West U Vet is the best veterinary clinic we have ever used! Our Dog, Ollie, absolutely loves Dr Chucle, who is so caring and knowledgeable. She also helped us put down our last dog, Abby, with gentle words, plenty of space/time, and the lighting of a candle. Very special. Also, the staff is super-responsive to any need or question. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Competent and friendly staff. We have taken our dog (1.5 years old) to different vets to find the fix to her never-ending rashes. Previous vets gave us antibiotics to fix the symptoms but they didn’t care about the underlying cause. Then we came to West U Veterinary Clinic. They truly listened to our concerns and finally found the root cause of our dogs symptoms. The vet was very professional and you can tell that she loves animals. She got down on my dogs level and talked with HER about how sorry she was that she was hurting and explained how we can fix it. She never judged us or thought we were bad dog parents. We are ecstatic that we have finally found our family vet!!

I was referred by a friend last year when my dog became very ill. Dr. Bryant performed my dogs surgery, and shes a wonderful vet.The staff was great, answered all my questions, worked me in for appointments.

The ladies at the office are so helpful and informative. Inviting office setting and professional. I love it, I live in Spring and will venture across town to come here for the great service provided!

I have been very impressed with staff here. They are always warm and helpful. My cat is almost 10 and Dr. Chucle was the first to notice his heart murmur, run tests, and recommend I see cardiologist. We found out he has VSD and will need to be on meds his whole life. I am so grateful to her and her team!

Very nice doctors, they answered all my questions in a nice manner and there was NO WAIT!! Not terribly expensive and great location. I will definitely be back. Carmen

Outrageous prices! The lady on the phone was super rude!!

We have used this vet over the years for general shots and regular check ups. Sadly when anything other than general care is needed this veterinarians office is very lacking- including the office staff. We have been given medicine and shampoo for allergy issues and then been told by another vet that it was wrong. We have had a dog in pain and they couldnt get the pet in for another few days....even though their open almost everyday. Just not a very good veterinarian clinic. Find somewhere else and save yourself time, money and frustration!

Dr. Bryant is wonderful. She is clearly passionate about animals and this comes across in her interactions with my dog. The staff is friendly and very accessible over the phone. I also get reminders when my dog needs updated vaccinations or other services, which is really helpful. Recently, my dog needed some more of his Trifexis, and I had gotten an email from West U Vet that was running a 20 percent off promotion. I definitely took advantage of that and the amount was at least twenty dollars less than 1800 Pet Meds. I got the Trifexis only a few days later. Would definitely recommend!

The veterinary clinic itself is a great place to go; however, I would not recommend it if you ever plan on getting any prescriptions for your dog (which everyone does cause heartworms and fleas are bad). I was recommended to wait to order until I had an accurate weight on my growing puppy, so I ordered about 7 days ahead of needing it, with 5 day shipping. I was going out of town in 8 days, and I hadnt received it on day 6 so I contacted the supplier, and they told me (in a not very nice way) that Id have to wait until it had been missing it longer before they could send another one. I wasnt wanting another one for free--I would have payed for another one to go to where we were traveling to so my dog could get her meds, and Id have another box sitting waiting for me when we got back from my trip. I contacted the vet clinic, and the company apologized, but I ended up going to petco at my destination and just getting a single tablet. I signed in to the supplier website to unsubscribe from auto-ship, but the website is so terrible it keeps having connection lost errors and making me sign in. I clicked the cancel auto-ship button a few times, and it kept bumping me back to the login screen, but I assumed 3 times (trying on both my computer and my cell phone) should make it go through. Fast forward 6 months. I woke up this morning to an order confirmation that is 120% of what I paid to get my dogs meds at somewhere that actually has 2-day shipping for free. GOOD MORNING PLEASE ENJOY THIS EXORBITANT CHARGE FOR MEDS YOU DIDNT ORDER FROM A COMPANY THAT DOESNT DESERVE YOUR MONEY. I tried to log in to the website, and after logging in 8 times, and clicking the cancel auto-ship button 4 times, the option to cancel it is finally gone. I will only be returning to this clinic if the company providing the medication is changed.

Love it here! I use to go to Banfield, but then I found West U, and what a difference. I highly recommend West U.

The staff is friendly. The doctor is very particular about giving out prescriptions and poking the pet with injections for small things like separation anxiety. The doc capitalizes on the fear of fur-parents. I took my dog in twice 3 months apart because he was throwing up (and I freaked out), the first time doc poked my poor dog with 4 injections: one for redness due to scratching, one for nausea, ..... etc... and the second time poked my dog with another injection, did X-ray (nothing was wrong) and suggested pancreatic surgery... they could have simply told me it was a case of separation anxiety. ...the doctor is very money minded.

Such a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Wouldnt take my kitty cat anywhere else.

We would take our dog there for the same problem 3-4 times and they couldnt figure it out. All she had was allergies and my new vet fixed her scratching problem after the first visit. I dont trust them to do anything other than do an annual physical.

At first I liked their convenient location, but they ALWAYS screw something up! Every. Single. Time. Im done.

I bought my ferret rescue and the staff were very nice as was the Dr.

My 2 cats and a dog have been seen different vets at this office. I recently saw the office for some bloodwork for my cat. The staff and vets were incapable of preparing the right blood sample for the tests. It seemed that they are not trained and are not willing to read up on tests that are may be not very common to order. This was a very unpleasant experience and I dont feel that my cat has been taken care off at all. All they cared about is the money that I needed to pay for the tests.

They do whatever they can to help you and your pet. Great staff and wonderful doctors who truly care.
