They were very kind and informative. My 2 Yorkies had the most calm vet visit my older Yorkie has had in his 15 years. Im ever so thankful. The paw plan is awesome to take care of your pet all year long.
Bay Glen has been our vet since we started adopting greyhounds in 2011. Our cats are patients there as well. This visit (like many over the years) wasn’t planned, but our cat Bentley became ill overnight and needed medical attention. Melissa was able to fit us in Saturday morning. We saw Dr. Long and she, as always, was extremely kind, caring and professional. Vet techs Mabel and Christian handled Bentley with care and compassion. I highly recommend Bay Glen Animal Hospital!
Love Bay Glen Animal Hospital! The staff were fantastic and attentive to my Bella.
They treated my Ferret anyway, knowing it needed emergency care and did what they thought it was best just to get my money. Expensive giving me hopes and my poor Jupiter died on our way home after they injected her with some antibiotic knowing she was weak and haven’t ate properly. I won’t take any of my pets there.
Really sweet front desk & vet techs, and the vet himself was really informative and helpful ! I would definitely recommend taking your fur baby here.
They were great about answering my questions and addressing all my cat needs.
My kitty had her claws trimmed. Wait time was less that 5 minutes. Technician was so very friendly. Excellent appointment.
The staff is awesome — helpful, communicative, and they clearly love dogs.
Ive had my dog at this vet for about 3 years now. Its been a great experience each time. The payment plan is worth it so youre not inundated with a large bill at once. They are more than helpful with that. And the dog treats are delicious!
Dr. Long *knows* my pets so well! It is helpful and reassuring to have them cared for by someone who learned their personalities and norms, so she can tell when something is outside of them. She and the rest of the staff really care about their furry patients!
Took my kitty binx to the vet from a suspected urinary tract infection. The co pay was a bit expensive, but they got me in fast and quickly evaluated binx. The doctor explained his symptoms and informed me nothing was out of place, my kitty was just stressed. They also provided a itemized receipt so I knew where my money was going. I left feeling satisfied and secure in my cats health.
I always feel like the staff are happy to see my doggies and give them the best care, I would highly recommend to anyone!
My experience was great as usual. Cant wait to be able to actually get back to in person experience.
Has been the vet office for my dog for last three years. Great staff.
This is a review from my past experience with Bay Glen. I feel like I owe it to them after what they did for me and my dog. When I was in college, my childhood dog had a problem. At the time I was on the Banfield pet plan and taking my dog to them. Banfield had no idea what was wrong with my dog. They wanted to send me to a specialist which I had no money for. I decided to get a second opinion and thats when I found Bay Glen. All the vet there had to do was feel her stomach area and he was pretty sure she had a tumor on her spleen. Just from feeling her. He said to be sure I would need an ultrasound but if I didnt have the money a radiograph would be the next best thing to do so I did the radiograph as that was all I could afford. The vet actually ended up doing the ultrasound free of charge and that confirmed that she did have a tumor in her spleen. At the time I was a broke college kid and the fact that they provided this to me meant the world. I had to say goodbye to my dog but they told me I could have the weekend with her to say goodbye which was nice. Had it not been for them my dog could have gotten to the point of extreme pain, but I was able to let her go peacefully before that happened. These people truly care about their patients, even if not long term patients.
Dr. Ferraro is amazing! She answered all our questions and cleared all our concerns. Excellent service 😁🐕
Great folks, i had to put down my cat of 21 years here and everyone was kind, understanding, and respectful. They even facilitated getting her cremated and put into a lovely little box i still have.Ive been taking my pets there ever since. Weve always received great care.
Wonderful visit for our new puppy! Dr Farrar was very thorough, answered all my questions (and I had a lot!) The technicians & staff were really understanding & gentle with my puppy, I appreciate that—especially since it was his first visit. I feel like my pup is in great hands!
You know you are taking your pet to the right place when they love and care for them as much as you do. They even care for me!
In response to my groomers noticing an anal gland infection on my dog, I made a request for a vet appointment -- Bay Glen was efficient, professional and reacted quickly to this minor emergency. Despite their unexpected wifi failure, they gave us an appointment the same afternoon -- giving every evidence of being in control of the situation. Every single person seemed calm and interested only in my dogs welfare. In her phone call to me the vet went so far as to compliment my groomer on her perception of an oncoming problem. I was impressed with the entire operation!
