I am an Esthitician/Skin care specialist who works for Skin Retreat-The Woodlands. So, I am making my review based on being an Employee there. The owner is one of the best bosses I have had in my life. She is sincerely a very good person and very involved in the Spa. They have Medical grade, Skin Ceuticles, Image Skincare and Yonka(Paris) skincare Facial protocols and products. These are honestly the best products I have ever used myself, so I am impressed. The products are safe, paraben-free & take pride in European standards of efficacy, even in our American products. We received extensive training from the companies, which is so important. The Spa itself is so Beautiful, clean and sanitary; another important plus for employees & clients alike. What I love and clients have told me they love the most, is how DoWn To EaRtH the energy in the spa is. It feels like HoMe. You feel welcomed and cared for. I highly recommend making The Skin Retreat-The Woodlands your Hometown Spa, rather your looking as a client or as an Employee. They have many package options to make your skin the best it can possibly be & based on any budget. Everyone gets their nails done, we should take care of our face, neck & décolletage as well, if not more so! As I myself am now in my 40s, I see the importance of skincare, prevention & education. I also believe that supporting local businesses rather than chains is so important. Rather its monthly maintenance, respecting the skin care cycle and care, complete facial &/or body waxing with top of the line, quality wax, chemical peels-(superficial or medical grade options), Ultra Skin Refiner equipment, Microdermabrasion and Micro-Current-(non-surgical, painless facelift). From the moment you walk in you begin to relax. Located in the heart of the Woodlands, the space is designed with the high-end finishes and colors one would expect. The staff is friendly and attentive and you immediately feel welcomed. Today I had a full body massage performed by Stacy. She used just the right amount of firmness and I left feeling like a new woman. I highly recommend Faces 365 and will definitely be back!

I recently moved to The Woodlands from Greenville and was looking for a new place to get my eye brows waxed. The people at faces 365 are very sweet but I didn’t like the outcome of my eye brows. I’ve had a perfect shape that I loved for years. Now I have two completely different eye brows. Very upset, my eye brows are very important to me sad they are ruined. Now I’ll be having to fill And basically make my eye brows look somewhat similar!

I have been coming here for over 2 years. I have the Wax Me membership and love it! Mallory is the absolute best! I have seen a handful of others but have never had as good of an experience as I do with Mallory. She does a fantastic waxing job and makes it painless. I would recommend Faces365 and Mallory to anyone in need of great waxing services!

I am going here for a while now for waxing and facials. Wonderful and extremely relaxing environment the moment you enter. Girls at front desk are very polite and always smiling. Getting appointments is very easy. I always see Mallory. She has the most gentlest hands ever. Very hygienic, clean and refreshing waxing procedures. Best Facials Ive had so far. You get recommended new products but never pushed or rushed to buy them. So far very pleased with this Spa. Already has recommended my friends.

Wonderful selection of services and products!

First, Brandy is absolutely beyond amazing! She is kind, informative, patient and gentle. My first ever body waxes were performed with ease. She made sure I was properly covered and comfortable the entire process. Will be adding waxes by her to my hygiene regimen. Talk about a confidence boost (all smiles). Daphany at the front desk was uber welcoming, kind, professional, informative but not pushy as well.

After receiving a lovely $70 facial, I was treated to a free wax, which was a promotional and therefore free with the facial. The woman who did my facial asked if I wanted some cleaning up or re-shaping. I CLEARLY said that I wanted light cleaning up. She waxed off 80% of my eyebrows. I had VERY FULL eyebrows that were only waxed twice a year and very rarely plucked. I have NEVER had to fill them in. After telling the receptionist and my waxer that my eyebrows were unacceptable, I was told that my eyebrow waxing would be free, WHICH IT ALREADY WAS. I was also offered another free eyebrow wax for a later appointment, which seems a little stupid to me. I requested the manager but she was not there and I have been told she would call me. I shouldve known not to get my eyebrows done there, since every woman who worked there barely had any. Facial was excellent, eyebrows are gone.
