Awesome small engine parts and supplies. Had the honda generator parts I needed in stock.

1st off I end up taking a generator to them they couldnt find the original bolt for it and ended up experiencing with another different bolt that somewhat worked that control my throttle.I tried to give them and another chance and took another generator to them to have two outlets replaced, they took forever over a week almost 2 weeks to replace them saying they needed a breaker that they were unable to find!I told them dont worry about the breaker I really needed my generator back because I was using it just fine the way that it was!!!I didnt mind getting the breaker replaced but since they couldnt find it what was the need of holding me up and I still had to get it without the part anyways!!!!!!!So I called and they said it was ready, I got there and asked them did they check it and the mechanic said yes he did!So I loaded up and got home to use it and one of the Outlets wasnt even able to take a plug to plug up anything. On the outlet, one hole was up and down and the other was completely side ways!!!!!!So how in the world could you have tested it???!!!!!!!!!!!Its been so inconvenient dealing with them!!!!!!The first time, the second time, but most definitely there wont be a third time!!!!!Wish I were able to post the picture!!!I was trying to pay my bill when I was there then they said the Internet was completely down, well Im glad it was because yall truly owe me!!!!!!! So dont even worry about it!

We are long time customers of this shop. The prices have always been reasonable. One time they got my lawnmower working without even charging me. They have serviced our generators and lawn mower. Their new shop on Hempstead is much nicer than the old one on 34th. We highly recommend them.

Needed a part. They ordered it for me. Few days later came in and got my weed eater fixed. I try to give small places my business and usually dont mind paying a little more. But to my surprise their prices was.the same as I would have paid online

This place has always fixed my lawn mower and have always called me back with the estimate, however this time was different. They charged me $70 Last time, and are charging me $127.50, to do the same thing I wanted done as last time. Its really rediculous how they just take things into their own way.