They have always been the best for my dogsThey have been on paw plan from the beginningNow traveling but will try to always come back to them
It gets no better than Bay Glen. They are the only vet I trust with my aged Golden Retriever. My highest recommendations!
Our pets have been going to Bay Glen Animal Hospital for over 20 years. We appreciate that our dogs and cats have gotten wonderful care from vets who help with medical needs, while making our much loved animals feel special!
I was extremely disappointed in the care my dog received from the vet and technician about a week ago. When we walked in I noticed the technician and the vet did not wear gloves and handled my dog the leash and harness with their bare hands. They never washed their hands before handling the dog s eye and I felt that was unclean. The vet also pushed to do tests and prescribe medication that I thought was unnecessary and even though I disagreed kept pushing for me to do what they wanted instead of listening to me. They wanted to give two different prescriptions for the one irritated eye until I refused. They did a heart worm test and gave me a written prescription, but when the online pharmacy called to confirm, they refused to confirm the prescription they wrote. In response to their request for review, I let them know that I was not happy with how I had been treated. Amanda the office manager called and argued with me trying to persuade me why their conduct was acceptable. When I didnt agree - she said they would not treat my dogs any longer and sent me my dogs records - one dog had been going there for many years. I felt this was unprofessional and that the primary vet for my dogs who did not see them that day should have had the courtesy to call and see why I was upset. I would not recommend them to anyone for their pets.
The staff here is just outstanding. I always feel like we get the best care for our pets. I cant say enough good things about the gentle handling of animals, breadth of knowledge as well as the time spent making sure the treatment reasoning is well understood, and how caring everyone is. I always feel valued and well provided for when we leave.
Very good experience overall from Amy at front desk to techs and vets all very professional and caring.
Dr. Long and all the staff are wonderful and caring! They are very helpful and explain everything in a way that is easy to understand.
Ive taken my cats to Bay Glen Animal Hospital for several years. Everyone treats my pets with so much care and compassion. They are so quick to respond to health issues and the follow up is fantastic. Im so grateful to be able to rely on them.
Been coming here for years to get my Guinea pigs nails trimmed...the staff, even during this stressful time, was positive and the service was quick despite not being able to come inside. The staff was very organized and things went very smooth. Thank you bay glen for yet another great visit. I love you all!
It was OK, nothing special. $190 for antibiotics and pain meds for my dogs cut on foot. Not my regular vet, got the job done.
Taking our dog to Bay Glen Animal Hospital is always a great experience. All staff from the front reception to the technicians as well as the veterinarians themselves make our time there enjoyable even of Tito doesnt enjoy himself as much! We recently moved out of the area but still return to Bay Glen Animal Hospital and we wouldnt go anywhere else.
My dogs always receive excellent care. I use the grooming and boarding services, too. Everyone is happy!
Very knowledgable and friendly staff. Pricing is a little expensive but you get what you pay for!
Dr. Called me directly to talk about the details of our difficult case. Appreciated her answering a lot of questions and following up. Very good experience overall with Dr. and staff.
The exotic vets here are wonderful. They have been taking care of my ferrets for 6 years. The vets really care about your pets. They always return phone calls and answer your questions about your pets care.
Doctors and staff are great. Professional, friendly and patient. I trust them to take good care of my dogs.
My curbside appointment was almost as good as a regular visit. I spoke with the veterinarian by phone as if l were in the office.l will try to do FaceTime next visit . Didn’t think of this time. Everyone was pleasant to me as usual
They brought my dog back from the brink of death when two other vets had written him off. So grateful I still have my dear friend!
I really like going to this vet! The staff is very polite and friendly! The doctors are very informative and are willing to work with you on what is best for your pet! My cat feels really comfortable going here as well so that’s a bonus!
Im a momma bear when it comes to my kitties and Dr. Jong as well as everyone else at Bay Glen Animal Hospital have consistently been great with my 5 rescue kitties. Even though they never go outside we get our share of health problems. Dr. Jong is awesome with both my kitties and me!
I love you all. you all have always treated my pets and us with the most respect. i love my vets they are so awesome. you all are the best.
Since 1995 our animal family found a loving service with bay glen. through sickness, minor incidents and final repose, these doctors behaved as if our pets were theirs. who can ask for more? the best loving hearts for all pet families.
I cannot say enough good things about this practice. The care and concern Dr. Long has shown my pets over the years as well as the way she explains everything so clearly gives me such confidence that my pets are getting the best care possible. Dr. Trevino is also amazing. Front desk and nurses are great.
