I came in with a challenging laptop issue and Tom was very patient and persistent to get the issue resolved. He had to order special parts and made sure the job was completed by when we needed the laptop.I appreciated being explained everything and notified through out the process. Unfortunately Ive had to take a few devices here but they always took great care of my phone and addressed any concerns I had before dropping off my devices. Turn around time has generally been pretty quick. As much as it sucks to get your phone broken this is the best place to get it fixed. Theyre also the repair shop for Samsung and Google devices so you know the repair is done correctly!Thomas helped me during my most recent visit and hes extremely helpful and had my device back to my within 2 hours!

I have taken 4 devices total to them. Three were able to be fixed (one Android with charging port issue, one iPhone with a charging port issue and an iPhone with a battery issue.) The iPod Touch was toast due to swelling battery. They were honest with me that it would cost more to fix it than to just buy another one. Convenient to my home and work I will use them again for sure.

Recently I was debating weather or not to change phones, but than i happened to come across this business and decided to give them a try and have the charging port on my iPhone 7 Plus replaced! In fact I was so pleased with their great customer service that I even decided to have my old phone battery replaced. Went in thinking I needed a new charging port for my Pixel 2. They cleaned the port and had it working like new in under 5 minutes and didnt charge me. Last time I used them was a few years ago for a broken screen. 3 hour turnaround for a good price then as well. Give them a try.

They were able to fix my daughters iPhone x when both Apple and Geek Squad were unsuccessful. They quickly determined the issue (face id malfunction) and got the phone working. They backed everything up to iCloud for me. I am beyond grateful that they enabled us to recover all of my daughters pictures. In addition, they did not even charge me! I have a Samsung s20 5G with the error message of having moisture detected in my charging port. I couldnt not charge my phone. So I took it in and the manager Tom said oh we know how to fix this already having dealt with this common issue. They took my information let me know what they would be doing and how long it would take. Very professional and knowledgeable. And my phone was still under warranty so the fix was covered and there was no charge. The whole thing only took 2 hours and everything was fast and efficiently done.

Brought a work phone in on Wednesday after a coworker called and made an appointment to have the screen replaced. Once I arrived they had no appointment saved. Even asked specifically for the person who we talked to on the phone. Once we finally got everything squared away I was told the repair would be finished Thursday and Id get a call. Thursday came no call. I had to leave town that weekend so it wasnt an issue but it was when I came back today and still no call. Drove up to the store and said Im here to pick up but my phone was brought out and i was told a work order was never put in because they deemed the phone unrepairable. I knew for a fact this wasnt the case for drove to another other location, walked in and was told they have the part, will be ready in 2 hours and that it was an easy fix. Pretty irritated with the failure to save appointments, failure to put a work order in, no phone calls whatsoever and being told its not fixable when another store is happy to do it. Will not be bringing my companys electronic here again.

Thomas at the uBreakiFix on Echo lane in Houston saved me from having to spend months and $$$ trying to find a new ps4 or ps5. My ps4 was overheating and I broke a connection to the motherboard while cleaning the machine. I, Lacking the soldering skills to fix this tiny connection, thought it was done for. As a last ditch effort, I took it uBreakiFix. Where Tom, despite a few setbacks found a innovative way to fix the issue in less than 24 hours. I am happy to say my 8 year old PS4 is currently up and running cool and silent as a ninja. No more overheating issues or friends joking about my ps4 sounding like a jumbo jet. Thanks guys

The staff didn’t have the skills and specialization in doing a battery change but they accepted my laptop for repair but not only they didn’t fix it but also they caused further issues with my laptop which made its keyboard and touchpad broken too. They refused to take responsibility for this.

The staff were extremely professional and kept in contact with me throughout the repair process. They did hit one snag while repairing my iPad and they went ahead and repaired that problem too. The price I paid was much better than what Apple was going to charge me for the same repair. I saved about $150. I got my iPad back in less than three days.

My robot vacuum ran over my laptop charger and severed one of the 2 wires inside the cord. I thought i have 2 chargeers with damaged cords maybe I should get them fixed rather than replaced. When I first asked the clerk said that it wasnt a standard repair but he would go ask. The manager (?) Tom came out and explained the price they could do it for and that it would have to be made shorter because using the wrong gauge wire was a fire hazard. He recommended checking the price of replacement before decidng on the repair. Honest and knowledgeable.

Dropped my laptop on its power button and it wouldn’t turn on. These folks handled it, during Covid-19, with safe and flawless service. They got the computer working again but since a replacement power button couldn’t be acquired, they did it for free. I’ll come back here for any future repair.

This store could not figure out how to replace my broken phone screen and potentially damaged my motherboard.They did not charge me for any of the work but now I will probably have to pay even more to get my phone fixed. They also gave me my phone back with a virus which was not there initially.

The staff here are super friendly, knowledgeable, honest and efficient! There happened to be another customer in the store when I was there who was extremely upset about a phone issue, and the employee dealt with her in an extremely friendly, calm and patient manner, which actually changed the customers outlook as well! 10/10 would come back here to get ANYTHING fixed!!

My phone wouldnt sync with there ONE cable and because of this I couldnt get it fixed....maybe start carrying more than one of the same cord or find out how to fix the phones and verify through bluetooth or wifi....
