Quick service, detailed information about the vehicle condition (lights, filters, fluids, etc). A bit pricey for an oil change without coupons, but coupons always seem to be available. Friendly and knowledgeable staff

I showed up 30 min before closing and they cheerfully greeted me and helped me get my registration, emissions and an oil change in exactly 30 min. No eye rolling at me when I pulled in, just smiles. Everyone that wasn’t working on my car was cleaning and sanitizing the shop. Thank you for the great service today!!

Simple man going in for a simple oil change. Went in and had a small fee of $52 bucks. Im happy! Id recommend. Just make sure you dodge all the other stuff they throw at you like a tire rotation for $20 bucks. Unless you need it. You do you. Great place.

Super quick got me in right away with no wait, I even forgot to apply a coupon so I went back to see if they could do anything about it. They voided my original transaction and rerang it up adding the coupon.

This place is awesome! They go through the specifics of your car giving recommendations but no pressure. Very efficient.

I was able to get in and out fairly quickly, they definitely focus on the customer and doing the job while getting you in and out efficiently. The vibe I picked up was that it was a very well oiled machine and all the crew seemed to be focused and attentive to their job.

Got me lubed up and filtered real nice. Had to be the fastest oil change in the history of mankind. Wasn’t as cheap as I remember them being but I guess you gotta do what you gotta do. They did vacuum out the rig while they were at it Turned out real nice am happy with the service

Great professional attitude and fantastic customer service-He checked in on me while I waited, went over each step to confirm this is what I wanted. There weren’t any hidden fees. Their shop was clean and it looked like they all got along - a lot of smiling among the employees. I will return.

We had three vehicles that needed oil changes and emissions test. We brought them all up here on a Saturday. Service was fast and friendly. They answered all our questions and even told us about the DMV since we are from out of state. Very happy l, we will be back.

They did a great job, I told them what I wanted done, and they did it. They were quick and efficient and didnt try to get me to do anything more than what I asked for. I hadnt been to the springville location in a while, but it felt like this was a completely different experience since I had last been here. 👍

I was impressed with Lance who seemed honest with recommendations even when I always approach automechanic problems with heavy skepticism. He was direct about things he would not do even though many other people may push for more sales, he was also professional and got work done quickly. I had a good experience with this jiffy lube

Worst service of my life. $95.00 for a service on a 2011 V.W. Jetta. Free brake check cost me 4 new hub caps, broke every one. Took over an hour to get it done. I will never or anyone I know will go there again!!!!

Efficient and personal. The guys there get it and walk with integrity and respect for their customers. I overheard a tech working with a young mom and her sweet toddler to keep within the budget but get all the things done that were needed to keep her mobile, and those two were smiling when they drove away. Dont think of this as another chain. They dont think of you as just another customer.

The workers were all friendly and efficient. I went in the morning and was in and out within 35-45 minutes. A good place to go for an oil change.

Generally a very bad experience with Lance. He was extremely rude and constantly talked down to me. Very upset with this experience. Might come back only because Christian was very nice and helpful at the end of my visit. Not horrible but definitely will not be going back if Lance is there.

Exceptional service!! Incredibly friendly & professional!! I dont even live in Springville, but this will definitely be my default location for sure!!! They also were kind enough to let me know that I could renew my registration there as well as getting my emissions test done. I have been to Jiffy Lube before & never had a bad experience, but this was such a pleasant experience I wanted this location to get well deserved recognition! 15/10 will come back to the Springville location for all oil change/registration/emission needs!!

Jiffy lube was quick in their service today and they were very polite, I was in and out!

Cashier was cool and helpful but the service sucked. Didnt clean my widows, someone milked the interior widows, I had to reclean them. Said they vacuumed they didnt... asked them if they could check out the small transmission leak and see if everything under the car was good. Couldnt leave a note of where is was or how much. Seemed liked yall really care....

Very nice, very quick. Didn’t have my specific air filter etc in stock so that couldn’t be changed. But they did say I could buy and bring it next time.

This is a follow up to a previous review. Dont know if its still on here or if the owner was able to some how remove it. But, they didnt have my filter, so I went and bought one ($17), they then proceeded to charge me the full amount for the service and I had to remind them it was my filter. They deducted 2 dollars for the filter, claiming thats how much they could buy it for. Well now that its due for another service, no way would I take it back to them, I decided to do it myself and spent 3.5 hours removing the oil pan plug because they over torqued it and stripped the head.

I was in and out fast. Great team that worked on my !truck.

They were super fast, enthusiastic, personable, and even gave me a promotional discount! They vacuumed my carpets too and checked that my car was good to go for my road trip. The service is worth the price! I even gave the team a box of fruit roll ups that I had just bought as a tip cause they were so nice 😂

Honestly my experience was pretty terrible. The check engine light was on in my car and they couldnt even tell me why. They did not know how to read the code. Secondly i had zip tied my skid plates because they were dragging, and it was working great until jiffy lube cut the zip ties, said they would fix it and they didnt. They also couldnt fix a single leak in my vehicle. The point is they cant do anything other than oil changes and those oil changes cost quite a bit.

Probably the best one that I’ve been to. Everyone else sucked from Provo to Salt Lake County. I don’t know if it’s the management or the team from those areas but yeah I’m gonna lose some customers

Really loved the service! My customer service rep was so nice and never pressured me to buy anything additional to my oil change. He gave suggestions but was fine with me dismissing some of the add-ons. They also checked my engine light code and told me what was wrong. All around great service!

The staff were friendly and kind. It’s the first time I’ve been to a jiffy lube where they weren’t trying to push and add on expenses to make me pay more. They felt more honest! The wait for my oil change felt a little long even though it wasn’t that busy but overall good experience!

