They were all very sweet in the office! My cat warmed up fairly quickly and everyone was well informed. I plan on going back for any needs I have for my cat!They also offer decent plans to keep your cat/kitten updated on shots, wellness visits, etc.

Ive been taking my (sometimes difficult) cats to The Feline Medical Center for years, and Im always impressed with how thorough and understanding everyone is, but especially Dr. Sims and Angela. Theyre always very patient with my cats and explain whats going on in detail. Although Ive been coming here for years, Ive had two important appointments in the last six months for medical concerns where Dr. Sims walked me through step-by-step what to expect. Dr. Sims and Angela were able to make my cat feel comfortable and didnt make me feel like I was being as neurotic as I know I probably was. They have a way with cats and people!

Such a positive experience! Both of my kitties were rescued from a house fire a few hours before they were seen. The staff established two cats as new patients and they were seen the same day. So thankful for their help!

I called and made a new patient appointment for my cat. Then on the day of the appointment, everything went perfect. The technician asked questions over the phone, then came to my car to get the cat. Then the veterinarian called me to let me know how the visit was going and recommendations. The overall visit was very professional and personable. I was very pleased!

I cannot begin to explain how amazing the doctors and staff are! Yet again, they have saved my now 18 year old baby. My own father and stepmother are both veterinarians (live out of town), and they both told me that they didnt think she would make it. Dr. Moran was AMAZING. Communication was fantastic. Everyone is always professional and friendly. Very caring towards all my cats. I love that it always so quiet so my cats are not anymore stressed than they already are. Never a long wait time, usually within 5 minutes of appointment time if even that.

Awesome place! We had Dr. Moran, smart and kind. The whole experience was the best I’ve had with a vet in years and reasonably priced too! One kitty had good news one kitty not so good but I was told straight forward and given meds that are working. I canceled my last vet and am here to stay. Excellent experience. They did everything same day and I got results of tests and clear instructions re how to care for my fur boy. They came very highly recommended and they were wonderful with my cat. He made himself at home in exam room :)

I have been taking my cat to a veterinary clinic for the past 3 years but decided she needed a cat specialist doctor. Due to Covid, I was instructed to call when I arrived. A tech came out to get my cat for the doctor. The doctor called me after the appt with an update. I was impressed with the amount of time she spent with me discussing my cat and her allergies.I have found my new vet! I highly recommend this facility!

Great staff, they have been taking care of my dog for a couple months and have always treated him very well. On arrival they are always ready and never make us wait. Prices are more reasonable than other vets.

Their love for animals is radiant, to sound cheesy. My wife and I brought a stray/lost kitten in to get checked for microchip. The thing is, I showed up within about 2-4 minutes of them closing and they STILL welcomed us with such love, it was actually amazing. I really wish I remember the nurses name who helped us, but we thank you. Gave the kitten a small tin of a food and treated for fleas and we were on our way, hoping to find him a safe home. Wed be back if we actually owned a cat!

It was raining and I wanted to say a special thank you for taking good care of Mia in her final hours and for making a gift to TAMU Veterinary school in her honor. It was a perfect memory.

I boarded my 10 month kitten for 6 days - it was my first time ever leaving him since he was 2 weeks old. I was scared and super sad to leave him but they sent me pics of him in his kitty condo and reassured me he was well taken care of and happy. I also forgot to pack all his toys so they gave him some. I will definitely use the Feline Med Ctr again! Everyone is so sweet there, I truly felt my little Simba was in good loving hands.

My cat never likes going to the vet, but she felt more comfortable than ever at Feline Medical. It helps calm my cat that theres no dogs in the waiting room. They are also very professional and courteous during the COVID-19 pandemic. The facility is very clean and comfortable and has a large fish tank in the waiting room. It honestly feels more like a home than a vet. My cat, Eureka, also had to have a few teeth extractions and those went very well. I also really appreciate the advice Dr. Moran gave me, and her recommendation for travel medications for my cat. We had to move far away, I will miss yall!

I have been having allergy issues with my cat and I wanted to try a cat only vet. The Doctor made some changes and provided medicine that was much easier to dose my cat with. I was pleased with the service and price.

