pretty good. Did take forever though. Second time I was with a man and he was barely using the UV light thing, it would turn off and he never clicked it back on. I think this, coupled with his extremely thin coats, made the gel coating less strong. Ive been getting gel manis for years and they NEVER chip, just grow out. I had 4 nails chip within a week, one of them chipped the same evening. Its so thin its chipping off near the nail beds as well. I wish I had pictures to share. You can see a lot of bubbles in the paint itself too. $30 for a mani, and I get a better one consistently at Nails Friendly for only $20 that lasts 2 weeks. This salon is across the street from my home so I really wanted it to work, but I cant justify $36 (mani and tip) for something that lasted a couple days. Hopefully other people have better luck!

My first and last visit!! Lady messed up my nails then tried to charge me a extra $15 to fix it. I asked for a certain length and she filed them down so much I was left with short nails. As I look in the mirror at home my eyebrows are uneven!! Dont waste your time or moneyUpdate: the next day two of my nails broke. So really dont bother

Went in for a pedicure and was very pleased with the service. The parking is weird and I ended up having to walk around the whole building and climb the 3 flights of stairs. The prices are probably $10 more than what I am used to closer to home but I understand the area is a little more expensive. If I needed to get my nails close to the Galleria again, I would come back.

Very unhappy with the service! First they ACT like they are happy to take care of a client & I dont like when they speak a language I dont understand. Makes me feel like they are talking about me & I think its very unprofessional!!! Then my nails were not even, my toe nails were not even & when Im getting my mani & pedi the cashier is literally rushing the workers to move faster to get to the next client!!! Ridiculous!!!

This place did a GREAT job!! I got a shellac mani & deluxe pedicure, $78 total. Pretty much on par for the area. Both ladies did a great job, they took their time & did not feel rushed. They have a ton of colors to choose from & also offer cool chrome options (but those did seem kinda spendy imo). Will definitely come back!

Lovely nail salon, friendly employees, not cheap but far from expensive for the services rendered. I paid under $100 for a gel mani and matching-color pedi. Definitely worth the trek up three flights of stairs if youre in the area or need a nail appointment. So far my impression is that theres not much they cannot do here! I recommend taking a picture of what you want; this makes it easier for both you and your mani/pedicurist, rather than trying your best to explain what you want and, if youre like me, possibly still having anxiety throughout the appointment due to lack of certainty. Plus, this makes the process, and getting in and out 10x faster! Find a picture from Pinterest, Google, something you saw and liked before, etc., and most likely theyll be able to replicate the photo identically.Pro Tip: bringing a photo is always a good idea when getting nails done- especially if you want something unique. This makes perfect execution of a design, style, or color desired more likely and drastically limits room for error. Make it easy for your mani/pedicurist! And give yourself peace of mind girl. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your complimentary beverage and guilty pleasure TV shows.
