I didn’t have a chance to get service here. The guy upfront was seemed pretty bothered when I asked for help on my computer. I asked if he could check it out with me and didn’t even care to do that for me. I need my computer fixed quickly as I know it would have been an easy fix, I just don’t have the tools and hands for detailed work. I understand how work flow can get busy but man if you want to earn some trust you have to give some to get some. I will for sure not be coming back.

My first time to microcenter and I was hoping to buy a graphics card for a friend. Even though I got there 1 hr early, there was a long line, literally around the back of the building. I guess they had some big sale and they opened early that day. They still let people in early so we didnt have to stand outside as long. I dont know much about computers but they seemed to have alot of stuff and the staff were helpful. Unfortunately they didnt have what I came for because of a mining boom? Anyways they were friendly and Ill likely come back for my computer build that I need for editing. Only down side is I live about 45 minutes away in New Caney, worth it though.

Shah helped me diagnose a charging issue with my laptop. He then sold me the power chord and did not charge me the $35 diagnosis fee. He also told me I could return the power chord if that was not the solution. Even better, he was able to do this in just a few hours!
