Pros: they did some unrelated improvements to the computer. Don’t recall which.Cons: Took my gaming desktop to check out why it would turn off randomly when playing games...( few months later, problem still persisted after tech visit.) I ended up buying a new power supply for the computer and when we were switching power supplies, we found out that one of the cables was just not connected... I did not expect Geek Squad to miss such a vital problem. Thus, the bad review.Summarized: experienced but not reliable.
