Their service was 100000000 the tech knew his job and they had me out in less than 20mins they had an alternator to fit my daughters car at a great price. An alternator for her Lexus was $380 I got a rebuild one for $95 and very happy.

The owner of this establishment does not honor business relationship or at least those with African Americans. I attempted to conduct business with this gentleman and he was extremely rude and didn’t like to be questioned about the quality of the work. The parts were not clean and looked exactly like they did when I dropped them off so I had concerns. I attempted to pay with a credit card and he lied about the functionality of his credit card machine. We were told the terminal did not work because he wanted to be paid in cash. This made me more skeptical so I asked him when his machine would be working and he stated he “I don’t know I sent it off and they haven’t told me”. Then he asked stated that if I wanted he could just take his parts out of my alternator and starter. I had never been treated like this before from one small business owner to another. I do no trust Arkam. Stay Clear...

Very poor customer service. Rude, if you question anything he gets upset and just takes off to the back of the establishment. Said that doesnt accept credit cards because he lost 5000 with the credit card company?
