Go here, new management!!Last week, I cracked my iphone X screen to the point where it couldnt be used and needed it repaired within two hours. All the locations I went to either couldnt do it fast enough or were charging crazy amounts. I was kinda nervous about this location seeing the reviews but a friend of mine recommended it to me, saying how it was under a new owner and that the service was amazing. I dropped my phone off, telling them how I needed it fixed within the hour, and was told they wouldnt charge extra for the time. They even called me when it was ready, which was 15 minutes earlier than when I needed it by! They were so nice and respectful, plus the cost was incredibly cheap. I definitely recommend this place with the new management.

I called ahead to make sure they were open at noon. The man said yes but when I arrived the door was locked with a sign on it that read: Back in 30.When the owner came back, he was apathetic. He actually called the cops on one of the customers because he replaced his screen with an even worse screen then asked to be paid for it. There wasn’t an overcast today but it got shady real quick.I’ve read and now I’ve seen why the reviews are not favorable. Save your time and don’t go here.

Their progressive lease to own is a complete scam. I agreed to the amount of the phone which was more than what I could’ve paid for it straight out. I didn’t want to so I thought the leasing would be a same as cash if paid in the 90 days. The rental fees even if paid in 90 days added up to twice the amount that I agreed to. I would’ve never bought here if this was explained properly. He showed me what I would’ve paid if I didn’t pay it in the 90 days but since that doesn’t apply to me if did me absolutely no justice and in fact has burdened me immensely. Extremely disappointed and will never buy from anyone except the carrier again.

This place is a scam do not shop there I bought an iPhone 10r used and it had battery problems had to send it back to apple for repairs all these people do is lie will never go back.
