I messaged Justin on a Tuesday, dropped off my laptop to him on Wednesday and picked it up the same day about 4 hours later. He kept me updated on what he was doing to my laptop while he had it which made me feel less nervous about the problem I was having and once he was done fixing it he sent me a video explaining again what he did to solve the issues. Overall, I received great service for a good price. I would definitely recommend Levatek to any one who is experiencing issues with their computers.

Mr. Williams was very kind, and professional throughout the whole process of my laptop’s repair. He tried to help me solve the issue before having me take it to him, but as we realized it wasn’t working, he squeezed me into his busy schedule. He then worked very quickly and showed me the whole process from beginning to end. He had it ready on the same day, in a couple of hours and I haven’t had issues with my laptop since then! Which is why I would confidently recommend his work.

About 3 months ago I had an old laptop that I loved freeze after I attempted to upgrade the graphics driver. When I tried turning it back on I received the blue screen of death and no restore option would work.I almost gave up because the laptop was so old but after taking it to Levatek not only Is it fixed but it is running better than ever!I thought the pricing was fair and I was very pleased with the service. Basically I gave him a description of the problem sent a few pictures of the laptop and then I dropped it off. During the next 2 days he took a couple videos of the work he was doing along with suggestions and then I picked it up. This was months ago and I have not had any problems so I am sure the problem was adequately addressed. Great job!

I will definitely recommend his work. I had a few issues going on with my computer and not only did he repair it but he also showed me proof by videos of what the issues were. I didnt know this place existed. Just Googled Computer repair near me and this place and others popped up. But this place had the best reviews and they didnt disappoint. Brought my laptop in because it had been hacked. It only took a day and half for them complete the work. Biggest surprise: They quoted me a higher price why I dropped off the laptop, but charged me a lesser price when I picked it up. Much Appreciated Guys!!

I just recently upgrade my son PS4 hereAnd its was super fast and a very reasonable price and I did repair an Imac 27 inch cause the hard drive was burned so they Replaced and everything work perfectly.
