Had my hdmi broken on my ps4 and they fixed it for 90 good work

I have been here 2 times and both times they were able to help me out. Will continue to come back to this location.

This place is horrible, bad customer service they don’t even fix iPhones the correct way they said they fixed my phone and I can clearly see it’s not fixed and confronted the big lady and she tried to change the subject

Have had many different tablets my now 7 yr old breaks and also phones and i never have had any issues definitely would recommend this place and also they have the cutest doggo here that loves to greet you when he sees you

Had problem with cellphone, business was close to home. Anyway, service technician was out for lunch and I waited about 30/35 minutes.It took less time then my waited time to fix it. Service technician was accommodating and suggested that my charger cable was the problem.I spoke my mind and said Do not sell me anything I dont need, charger works thus far and Im so pleased with the results. Also Cynthia was very good, accommodating and patience, suggested the problem was the port. Once again thank you so much for the great customer service.👍😁😁😁

I had an IPhone X with a broken front and back screen and after driving all the way to the apple store and have them tell me that they couldn’t fix my phone, the guy at Reparamos, We Fix helped me in no time! He got my screen fixed in a matter of 10 minutes.

My cooling fan went out, he 1st tried to make sure it was a buildup of debri, part was replaced now my laptop runs faster and quiter! A great place for broken screens and anything pc related! I found out about this place through a friend. I had a cracked screen on my Samsung GALAXY S5. Those are not cheap to fix. Im from Austin, most places were charging me $200+ Yikes! I came here on a visit. Customer service was great and they charged me a very reasonable price. My phone was fixed with a few hours. We Definitely come back!

I had my sons ipad screen replaced. I did some shopping around and they had the most affordable rate. They had a quick turn around time too. While there we purchased a protector for his ipad so it wouldnt happen again. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and not too pushy. I would definitely return again.

On Jan 16, 2016 I spent $217 to repair two iPhones. An iPhone 6 and a iPhone 5s. About two weeks ago the iPhone 6 screen popped out a bit on the top left corner and my son tried to just pop it back in. I admit he shouldnt have done that, but he thought it would be that easy. Bad news is these people wont do anything but a ten dollar discount. Bad business and i rather pay full price elsewhere definitely.

My father brought his S3 in for a screen replacement and to add a screen protector. He paid in advance to have it worked on immediately. The girl behind the counter said the technician was gone for the day and it would be serviced as soon the next tech comes in. This was Saturday. He sent me to have it picked up on Monday. I was then told that the parts needed werent in stock and the manager was on the way back with them. It would be ready that evening by six. We call Tuesday morning to be told YET AGAIN it wasnt ready. Now its because the technician was just getting in. Of course, Im angry. I instructed the the girl to STOP service on the phone. Im coming in to pick it up. I want a refund. DO NOT repair the phone. She proceeds to call my father, tell him the work is done, that its ready for pick up. I show up. She says the phone is already fixed, they are just adding the sreen protector. I told her that was NOT what i said over the phone. To put it back in its original state and give me the refund. She told me that they were actually in the middle of putting the new screen on and that to reverse it would be another thirty minutes. I told her that i dont mind waiting(are they seriously concerned about eating my time NOW?)- Ive have waited this long. She would have saved materials and time if she would have listened to me over the phone. I show up later that day and another girl handles my refund.Why wouldnt the customer be informed that the materials arent in the store?Why would you give a customer the run around?How does a business function in this manner?I understand hiccups here and there but this was deliberately careless.If you dont mind wasting time, this is the place for you. Never will i do business with this company again.Note to management: Pay close attention to what happens in your store. If this acceptable to you, then carry on. If you see room for correction, business will improve drastically.
