I was praying to have my laptop back by Thursday morning before my flight to Boston. To my surprise, it was ready in less than 8hr hours. I now have a fully functional laptop, just like new! I took my laptop to AJ Computer Repair last week. I kept getting an error message that the cooling fan was not working properly. I spoke with Charles, he was able to order the part ahead of time. He gave me a call when the part arrived, I dropped off the laptop and he called me back a couple of hours later telling me that it was ready. I do a lot of Zoom Calls on it and the way that he did it, the computer was down for a minimal amount of time. He told me to be sure to contact him if I had any problems. I used AJ Computer Repair in the past several times at the old location, but they have merged with another repair shop, giving them much more capacity in terms of downtime. I will not hesitate to use them again.

SAVED US! My husband got us well and thoroughly hacked. Charles worked very hard to save the hard drive, but ultimately, had to replace it. Saved many files and cleaned out everything that was tainted. I dropped it off at 10am on a Friday and he called at 10:30am that Saturday to say that it and another computer were ready for pick up. He was courteous and didnt over geek-speak the repairs. Final cost was slightly higher than the estimate because we did have to replace the hard drive. I now have two clean, fast computers that will last at least another 10 years.

My laptop surface crashed and was going onto a blue screen and shutting down loop. I found this place online and within a day he was able to recover the files and the laptop. He charged me around $250 which is understandable. Compared to other services that wanted to charge $600+. Definitely recommend!

Charles is THE BEST! I had my personal/business Dell laptop to go dark on me and it had just went out of warranty with Dell. Dell stated that I would need to send it in (self pay), had them to assess the issue (self pay), and then it would take 6-8 weeks for them to return it. This was NOT an option. I put a newer model of motherboard on my pc but it wouldnt turn on. Took it here because of positive reviews. They charge you a diagnostic fee in order for them to look at it which cost about $75 taxes included. They called me 3 hours later and said that the cpu card I had is not compatible with the new motherboard I bought. I bought a new cpu and everything works fine. We had an internal crack in our computer screen, but he ordered us a new one and put it in place very well. Even when the first screen that he ordered ended up getting cracked in the mail, he went through the trouble of ordering us a new one at no extra cost and we took home a brand new laptop screen! Ive had issues with my all in once ASUS PC for awhile and decided to take it AJs based on the reviews. I will say that this was the best thing that has happened! He was able to diagnose the overheating issue which was crashing my computer everyday within a few hours and upgraded my hard drive to an SSD.