I was referred here when our kitten had an issue that his regular vet could not treat. Even with it being right after a holiday, they worked me in. The staff were very nice and walked me through everything and they got my kitty feeling much better!

This is the first time I have used this practice, which is somewhat a sister practice to Bay Glen Animal Hospital. Normally, when the vet appointment is over, my cat is my enemy for a day or two. He was my friend from the word go when I took him to a setting that is feline only. They also seemed to be able to work easily with the restrictions imposed due to the current pandemic, with curbside service.

Let me start this review by admitting Im a neurotic cat lady... Worst than a first time mother, my cat is my baby and I had been looking for the best care for her as she reaches her senior years and will start needing more care. I use to go to a very well reviewed veterinarian near home but after they couldnt diagnose my cat and she ended at the emergency clinic I decided to look for a cat specialist. I found The Feline Medical Center and following the stellar reviews decided to bring my cat there. The 5 star review is more than fair and well earned, not only my cat is doing pretty good, but they have dealt with my own apprehensiveness in the most sweet and professional way. Dr. Moran, Dr. Sims and all the technicians are nothing but amazing human beings and you can tell they absolutely love cats. They take they time to talk, listen and answer any questions and concerns you may have. I would keep on listing all the reasons why I highly recommend this group, but I dont want to write a full book. Thank you to all the staff! And if you love your cat, this is the place you need to take it to!

An absolutely stellar group of individuals passionate about cats. I have gone to them for both check-ups, and when I had to make the decision to put my eldest cat to sleep. They are so incredibly compassionate and go above and beyond my expectations. After my cat passed, they were kind and thoughtful enough to send me a handwritten letter. That was amazing to receive, and brightened my mood despite the situation. I will continue to take my other cats here.

I love that my faithful vets and their assistants are remaining at their post on Clear Lake City Blvd during this stay at home period. I needed to bring in my little old Persian female who has been throwing up her kibble for the past few days. Curbside service, with a smile! These ladies are always super service-oriented, no matter what. But now they are service-oriented in almost in hazmat gear!

They are very responsive and informative about all the questions I had pertaining to my cat. You can tell that they care about the work they are doing. They are a little more expensive than a neighborhood general care vet, but I think it is worth it because of the wide array of services they provide.

I came here based on a friends recommendation, and Im so glad I did! Its really difficult to find a Doctor who specializes in cats. Both my JJ and I were treated with the upmost care. They answered all of my questions in a way that made me feel at ease, and not just brushed off. It is very apparent how much they enjoy caring for cats! Will be back!

They were very accommodating to my schedule and had no issues when I needed to switch the appointment 2 different times. They were extremely nice to me and made my cat named Cali feel very comfortable in their care (she usually is very picky and only lets me and my brother pet her). They explained everything very well and were happy to answer in great detail all the questions I had. Their price is about 15- 20% more than other local Vets but, I’ve been to nearly 6 different Vets in the Clear Lake area over the last few years and this place was well worth the cost. And they even have payment plans that act almost as insurance; so you can pay a little each month and then everything is covered when you do need to see a Vet. I’ve never felt more at ease with a Vet group in my life and I never write reviews. I just felt I must write a review in the hopes that it might even persuade one person to choose this Vet Clinic over going with one that isn’t near as good. I’d give 6 stars if it would let me. The Feline Medical center is where I will take my cats for the rest of my their lives. A+++

Ive taken my cat, Abby, to the Feline Medical Center for many years. She has had digestive issues for most of her life and is definitely not a good patient. But Dr. Sims always handles her with care and good humor. Abby is fourteen years old, and I credit Dr. Sims with helping her reach that age in good health. All of the people at the Feline Medical Center are welcoming and kind. Their love of cats shows.

This was my favorite cat vet when I lived in Houston! My cats saw Dr. Sims and Dr. Moran, and we had good experiences with both. They took the time to explain any surgeries or medications, and addressed any questions I had. And the best part is that my cats actually felt safe there, unlike at most other vets. My kitten, Iris, especially loved her visits and the attention they give her! After one of our visits, she tried to persuade me to let her stay longer. 😂

I love love love all the staff at Feline Medical Center. My cat Richard is very hard to handle. Hisses, swats, everything. In the past I had vets be clearly annoyed and frustrated with him but I have had nothing but kindness and patience from Feline Medical Center. They always make Richard and I feel so welcome and take very very good care of him. That really means a lot to me and my fur baby!

