Horrible they took 3 weeks just to check the phone n then tell me it couldnt be fixed and the lady lied and told me she never asked for extra time to check the phone when she did!

I arrived to this place to get my phone fixed at 10am which is when they say they open. Nobody there so I waited until 10:15. When she finally arrived she was not communicative and had a bag of food in her hands, so apparently that was more important than opening on time. after still not turning lights on, I walked in and said I would like to repair my phone and she made a call to the repair person that said they would be there at 4pm! Dont advertise repair if you dont have the ability to do so. Overall just a rude and unprofessional vibe, and no apology for being late with multiple people waiting.

I visted their Long point location next to Family dollar and Amy took care of us. I was offered water and she helped us price compare phones while we were being very indecisive. She handled us very well even with my two kids (under 4 yrs old) being loud and obnoxious. Even I was annoyed but she kept a cool head.I cant recomend this place enough, Amy makes it a 5 star!

Easy Fast and Affordable, this guy worked magic on my phone this Christmas Eve. My phone screen was cracked and I was giving it away for Christmas and apparently my home button has been making clicking noises after I fixed it last time somewhere else($80), well when it was done It was like a new phone. He didn’t have to do it but he did, he fixed my button as well. I left there paying less than $60 (once I added a screen protector). Amazing work Clean and Fresh looking,THANK YOU!!!!
