Dropped my JD G15 off for an oil change, sharpen blades, replace fuel lines. Also wasn’t starting.I was quoted $120 for the above service. I called 3 days later to check on it and I was told I needed a valve cover gasket, new carburetor and idler pulley. For $900!!!!!I laughed and said no, just do the service.Went the next day and was told $120, but they hadn’t done anything except get it started!Not even the few little things I asked to have done. He then told me I could leave it and they could do the things I originally asked for... for another $230! (Total of $280)I used to do business with them a long time ago, but never again. I can do the work myself, but I was being lazy.The ONLY reason I gave 2 instead of 1 Star is because he lowered my bill for notDoing anything from $120 to $57...What a waste of time and money.

Horrible Service! Parts Department is pretty worthless they were supposed to call when parts (Blades) came in and never called. I had to call them and wait on hold and call back before they could find my order and of course they said part of it was lost in mail. They said they needed to reorder and Id have to wait which I couldnt afford to do. I told them cancel order Id get elsewhere and they said they would. I get a call a week later saying they never charged me when I ordered but they did. I wont be back. I had good sales staff at another location but it seems all they care about is selling new equipment.

Brought a John Deer trimmer in on Tuesday morning 8/25. I only needed three screws for the edging attachment and a knob for the handle. They said that they would have the parts in in 2-3 days. All I wanted were the parts. On Friday I called and they said that they havent had a chance to get to it and that no parts were ordered. I asked why the guy I talked to didnt get them ordered and they just said that this is summer and they are really busy.They were shocked that I came in and picked it up. I talked to the manager and he said that it takes 3-4 days to look at the item, then another 3 days to get the parts in, then labor to get it fixed. I told him that I was just needing the parts, talked to a guy that said he would order them and then I find out that they are not ordered. The manager, like most low-paid flunkies, really didnt care and made no attempt to rectify the situation.My advice is to go to Southwestern Equipment or Rosenberg Tractor if you need parts or repair for your lawn equipment. They are mtch better to deal with.

Terrible service dept. on all accounts. Parts counter is incapable of providing correct parts in a timely fashion. They only care about selling new equipment. Youre on your own once you buy their products.

I HAVE TO AGREE WITH ALL THE BAD REVEIWS 6 MONTHS AGO WHEN LAWRENCE WAS THE SERVICE MANAGER THINGS WERE GREAT!!!!! THIS NEW MANAGER BY THE NAME OF DANIEL HAS TAKEN OVER AND NOW THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!! I TOOK MY ZERO TURN IN BECAUSE IT WAS CUTTING OUT I PAID $400 FOR THE REPAIR I THEN PICKED IT UP AND STARTED USING IT AND THE SAME PROBLEM WAS STILL THERE I TOOK IT BACK AND DANIEL TOLD ME THATS NOT WHY I BOUGHT IT THERE SO I TOLD HIM I WAS NOT GOING TO ARGUE WITH HIM JUST FIX IT AND I WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN AND NOW IM PAYING THEM ANOTHER $400. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE A RIP OFFFFF. BEWARE DONT GIVE THEM MONEY YOU WILL BE PAYING OVER AND OVER FOR THE SAME REPAIR!!!! THEY ARE NO GOOD
