I’ve been to many of these types of places and this one stands out. They willingly offer extra tape, a confirmation receipt, etc. so many places want to sell you a roll of tape!!! I love them.

Great service year after year. Ive been using this place for years and even have a box there. Theyve always been super courteous and sometimes they do get a line but this is not a high profit margin business. So running multiple employees would probably make it tougher to keep their prices reasonable. Im just patient and enjoy their unique collection of greeting cards.

Shop local: This is a family owned one stop shop for all your postal needs. Need to mail a gift, an eBay item, or an Amazon return? No need to wait in the long lines at the post office or Fed-Ex. The Wrap and Mail Room can ship multiple ways (USPS, FED-Ex., etc.), and they can tell you which way is fastest and most economical. They will wrap gifts and package it to your specifications. The owners and all the employees are professional, cheery, and helpful.

I had an issue, Tam and Ann worked diligently to correct it to the best of their power. I received a full refund on a botched transaction. I appreciate their later efforts to resolve the situation. They will do all they can to help fix a issue if they are truly responsible. Past experiences were excellent!

This is a clean place. The people are friendly. However, I always have to wait. I have a mail box at this location and sometimes have to pick up a package. It can take up to ten minute waiting in line!! They really need two employees working here. They also need to implement an auto-renew policy. It would save them time as well as their box-holders.

I appreciate the convenience of having this service so close by. My packages go out without a hitch and the staff is well educated about the shipping options and costs. This is especially helpful in keeping costs down for customers.

I went there today to have five gifts wrapped. It took longer than I expected, but I was quite pleased with the quality. I dont know about their mail service, but if you need gifts wrapped, I highly recommend them.
