Ive had a few things repaired here & theyve done good work. My only thing is that they are frequently months out on repairs. Theres worse, but that irks me.

Im Ross Miller. Grew up, worked here for a summer job at 15 yrs. old. Now 32, Mowing my own customers yards and rebuilding small engines and etc. to get by. Just learned a little has taken me to a better person today.

They have service my lawn equipment for the past couple of years and have done an excellent job very fast courteous service job well done recommend to anyone

Waiting time for repairs on lawn equipment two to four weeks. Prices are out of reach for the area. With Customer service added into the experience. The overall experience leaves you wondering why you came here to begin with.

This is a great place to do business. The shop is clean, staff knowledgeable, and polite. There is Ample parking space, service repair time and labor fees reasonable.

Serviced my chainsaw and got it running like new. Majority of the time if you’re trying to call you’ll be put on hold or have to call back and the price is a little high for their service. Overall, I would recommend this place if you want a professional to service your equipment.

Put a few pieces of lawn equipment in for servicing after years of disuse. Quick customer service. Put a little money upfront for parts/labor and called back after 2 weeks to check in. All was ordered/fixed within a month. Super friendly folk and fair prices.

I dropped off lawn mower in June, and still no lawn mower not even so much a call to update me on why it hasnt been repaired as of today. I had to call twice to get an update. Todays call the employee was extremely rude, talked over me, and then hung up on me. I will let my husband deal with them going forward because I am not one to accept that kind of behavior.

They are good sometime ...i Couldnt find my receipt So they look it up went off the day I drop it off When I know it took more than a week and a half to get it back Warranty should have started on day of pick up...long story short Wanted to recharge me again to look at it for the same thing that it came therefore🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ Would have not mind paying if it was something different...

Employees are extremely unprofessional. They took my money and gave me my leaf blower IN PIECES. When I called to ask about it the employee gave me attitude and hung up on me. He also started rejecting my calls and tried to pick a fight by telling me to come to the store and face him there. Literally the worst service Ive ever received.

These men are the real deal. I’ve been to lawn service shops all over the country and this was the best all around service I’ve received. I had a Honda self propelled push mower needing the self propelled fixed, they repaired everything for me within a week and did not break the wallet! Thank you my mowers poppin wheelies now!

This place was convenient. The reason for only 3 stars is because the part I got was double the price if I would have got it on line. I just needed that part there and then.

Im in town from Jacksonville Florida helping with Harvey relief and I stopped in to get a new chainsaw for the drive back into Florida. The guys were extremely nice and helpful. Got me what I needed and hooked me up with some additional stuff I could use during the trip back in. Its very much appreciated guys, well put it to good use!

Needed gaskets for my fuel solenoid lawn mower which is a John deere they found the parts thanks for checking too see if they had the parts

Small equipment repair person is almost as important as your auto mechanic. When neither works you are not happy especially if it is hot. With that being said I have known David (and his father b) to be honest almost to the fault of being rude. They provide great knowledge, repair and reasonably priced. with David and long time mechanic Jeff I know it is going to be repaired correct

The owner of the place is horrible. He sat there and argued with my father about his lawn mower. Pretty much saying my dad had no idea what he was talking about. He used to work on them all the time but he figured since it was under warranty why not get it checked out because it would not start. Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

Went in for a repair to my TroyBilt 4 Cycle and they had immediate parts inventory. They were very honest and went out of their way not to over sell me. Definitely recommend.

You can buy a piece of equiptment for the same price anywhere else; dont deal with this companys unprofessionalism. A single letter on a model makes a huge difference and the people who work for this company dont know their back side from their elbow.

These guys rebuilt the carburetor on my lawnmower for $75. I left the stupid nonfunctioning machine with them on a Monday and picked up a working lawnmower, that starts on the first pull, Thursday. Four days is not a long time to wait for lawnmowing bliss.