Every time I’ve come here they try to upsell me at least five different things. I had an issue with my car that needed repair and they quoted me five times the price that anybody else did. They try to scam and steal your money. Not impressed.

Very fast and friendly service. I go to them for my emissions testing and feel like they really step up their customer service each year.

Called in to get a quote to change the oil in my truck and told the guy what truck I had and he told me it would be $120. My wife took it in and ended up charging her $185 and that was with a $20 coupon. I called up and the manager said it was because my truck took so much oil and they had to charge extra and told me the guy that quoted me $120 must have looked up the wrong truck. What a bunch of crooks. Whats the point of a quote if they are just going to charge $80 more?

Very nice and friendly. My only issue from my visit today was it was not very Jiffy When I arrived all the bays were full but no cars parked outside the bays waiting. I pulled up to the Bay and was greeted pretty soon, but then I waited nearly 1.5 hrs for just an oil change. Not typical of most Jiffy lubes and not what I expected. Will I go back? Yes, its close to home and like I said very friendly and helpful. Hopefully they can just get trained up to be a little faster and more efficient.

I went in for emissions testing and couldnt have been happier. I received professional and friendly customer service. I got my new tabs. The tech even noticed I needed a new month tab and gave that to me. It couldnt have been an easier process. Ill be back next year.

Springville jiffy lube the kid that was trying to ring me out didnt seem to want to communicate properly with me. He ask me about a few items to upsale me and said I was ok. He was more persistent in it. I did end up buying a radiator cap from him. I did proceed to ask a few question he then blew me off. I definatly will go to the provo one. But will never go to the springville one the other associates were great there was just one bad apple. I know jiffy lube strives fir costumer service but bummed out about this guy.

Was there maybe 15 mins and my car was done. Treat with care and respect.

Today was fast getting my registration done. The guy who printed out my receipt and registration helped me take off my old stickers and put this years on. Went the extra mile. I do miss the popcorn though - dang Covid!

Ive been going to this place for a very long time I think ever since they were open. For the most cases they do a really good job period and they save me money. Other jiffy lubes could be ran by third parties. But I really like this one. They are very thorough they listen to my needs. Dont forget to look for coupons. It does help. Even though at times they go through management their management has always been the best.

They were very Jiffy and very polite. Great location in Springville just off of I-15 and now will be my choice lication for all future oil changes. Convenient fast food places next door while waiting for service. However, they are so Jiffy that you just need to grab your burger and walk back next door to get your vehicle.

Excellent! I went for an emissions test and they were fast and extremely thoughtful. For example I had my daughter in the back seat in her car seat and the technician immediately offered that if it was easier I could just wait in my car with my daughter while they did the test for which I was so grateful. The technician also cleaned off my windshield before I left and was very kind. I’ll be coming back to this location.

We had our oil changed at our Jiffy Lube in Washington prior to spending the week in Utah dropping kids off at college. A gasket in the filter developed a leak. We brought it to this Jiffy Lube and they gave us 5-star service, replacing the filter, topping off our coolant and fluids, adjusting our tire pressure when they noticed we had a bit more cargo...all at no charge. Some times the best indicator of a business is how they handle an issue. In this case the service was above and beyond. Daniel and his team were amazing.

Went in for an oil change and emissions, left with an oil change and emissions. Always fast, always nice dudes, never pushy when telling you anything they recommend for the car.

Springville Jiffy Lube has been my go to since I moved to Utah in 2016. Every experience has been great! Daniel in customer service provided exceptional care and communication. This was a much better experience than I anticipated. I did go a little after 8am, so there wasnt a line. They got my info, got my vehicle right in, discussed everything they did and found. There were some upsale attempts, but certainly no pressure. They got me in and out in a reasonable time. They recorded and pointed out some oil leaks, that they dont work on. They suggested I get in touch with my mechanic. This, I appeciated. Very good service.

Great service, etc. Just need to do a better job of setting expectations for how long it will take. I was told 45 minutes when I showed up, and 50 minutes later they still hadnt brought the car into the bay.

Wow! Why would anyone install their own tail lightbulbs when theres a Jiffy Lube close by. I bought a pair of bulbs for $12, but realized it may have been a wiring problem. Austen at the Springville JL told me he could do parts and labor for $9.99. When I told him I already had the bulbs, he installed them for free. For free!

Fast, efficient and really nice people. My car needed a smog inspection and I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Good price, too.

Guys at the Springville location were very professional. I didnt feel like they were trying to nickel and dime and everything was double and triple checked.

They made a mess. I got home parked my new truck on the driveway and it leaves a big oil mark. This truck is 2 months old with 5000 miles. When I looked under my truck oil is everywhere. Filter is on and plug is in. It looks like when they pulled the filter, oil poured out all over the frame. No one cleaned up the mess now my new truck is covered and my driveway has an oil stain. Never going back.

I pulled up to their building without an appointment. I told the fellow what difficulty I was having. I asked him to top off the fluids in the car and he did. The check engine light was on in the dashboard lights. As he was filling the transmission, he put in 1&1/2 quarts of transmission fluid and the check engine light went off! He was so quick and courteous. Thanks for your help.

I keep trying to give this Jiffy Lube another chance but every time I come I spend at least 2 hours for a simple oil change even when there is no one in line. They are understaffed and have a constant rotation of workers who are new and don’t know what they are doing. It takes too long every single time. Definitely taking my business elsewhere.

So professional and everyone in the staff seemed to have a great attitude. The store manager was super friendly and knowledgeable and took great care on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. He was great to work with. I left their today feeling like I had beyond excellent service.