I recently took my chihuahua to get her teeth cleaned. She ended up having a significant allergic reaction during the procedure. Dr. Long and her tech took great care of her and she is doing just fine now. They were very professional. I have confidence that she will continue to get great care here!
Idk why everyone is saying this vet is expensive. I thought the price I paid for greyhounds wellness exam, intestinal parasite exam, and dental exam were extremely reasonable and inexpensive. I was referred here by the organization I adopted my greyhound from, GPA Houston. My appt was during COVID-19 so I was unable to go inside with my dog. Even though I had to stay in the car and speak with the front desk staff and doctor over the phone, it was probably the best vet experience I’ve ever had! My hound saw Dr Janney. I spoke with him over the phone and he was super personable and made me feel confident and comfortable with his care. All just from being on the phone with him and his staff! Can’t wait to come back and meet everyone in person. This will be our go to vet moving forward!
Love this place! We have taken several of our dogs here and will continue to do so. They are thorough, caring, and personable. Dr. Trevino is a great veterinarian and our dog loves him. We recommend their veterinary services, boarding and grooming.
I always appreciate the thoroughness of Dr.Jong. I know my kitty is in goods hands when he goes to see her!
All of the staff at Bay Glen get an A+. Unfortunately we had to take our 15 year old border collie mix in this morning to be euthanized. These people from the front desk to the nurse to the doctor were amazing. They have a comfortable room set up for your last moments with your pet and the procedure was explained to us. Thank you Bay Glen Animal Hospital for making this difficult time bearable and giving us the peace that our Buddy was comfortable during the entire process.
It’s always a great experience for me and my little dog! She loves to come here, and I appreciate the care and efficiency of everyone. Love “her” doctor: Dr Treviño!
The Drs are amazing!! No matter what we throw at them, they come up with a solution to heal all that ails our pups. The Dr.s and staff are all very kind, caring people. We recommend everyone to them, they are the best!!
It’s not often I take the time to do a review. In this case, my golden bear (a golden retriever) was very sick. While they were not able to heal her, I felt the staff were outstanding. Dr. Hartford and the rest of the team was knowledgeable, caring, and above all - compassionate. I felt that they cared for her to the best of their ability.
I had a great experience here. Took my bearded dragon Gregory in because he wasn’t feeling well. It was a bit pricy but I wasn’t charged anything without signing for it first. No procedure was done until I signed for it and the cost. Even tho it was a bit pricy it was worth every penny to have my Gregory feeling better now. All staff was knowledgeable and friendly.
I have been using Bay Glen Animal Hospital since 1998 and have always left knowing that the care provided to my pets has been excellent whether it was a scheduled checkup, an emergency visit, or a hard to diagnose illness.Any vet can perform the routine checkups, but it is when your pet has contracted a disease that leaves everyone stumped, yet the vet tackles the issue with a I will find the answer attitude until it is solved even if that includes involving Texas A&M, that is when you know how lucky you are to have a skilled team of professionals who are also your friends on your side. Thanks to the care provided by Dr. Janney and Dr. Long, all five of my girls have enjoyed life to the fullest.
Great vet clinic, I have been coming here for a few years now and have seen a few different doctors based on availability. We even had to go through the unfortunate process of putting a dog down due to medical conditions, but throughout the process the staff were supportive, friendly and compassionate. I’ll keep coming back to this clinic without hesitation and recommend it to anyone looking for for high quality care for their pets.
We have taken our pets to Bay Glen for years, and the kind, caring, excellent care never changes. The doctors and staff at Bay Glen are the best one could find anywhere! I am always treated kindly and with understanding, and I have every faith that my beloved dog is getting the very best of care! The doctors are tender and loving with Pep and go the extra mile to comfort him in his fear. I would never hesitate to send anyone to Bay Glen; They are GREAT!
