I recently shipped out a package to pakistan using DHL service from Postal Plus Printing, and the process was extremely smooth and I didn’t have to worry about any errors or inconvenience. The associate (older women) refused to provide a copy of contract to review refund policy. After persistently requesting for my contract she gave a $10 key refund but not mailbox deposit. No recipe of cancellation was presented. So, Please be sure to hold them accountable to their own policy. When a customer ask for a contract, I should be given that information without issues if you’re strong about your just and lawful binding agreement. Once I find my policy I will be sure to contact the owner for my full box deposit.

Ive used a lot of shipping locations, but these owners are super nice and do whatever they can to help you get your package shipped while not rushing you if you have questions and / or concerns. I count myself super lucky to have found this place, and its fairly close to where I live. Cant beat for shipping locally and international!

They don’t scan drop offs anymore. So if something happens you’re out of luck.

They have ruined my valentines day gift and didnt deliver on time after saying it WILL arrive on time with gauranteed date on my reciept.I paid 66 Dollars! They knew it was a valentines day gift and I mentioned many times to the associates that I want it to be delivered BEFORE valentines day.They REFUSED to give me a refund after trying several attempts by phone and email. The older woman associate YELLED at me over the phone because they didnt want to be held responsible and I was being nice the whole time. Super Unprofessional.Their only excuse left was to blame it on covid which was not mentioned to me at all and they said it will get there on time right before I paid for the package which was printed on my reciept.If you say something, you should deliver it on time, or at LEAST provide a refund if you dont.Do not trust the dates they give you, they will deliver it late and will not give you any refund.

Lady that is usually there is rude & a SCAM artist who tried to charge me $20 to send one package of papers that probably didn’t even weigh 1 lb. Also, charged $2 and some change just to print one sheet of paper!!?? Who does that?? Save yourself some money and don’t go here.

Very horrible customer service, The only reason I come here is because of how close it is. The owner (woman) is the rudest person. She is always inflating prices, it cost me $2.73 to print out a return label, which is outrageous. The distance is great but simply not worth it. Very horrible business.

I used to come here very often because it is really close to my home. Today the lady tried to charge me $15 for an international regular letter without tracking. I complained, then she said itd $12. I was extremely disappointed, because I really felt I was being overcharged. She could at least try to tell me how it was so expensive.I went to another store and they charged me only $6!!! I will give this place another chance,but it this happens again I wont come here again, unfortunately.

I recently started selling on ebay and i go to this place for all my shipping needs, i have found the cheapest price and an excellent customer service. I would not go anywhere else for my shipping needs. They even scan your packages for free, so you have a copy of the tracking number, the package can be traced in case it gets lost. Most drop off places do not scan the packages, and if the package get lost, you are up the creek.Keep up the good work guys. U have me as your customer for life.

Horrible service. Mike is an unprofessional manager for this place. Find another place for your postal needs, there are many outlets near by. Store says they are open 9am. No one shows up till 9:20. It says on the receipt and USPS return policy that i can get a refund in 10days, but they dont want to comply with them. They are liars, very unethical and unprofessional place!!!!

I had a package go regular mail. Ship in their large envelope and it was $16.73. I asked why it was so expensive as the item weighed may 2onces... just seemed to be more than it should have been. Would feel better if they had some rates posted.Thanks,Eric

I went in to this location to ship a big package. They had pretty decent rates, and amazing service. They have great pricing on 24/7 mail boxes, which I signed up for.

Ran into this place because it was on the way going home from work. I was sending two items one of which needed a box. Without even asking, the staff got me a box the perfect size, packed and taped it up for me. Very professional and courteous. I will be returning to do business there soon!

Had a pre-packaged and postage paid USPS Priority Flat Rate Box and the gentleman in the store wanted me to pay him $1 to drop off the package. Talk about a scam. Why Would I pay you $1 to drop off a package at a stranger NON authorized shipping center when I can go to the Post office and drop it off for Free? Or better yet, find a US Mail Post office carrier around the area and have them accept the box for free. Or even better, I can even call a Mail Carrier to have them come to my house to pick up the package FOR FREE!!! Total Frauds, US Post office should come down on this scam. You dont even deserve a STAR period.

When I want to drop pre-paid ups package, they want to charge me $2 fee, it doesn’t make sense. I went to other places what the same service with them, it is totally free. This store total sucks!!!!!

I have used mail box rental service and i am very happy with it . I can access my mailbox any time as they provide 24 access service to their customers.

Best price found for my fed ex-overnight shipment, not only that it was a convenient location and I was in and out in 5 minutes which is way better than waiting a long time at USPS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
