This place is terrible I ordered a part I paid for it in cash!!! if the part is not picked up on a timely manner not only do they keep your part but will not return your money do not shop at this store... worst shop ever

I own and operate a small Landscape business, Ive been going here for 4yrs running. Ive bought my 1st brand new mower from them in June and will more than likely buy my next new one next season. Ive taken multiple pieces of equipment from hedge trimmers to zeroturn mowers, prices all were fair and work was always done right never had to take anything back.

They be taking for ever too call you back.. very unorganized

Had my generator there for repair. They said it couldnt be fixed and kept my generator. Need to be prosecuted

Dropped off my Toro grass trimmer for warranty work. They initially charge 42.50 diagnostic fee in case it wasn’t covered under warranty. They refunded the money and my trimmer is now working great. Very friendly and honest staff. I would do business with them again.

My dad ordered a tiller from this place 6 weeks ago. We still have not received the tiller. I told them I would come pick up the tiller - 20% or they can refund my full amount. I cannot even have anyone return my call I will be handing this over to my lawyer to take care of. Very poor business ethics.

Needed my weed eater serviced. The service tech (Travis) is very knowledgeable and nice. Took care of me, answered all of my questions and showed me how to thread it the quick and easy way in a matter of minutes. Very pleased.

Poor communication, They said they were open on Saturday I show up and no one is here and they have had my mower for over 2 months. Please don’t do business with this place.

Don’t be in a hurry for your mower back, they’ve had mine a week for just a tie rod repair and I’m still waiting. Not to mention I had to take it back to have this issue fixed (two days and 1400$ later) after just picking it up cause it wasn’t repaired like I had asked it to be the first time around. Talked to 3 people and no one could even tell me when they ordered my part when I called in 4 days later. In the end the manager Pedro claimed it wasn’t their fault however it was on my customer work order but not the final receipt paperwork. I guess it was the customers fault they didn’t transfer information and communicate properly.Over a week later I get my mower back and still have to come home and make adjustments. The jam nut was loose which therefore the tie rod was still not properly fixed as it should’ve been.

We will never ever use this company again. What should have taken 1-1/2 weeks tops turned into 3 weeks. Poor communication on their part, was not ready when it was supposed to be ready. Rude customer service skills and shoddy workmanship. We are a business and we would never treat any of our customers the way they did.

The place had recently been flooded from the hurricane but they had it back up and running and were very helpful.

They repair your machinery and you get very economical.

Worst service ever. The managers are rude and have no customer service. Bought a saw and it kept cutting off. I took it back for them to fix it 3 times in the first day. Ask them could the just exchange it. I even asked for store credit. They said no they don’t do it. Will not be a returning customer

I will never recommend anyone here took my lawn mower in for a new carburator and cable repacement took over a month then before returning they recommended an oil change well when i picked it up thwy turned it on and was smoking they said it was normal and that it would go away well a month later lawnmower looks like an old smokey n now wont turn on i took back and they said its bad gas and i told them its done it since i picked it up they wouldnt fix im going to BBBwith this

These guys helped me track down a part for my Echo blower that I was having a hard time finding online. Price was about the same as the idiots on eBay sending me the wrong part amazingly. I will be back for sure!

Called at 5:55 and asked if someone could wait 5 min after 6 to pick up part in will call. Guy names Travis said that he would wait and he did! Got there at 6:07 and still got my part!

Will never use this company! Took a lawn mower to them they never looked at it left it sitting out side in the rain. Bayou City just called and said it needed a new Carburetor, never did any diagnostic work. Then they charged 35.00 for nothing. When asked if they did anything to know if it needed a new carburetor they said no. I would never recommend anyone to take anything there!!

Worst serivce ! Charged the 3.95 for fuel and oilDidnt add fuel and used up all the fuel empty and still charge me for it . They were suppose to replace the the rope on my blower and didnt do it . They not trust worthy and didnt add the new oil as they said on paper . Thats how lose business !! Dont matter how much other higher/bigger commercial business you got . When you start to fall off small customer serivce thats when things fall apart !!! You never know who is behind those small jobs when you screwed them over .

Service is slow. Almost 2 months for 2 carburetors totalling 2.5 hours of labor. Equipment is left outdoors. The handles of my generator were full of water when i extended them for loading.