I am so thankful to have found Bay Glen Animal Hospital! My husband and I adopted two kittens and after only a few months we found out one of them likely had FIP. After going to a different vet we were highly disappointed with their knowledge, communication, and organization. We went to Bay Glen feeling pretty hopeless, but Dr. Trevino and staff were FANTASTIC. He was realistic about the prognosis (not good), but also explored other explanations for our kitten’s illness and gave us some immediate solutions to try. He always kept our finances in mind and was careful to select the cheapest, viable option and eliminate unnecessary tests/medicines that other vets had suggested. Although they are usually pretty busy, he took the time to explain various test results, what we were testing for, why we were trying what we were trying, etc.The prognosis was not good, but they made it clear that if we were still fighting for our cat, they would too; each time I went in, he praised and affirmed the commitment we have to our pets. We eventually had to make the tough call to put our cat down, which was handled with great sensitivity and support. I know many vets send sympathy cards after the death of a pet, but Dr. Trevino’s was truly heartfelt and personalized. Yesterday we also received word that Bay Glen donated money on our behalf to an animal fund that offers medical grants to owners who otherwise would have to euthanize a sick pet because they cannot afford veterinary expenses. We had no idea they were doing this, and it was a beautiful way of bringing something good out of a difficult loss. They went above and beyond what they needed to do. I highly recommend Dr. Trevino and Bay Glen Animal Hospital and plan to continue taking our other little guy there!
I brought my guinea pig in for a visit. The staff that answered the phone was friendly and I appreciated that she told me the exam cost upfront. The appointment started on time and Ashley was a great nurse. Dr. Janney did a fine job examining the pig and decided not to prescribe unnecessary medication for what turned out to be a minor issue, a decision I appreciate. Overall, I would recommend this place for guinea pigs.**Update: After about a year since the previous visit, my guinea pig seemed to be sick again. Dr. Long saw him and was absolutely wonderful. My guinea pig was especially cooperative with her - shes got a magic touch with him!The clinic even sent me a thank you card addressed to my guinea pig. I found that especially adorable.Ive moved away from the area so I unfortunately likely have to find another vet if my pig ever needs one again. I hope I can find one as great as this one, as it can be tricky to find a good vet that can work with exotics.
I would give them 5 stars, but they are a little pricey. Caring vets and staff. Spotless facility. They know what thhey are doing. You can have confidence in the Drs here.
Were long-time customers of Bay Glen Animal Hospital, yet this was the first time weve seen Dr. Jong. She was wonderful! Very clear in her direction and she took the time to make sure we understood completely the issue and the treatment plan. She was Excellent!
Just adopted my dog, an 80 lb Retired Military Service Lab, and brought him to Bay Glen for his physical. These folks were great! They set me up on a plan, told me how best to care for Rook, my dog, and made us feel comfortable and basically right at home.
Just took my westies for grooming there. John is really good at what he does. Best groomer Ive ever had. Best all around. So if your looking for a groomer this is the one.The doc at Bay Area Animal Hospital are thumbs up especially Dr R. Trevino
I went here for my hamster and spent $57 for a referral, disappointing to say the least. However, they were polite and informative even if they didnt seem super great at handling such a small animal. All the dogs who I saw in there seemed very happy and handled well.
Bay Glen Animal has taken care of my pet for many years effectively and correctly and is very caring. They are very thorough on diagnosing the issue. Thank you
The reviews about the facility being only in it for the money is completely accurate!! I signed up both of my dogs for the paw plan, two months later somebody poisoned and killed my pug. I brought her remains to be cremated, no sooner after giving the front desk girl her remains, she tells me, oh by the way, youre gonna have to continue to pay her paw plan! Which I figured, and had no problem with. But I had just lost my baby less than an hour before!! They will no longer be getting my business. Though Ill pay my my paw plan, Ill take my pets somewhere else out of principle!
Been going here with my dogs for over 10 years and have never been unhappy with a visit. I would and have recommended this place. The staff and Vets are awesome.
Took our cat here a few months ago because of a lump on his neck. After over $500 in tests they assured us it was NOT cancer but the vet didn’t feel comfortable removing the growth and volunteered to refer us to someone else.We ended up going with another family friend vet based out of Beaumont for the surgery. Cat ends up having to stay 2 days because of the extent of the growth. Turns out the grows was lymphoma and needed to be removed.I call and ask bay glen if they can do me a solid and remove the stitches since I had been taking our cats there for years and the vet said she didn’t feel comfortable doing the surgery. They wanted to charge me $65 just to take the stitches out to which I immediately balked and explained the situation. Needless to say, they didn’t come down on the price or anything and still stuck with the initial $65 quote. So I cancelled my appointments for all my cats upcoming physicals, took a vacation day off work and drove an hour and a half to Beaumont to have the other surgeon remove the stitches on principle.Needless to say I will not bring any of my animals here again in the future.
A wonderful facility. Clean, massive lobby. Ive met with several doctors, and all were extremely nice, caring, and very competent. The other staff are just as good. They have long hours for working people. Theyre just great!
