Excellent service. I have had them fix several things and they all work great. They did something very nice. They held a spot for me in their que and called me when it was my turn. I was able to keep my generator that had a small fuel leak on the carb during hurricane season they repared with oem stuff.

I put my Mower and Pressure Washer in and it was Ready pretty quick. I just wish they would lower the labor charge. But I guess Im paying for the years of experience. Its cool. Ill take my things there from now on. Because University WILL NO LONGER GET MY BUSINESS... PERIOD.

Always great service never have any problems getting anything fixed. They have also given me helpful advice on how to fix a couple of saws that I use daily. Very happy with the service that they have given me.

Fixed our pressure washer well. Moderate pricing ($95 minimum plus some parts). Gave us advice on usage and maintenance. They take their time with equipment brought in for repair, so turn around might take 10-20 days. For some homeowners like is, this is fine. However, for a business depending on that equipment, I suspect they work faster, because a lawn service guy said as hes walking out, thanks, Ill be back tomorrow to pick it up. Call them and ask, if youre in a rush.

Just went in and waited about 30 mins for someone to ask about 2 certain mowers. i was willing to buy if i found the right one. no one ever asked if i needed help or to say theyll be right with me. Mowers do not have prices also.first and last visit, not a good first impression

I took my Honda to another so called repair shop after I bent the crankshaft hitting a cast iron pipe. They flat out told me that the engine was no good and I needed to buy one of there mowers! Wanting a second opinion i brought it here, also to look at all the available Hondas for sale! They told they were pretty positive that I did not need a new mower and mine was repairable! To my joy, sure enough they were able to bring it back to new and at half the price of what the other shop wanted to charge for one of there new underpowered mowers! They had to special order all kinds of parts but were able to do it all and a couple of other maintenance items way under even their budget! They may be out of my way, but they now have a customer for life!