Dr Sims is great. Shes very knowledgeable, very loving and kind to my car Lilli. She took time to clearly explain her findings and came up with a treatment plan and was considerate of our budget.The care by the vets and staff is exceptional. I know my baby is in good hands.

I cant say enough about how great these folks are. From the first call I made to inquire about pricing/an appointment, to having my cat seen, it was a 5 star experience. Everyone that I interacted with was a professional. The customer service is second to none. I was hesitant after reading other reviews that mentioned price, but I found the price to be quite reasonable after watching the exam and speaking with Dr. Jong.She along with the technician displayed the utmost care for my scaredy cat, they explained that they dont scruff cats there and they allowed him to build up the confidence to come out of his carrier on his own. They were so patient and kind in the way that they handled him.Dr. Jong was clearly very knowledgeable, she listened and repeated back to me the concerns that I had to ensure that she understood correctly. She took her time to examine him, listen to his lungs, check his breathing, etc. She gave me more thorough and complete information than I had received at my usual vet office even though it was her first time seeing him. Within days, my cat is already doing better with the medication that she prescribed. I cant say thank you enough to Dr. Jong and the team of professionals at the Feline Medical Center. I will not hesitate to recommend this office to my feline loving friends. I dont want to take my cat anywhere else from now on.

Our orange tabby Link was limping one day then could not walk the next day. Since Link is a rescue cat we estimate his age to be 9-12 years. Links usual vet was quite stumped and our friend in Maine who runs a feline-only hospital herself recommended to take Link to the Feline Medical Center. We did. The staff is great and knowledgeable, and after a correct diagnosis and treatment Link is walking again!

Dr. Moran and her team have always been so good to us and our kitties. They have been our vet for a few years and have always provided outstanding service. We are thankful for all the care they have given to our sick cats throughout the years.This is a cat only facility so there are no loud noises or other kinds of animals that scare our cats.

I have been meaning to post this review for a long time. I am so grateful to Dr. Moran and her staff. I took my cat Niles in for bladder crystals awhile back. They were so patient and sweet to him, and so understanding. They let me visit him while he was being kept for a few days. What really impressed me though was what happened after I picked him up. I was carrying Niles in his carrier out to the parking lot, when the kennel busted open, and Niles (who had a lot of drugs in his system from surgery) got so spooked he took off down El Camino and hid in someones yard under a brick wall! The nurse ran after him with me, while the lady at the desk was kind enough to take my purse inside as I had left it on the sidewalk. The nurse spotted him hiding under the wall and we couldnt get him out. Dr. Moran then proceeded to go into the neighborhood, (the nurse and I stayed with Niles by the fence) and knocked on doors to figure out which house it was, then she went into the backyard and got Niles into the kennel. They then helped me carry him back to the office, where they fixed the kennel with zip ties, and helped me out to the parking lot to make sure it didnt bust open again. Niles has been doing great ever since. But I was just so impressed at how the staff went above and beyond to help me and my cat. I was so worried when he took off because I wasnt expecting anyone to help me, I mean they were closing up, and how would you even find a cat? But they did without me even asking, and they were so sweet! It just really touched my heart!

I brought my cats here for their first visit to the vet since I moved to this area. The staff are incredibly helpful, caring, and professional. I truly felt like all of my concerns were met with sincerity and addressed in a way that I could clearly understand. One of my cats is very nervous at the vets and acts out, but I was offered a solution to make it a little easier on her the next time we come in.A smidge pricier than previous vets I have been to, but I am very happy to pay a little extra for the comfort and care of my cats. It was very nice that no dogs were in the waiting room trying to smell my cats in their carriers, and there wasn’t any scary barking or sounds coming from across the hospital. I really think that helps make the visit to the vet much less scary for my babies. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a kitty!!