Just moved to this area a few months ago and needed to find a new doctor for my babies. Tried a couple of other animal clinics but wasnt impressed. Recently my dog Claree had a minor injury. I called Bay Glen at 5:30 pm and was able to get an appointment the next morning. Dr. Long is the bomb! Obviously shes knowledgeable but she is also incredibly sweet and loving with animals. The staff that Ive met are helpful and go out of their way to take care of us. Ive definitely found my dogs new clinic!
I’ve been coming here for years, switched vet recently since my previous one moved, but the experience has still been great. It’s different with COVID- you call them when you’re there and they bring your dog in and out of the clinic, but my pups are still getting the same great care and I’ve been happy with their new ways of working.Friendly staff, knowledgeable vets, and convenient location. I’ve been coming here for a few years, and have met with a few vets over time, our primary one being dr Trevino. He helped us get through a very difficult health issue with one of our dogs in both a sympathetic and clinical way that allowed us to treat what symptoms we could and understand when her condition was beyond treatment. The staff at bay glen feel more like family than strangers and I highly recommend them to my own friends and family!
I recently adopted a min pin from an animal shelter. Having heard that Bay Glen was a good place to obtain care, I took Mickey there for a check-up and shots. The care was excellent. What impressed me the most was the knowledgeable staff and the extensive information by Dr. Long. I feel I will be a better owner because of this information. What a great experience.
Love our vet, Dr. Long! She is thorough in her exam and takes the time to answer my questions without feeling rushed. She seems to truly care about my pets well being. The staff take the time to follow up when my dog, Ella, is sent home on medications.
Dr. Trevino is extremely good with our dog Gunner. Gunner looks forward to going to the vet because of all the attention, love, and treats that he gets there. Not to mention, Gunner receives top notch care. Weve had many dogs and used many vets in the past. While alot of vets are good, Bay Glen is the best!!!
Staff is always friendly and treat my snake as if it were any other animal which is very nice. My vet is great and takes good care of my animal.
Took excellent care of my dog Lexi. Very thorough and professional. Gave me great answers and solutions.
Dr. Jenny is fantastic. She checked out my dog from nose to tail. She communicates well and asks frequently if I have any questions or concerns. She really tries to get an overall picture of my pet, his lifestyle and wellbeing.
The wait time us minimal, the Paw Plans make visits affordable, and the doctors and staff truly love the animals and care. Top notch care!
Love the staff, they are compassionate and caring. Especially love Dr. Long. I highly recommend this clinic.
Bay Glen Animal Hospital has taken world-class care of my pets, from the simple tasks of timely reminders on vaccinations and short waiting room times, to the difficult veterinary skills of saving my cats life after he was hit by a car and needed emergency surgery, to the inevitable end-of-life process with one of our dogs. The doctors and the staff listen to us and take the time out to answer questions. They show compassion and caring, along with high-quality vet skills. With multiple exam rooms, the wait is never long, even for same-day appointments, and the facilities are extremely clean. The costs are on-par with other local vets, but I noticed they were much more accommodating of our desire to use a local pharmacy to procure some generic medicine, where our other vet treated us differently when we told them that.I have already recommended this vet to my neighbors, and would do so for any pet owner.
Fast and nice. Follow up calls to check on the condition of your pet. Be prepared for a HEFTY bill though. Walked in with a dog that had a bladder infection to get some antibiotics, walked out over $400.00 poorer.
I am always treated well at Bay Glen and my dog love it. She was a rescued animal so that is an issue for her most places, but not at Bay Glen. Always good service, always competent help.
The staff at Bay Glen always treat my dog like she is one of their own. They are friendly and very compassionate. I always recommended them to my friends.
I highly recommend the vets at Bay Glen Animal Hospital. Dr. Long and Dr. Trevino have cared for three of my dogs at all stages of life. They love animals (even when they are a little crazy) and it shows. I regularly recommend Bay Glen Animal Hospital to my friends, and I happily recommend them to you too.
The staff and Doctors are wonderful. They always make be feel that my fur babies are taken good care of.
