I had an obsolete hp laptop that I tried to make music software work on. Mr. Khizer explained that my cpu on my computer was obsolete. In order to make my software work he informed me I would need another laptop with faster cpu. He offered a laptop that was affordable and solved my issue. On top of already good service, he made me aware of new technology unbeknown to me and threw in a perk for good measure. Excellent customer service!!
