HORRIBLE SERVICE! I cant even begin to express the horrible service they provide. We were paying for once a week pick up and it was more like once a month. We had to call them every month to ask them to pick up the garbage. They lied to us multiple times. The manager /owner does not care about her customers, never called us back or responded to emails. Wish I could give them 0 stars. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

Do not use them. They have zero customer service, constantly lie about trash pick up, do nothing to resolve their mistakes and take your money. Erica is the customer service consultant and was so nice signing me up-once they had my money she did nothing but lie-say she always stands up for her customers but has absolutely zero customer service skills. They will lie and say your trash wasn’t out and not pick it up. Then say they have a video recording of it which is total BS. Tony who claimed to be the manager of Erica and the drives also had no customer service skills and didn’t seem to care one bit. They would rather cancel your service then admit to their mistake and refund you a pick up. Still waiting to be refunded for my pre paid service not provided. Don’t waste your time or your money because they’ll take both.

I had an emergency move, but chose to put my services on hold. I decided to have my credited 2 months refunded back to me, which they had agreed they would do. When I talk to them on the phone, its, my manager is in charge of the refunds. I have been calling for weeks trying to get a hold of Stephanie. Refusal to speak with me, respond to my emails, call me back, etc. Basically, just stole 2 months worth of service. Ive been patient with them about this for so long, it is clear they have done this on purpose.

They are not providing service for the new tenant, their reason is that the previous tenant did not pay their outstanding trash bill of over $400.00 So this property address is red flagged until the account is paid for. My question is why your company continued providing service for that location if they have failed to pay you after two service. They can not answer that and they just want to extort money from the new tenant which had nothing to do with their failure to have a no pay no service policy. Taking them to court.

Once again Waste Depot fails. 7 missed pickups now as of Thursday last week, they owe my Mom a refund of a month now (assuming we maintain service with them, if thats what you call it. they even pick up others trash on the block, but pass hers by????The headline on the news will read Recently widowed old lady being singled out by Waste Depot by not picking up her properly prepared trash even though shes fully paid through the quarter.Ive called multiple times, get voicemail box full most times. Online contact form doesnt work. Stephanie (owner) NEVER calls me back, four times left number and complaint (not counting Yahoo email I sent). I even sent emails to their mailbox, no response. Just sent a fax with this entire report, that seemed to make it through. I wil spam them with calls, emails and faxes until they relinquish my Moms money and pick up her trash. She DID NOTHING to deserve this treatment. If I lived local, I would visit them in person.Last Thursday, Cecilia on phone said she texted the truck that was still in the area, and would call me back when they went across Brittmoore to pick up my aging moms trash, but of course no call back. Cant rely on this company whatsoever, not even the basic courtesy to return phone calls. Cecilia doesn;t even know Stephanies (owner) last name, how crazy is that?Today if trash not picked up, I will contact the Consumer Advocate at the local Fox News and Waste Depots name will be all over the evening news. Online social media (NextDoor, Yelp, Google Reviews, etc) will get a copy of what Im typing here.

If you can use another company. They never answer the phone or return calls. Voicemails are full. Difficult to pay the bill because they never answer. I dont have time to go in person and in this day and age I shouldnt have to. They will stop services even when Iam paid up and insist it wasnt paid I have had to prove it was paid with a bank statement. Just an overall difficult company to work with.

Never have I ever seen or dealt with such an irresponsible company. I called about receiving trash service in JULY, yet I have received NO trash service yet and I havent even received a trash can and Im posting this on September 1st. Calls and messages have not been returned. I pre-paid for trash service for the month of August and have received no service. This company is a joke!

Horrible company. The workers are lazy and often only pick up one bag and leave the can full, or dump the can and leave a leaf bag. My neighbors have the same issue. I have sent them twice an auto pay form, have proof of this, yet they keep saying they have not received it and suspend my service. Then they charge late fees when I call them to make a payment and refuse to waive the $20 late fees. How are they still in business with all of the negative reviews and dissatisfied customers? Ridiculous and extremely frustrating.

They are trying to charge my mom for a period of time in which they did NOT service the address. She did not renew with them, because she was out of the country, she is not under contract, she called to notify them, and now if she wants service, she has to pay for the period they did not service the address plus a fine, because she had to email us, not call to cancel A 70 years old lady. Extortion, unprofessional, unethical. I am sending all this info to news stations.