If you truly care for your pets, please do NOT bring them here. I would give them 0 or negative stars if I could. You would expect your pets to be well and safe if theyre boarded at a VETERINARY, but it was not the case for us. We had to last minute make a trip to another country for about 20 days and we had no one else to help us care for our rabbit while we were gone, so we came here since we had had 2 appointments with the veterinary here before. The same morning we came back, we went to pick up our rabbit and paid $400 for his boarding. He already seemed different and not himself, but bunnies tend to be very nervous pets and we thought he just needed some time to adjust to us again. We left him alone for a few hours (since bunnies need privacy and especially since we were gone for 20 days). When we pet him and went to see him probably after 2/3 hours after picking him up from this place, we noticed he was extremely sick. What we thought was nervousness and shyness was actually something horrifying. We called to let them know that he was sick so we came back to see a veterinary. Another veterinary (not our usual one) checked him and did x-rays and came with news that our baby was going into shock and that his stomach was so bloated that he wouldnt make it. This broke our hearts and there were a lot of tears. We decided to put him down. However, we did not expect to be charged another $300+ for that, even though he was ALREADY SICK from THEIR care. We understand that things happen, but they seemed to blame us for his pain since they did not hesitate to want to charge us so much money after having already paid them $400 for boarding that morning, which was clearly not safe and caused our rabbit harm. They ended up discounting $200 for the euthanasia (only after having to ask for the manager and not the front-desk lady to come talk to us), but we still had to pay them $100+ (plus the $400 for boarding) after such a horrible incident. In the end, all they cared for was money rather than the well being of our dear pet. We will NOT be coming back and I hope that no one else has to experience something like this.
Always a pleasure to bring dog here. Everyone is great and Dr. Trevino super knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
The staff at Bay Glen are awesome! Barley my rottweiler had an emergency, could not walk needed to be seen asap. Bay Glen got us in first thing. I had had no luck at all finding a clinic to fill our needs, all other clinics we had been seemed scared of Barley and in turn made him scared. When we arrived the staff saw my Barley for the dog he is a large lap dog! Dr.Trevino and nurse Ashley are GREAT!
Absolutely loved the connection between Dr Travino and my pet. He let me explain my frustrations and things that Ive tried with previous vets, answered all my questions. They explained to me in detail of what was going on and how to help fix the issue and possibly further treatments. The staff was nice and welcoming, clean front area and room. Not once did they make me feel stupid or taken advantage of.
There is no place more dedicated, knowledgeable, and loving towards animals. Our pets are members of our families, and the staff, Veterinarians, and nurses treat them that way. With a recent critical event, this dedicated family of vets, nurses and staff, pulled our James Bond through. These people are God sent.
I really appreciated the hospital, staff and doctor. They were very kind with Sassie and provided detail information on her condition. Sassie will call Bay Glen Animal Hospital her home away from home. Thank you Bay Glen..
Professional, kind, thorough, transparent, patient. Since 2009 all veterinarians & vet techs (& most staff) have been wonderful.
Thanks again for yalls help!
The staff here is very professional and friendly. They took good care of both of my cats, including the old grumpy one. They made sure that i understood all options for their care.
The front desk people and the ones who answer the phones could use some retraining on how to not make people feel like theyre a burden. However the vets and nurses are top notch and really nice.
We can not say enough good about Bay Glen Animal Hospital! We have been going there for many years and have had great service from the Doctors and staff. We recommend all of our friends to them.
Everyone is friendly; Dr. Trevino is great with our dogs and always helpful when we have questions! Its nice that we always have something to talk with him about during our appointment (other than our furbabies) -- Star Wars and our love for the Astros!
Wonder staff and the veterinarian is compassionate and thorough.
I made an appointment here for my rabbit at the suggestion of a friend. Dr. Janney (sp?) was amazing! He instantly made me feel more comfortable with my decision and handled Milyy so well. I was really nervous about bringing him in since he doesnt like being picked up. I was even more nervous since it was his first time and he was going to be getting a nail trim. Dr. Janney was able to maneuver Milyy throughout the appointment to get a full checkup done and nail trim without any scary moments. The entire appointment went great! Also, the staff were really nice and seemed to be in a great mood while I was there. I honestly feel so lucky to have been referred here and I wont be taking Milyy anywhere else.
This place is a complete and utter rip-off for routine care. I was quoted nearly $250 of random procedures I needed to do just to get the *test* for feline leukemia done. I shopped around a bit and found other places including Texas Litter Control who will do the test for about $30. Driving all the way to Spring and back is still cheaper than this.Do yourself a favor if you just need basic testing or vaccinations done. Shop around.Might be worth the price if your animal just got hit by a car. If you just need a rabies or distemper shot, go elsewhere.