Dr. Simms, and the entire staff are remarkable ! They have the equipment and knowledge to test and diagnosis your cat almost immediately. Unfortunately, my 13+ year old cat was suffering, and I knew she was reaching the end. Dr. Simms recognized her symptoms, and proceeded to perform an ultrasound. Within 15 minutes, she was able to provide a diagnosis of Congestive Heart Failure, and the decision was made to put her down. As heartbreaking as it was, we were put into a special room to be with her, before, during, and after the procedure, to grieve. I have never felt such compassion and love from a doctor and staff, as here. Thank you all, at Feline Medical Center, for helping to make Harleys passing tolerable.

I loved it here. I went in with my sister and her cat (she asked for moral support). They were so sweet I felt like I didnt need to be there! They assessed her cat and gave us a very positive response as well as some meds for the cat. We were in an out with in the hour!

The Feline Medical Center is definitely extraordinary! Dr. Molitor, Dr. List and Angela are incredibly compassionate and consciences. All three have called me at home at one point or another to follow-up on everything from the most routine exam, to parasites & vaccines, to the more complicated aspects of arranging for emergency referrals to Gulf Coast Veterinary at 9pm on a Friday night! I appreciate their decisiveness and willingness to help guide you through the more difficult decision making processes, especially when its time to seek emergency medical attention outside of their clinic. They greet me and my kitties by name, show real interest and do an excellent job of making me feel as though we have a true partnership in my kitties overall health and well being.

I enjoy working here as a veterinarian. I can honestly say the staff truly cares about their patients and are experienced in the finer points of feline medicine, surgery, and behavior. I would trust every single technician/nurse and doctor with the lives of my own cats.

OK - Harry just stepped on the keyboard so this may end up being a duplicate review! Harry is a neighborhood cat who has been visiting me for years, whenever I was in the backyard. We would have a cuddle and I would give him some stale cat food (the bag lasted nearly a year!). Then a few weeks ago he arrived in a very bedraggled state - thin, beaten up, bite marks going septic, hair licked off his belly and back legs. This time he came inside and made up to me like nobodys business. So I brought him to the Feline Medical Center on the recommendation of my sisters cat, Stella. The staff made such a fuss of him - he loved it all (except the thermometer). He is on a regime of medicine to help reduce the licking and is gradually growing back some hair. The staff offered a payment plan over a year, which means when he needs another visit I dont hold back because of the cost. The place is clean, bright, and welcoming. The calm, black office cat watches over everything with nary a sound. Using a sensibly spaced appointment system, the reception is rarely crowded (in my heretofore limited experience). I love going there! Harry does too! (well not the going bit but he likes being there...)

When I take my cats for visits to Feline Medical Center, I am always comforted knowing that my cats will receive expert loving care. I especially appreciate Dr. Sims, Angela, Crystal and all the vet techs and front desk staff!

The Feline Medical Center has been a great choice for me and my cat for a multitude of reasons! 1) Their office times are fantastic for those of us with the M-F 8a-5p work schedules, so I miss a minimal amount of work. 2) Every member of their office is kind, professional, and great to work with in person and over the phone. 3) The office is quiet--my scaredy cat isnt freaked out by barking before his visit. 4) I dont get outwardly judged for having an indoor/outdoor cat! In fact, they give me tips for handling angry neighbors ;) 5) They take last minute visits (I rarely plan ahead). I dont plan on taking Shelby anywhere else!

It is a bit on the expensive side; however, it is great to have a waiting room of just cats - not that weve really ever had to wait for any significant amount of time; the Paw Plan is a great way to get all that you need for your kitty(ies) and pay monthly - rather than all at once; not only is the facility bark and screech free, but it is clean as well; and last, but not least, the staff is caring, knowledgeable, and very informative.

Dr. Molitor and the staff at Feline Medical center are so caring and courteous to their feline clients as well as their parents.I really thought after taking my kitty to his original vet, he had a fatal disease and was not going to be around much longer. I was medicating him for FIP, because he had an issue with the his eye being discolored. The original vet gave me NO hope at all, and basically told me that my cat that just turned a year old was going to die and I should prepare myself. After putting steroids in his eye for 3 months, his eyes started watering really bad, so instead of taking him to his original ordinary vet, I felt I should take him to a specific kitty doctor and boy am I glad I did... Turns out my kitty doesnt have a fatal disease, but has something that is controllable with medication. Thank you Dr. Molitor and staff for your great Pet side manner... My Spike is 100% better now and I am happy to see my babys big blue eyes return to normal...
