Guy is great he fixed my Asus laptop that couldnt turn on and everywhere I took it they couldnt fix it but this guy did it. I really recommend this place to anyone that has computer problems.

Brought in a cracked screen for my 27 iMac. I was on pins and needles about offloading a $5k machine to someone for repair but the Owner helped me price shop for a good replacement display and secured all of installation materials himself. Installation was fast and well done, at a VERY reasonable price. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for an affordable and worry free experience.

I called one morning when I got the black screen of death on my Macbook. I let him know what was going on, he priced it out over the phone, diagnosed it with slight water damage, repaired it in front of me and within 20 minutes my laptop was working like nothing had ever happened to it. Incredibly fast turnaround, very nice and far more reasonable than Apple. I will definitely be back if/when I have issues in the future.

It took more than 2 weeks to determine that laptop cannot be fixed. No one ever answered a phone, voicemail is always full. When I got home I noticed laptop is missing some screws and/or some screws been replaced with different ones which didnt fit the socket properly. At least they didnt charge me for this diagnostic.

Sams Repair is AWESOME! My computer was snared by ransomware and the screen was locked. Of course, my first thought was to contact the Geek Squad, which I did. They told me that the earliest they could come would be in ten days. Then, my neighbor, who had used Sams, told me about them, and I was so happy. Karim took such good care of me--came over and took my CPU and said it would be fixed the very next day. Well, it turned out that my hard drive was corrupted and he had to order one. He knew how much I depended on my computer, so he was nice enough to put in a smaller hard drive, delivered it to my place the next day so I could have a computer for the weekend. Then, he got the larger hard drive the next day, took the CPU home and delivered the finished product the next morning. I really appreciate such excellent and fast service, so I would definitely recommend anyone who needs computer repair, etc. to save themselves time and money and go see Karim at Sams Repair. I guarantee you that you will be taken care of professionally, expertly and with extreme kindness.

Ive been very pleased with the performance and attitude of the people at Sams Repair. Karim has probably added two or three years to the life of my aging desktop pc, even delivering it to my house occasionally. He has also freely answered questions about other devices. They will discuss the problem thoroughly with you beforehand, making sure that you (the customer) and they agree on what needs to be done to restore your computers capability. Their prices are much more reasonable than those of computer retailers around town. I hate having computer problems, because i know nothing about fixing them, so its a comfort knowing theres a competent computer repair shop within fifteen minutes of my house! But dont just take my word for it, go try them yourself!

I have to say this I was a bit skeptical at first but this business turned out to be one of the most dependable repair shop I have been to in a long time. They were very attentive, explained in detail what the problem was and awarded me the most affordable solution. The most honest and trustworthy people. Once you go in and talk to them it feels like a very family environment, they are truly looking out for your best interest. It’s hard to say that about businesses but they truly stand behind their word and their work. I got my MacBook Pro screen replaced and they went the extra mile to clean on the inside while it was open, replace the screws missing on the outside, and even added the missing rubber at the bottom as complimentary. He gave me other great advice about my lap top and never try to pressure me into anything. They are truly professional at what they do and they do all the work in house. He even showed me how I can take care of something the stuff on my own. It’s hard to find good people in this repair industry but hopefully this review can help people feel at ease with these individuals Karim and Zaid.

I was greeted and helped right away. My salesperson asked questions to find the right solution and didnt try to oversell me. The selection of software and accessories is the best Ive seen. I recommend to you to stay away from this place. I came because of the good ratings; however, after futher observation it appears they are all from his friends and family.This place is absolutely horrible. I went in to simply have my charging port fixed. I was informed later that the charging port was not broken, but rather a transistor had shorted inside - they replaced the transistor without consulting me first.Beforehand, only my charging port was loose; however, now my computer cant even hold a charge. When confronted, the people at this shop told me it must be a coincidence and that my battery must have broken at the same time. They are now trying to sell me another battery.Additionally, the computer now has a plethora of performance issues that were not present before they replaced the transistor.

Called @10am when they opened. Explained my imac problem and gentleman quoted me a price and invited me to the shop. Upon arrival, It literally took the technician 5 minutes to fix my computer. PRICE WAS AS QUOTED. Very fair, quick, and great service.

I met Kareem a few months ago when he donated a charging cable that I needed while working on Hurricane Harvey disaster relief. He was very friendly and helpful. Recently I came back in town and a few days ago I took in my MacBook Pro because the trackpad did not work. This can be an expensive repair. (I purchased it used for a low price because the pad didnt work. Thought I might be able to fix it, but no, it was not a simple matter of reinserting a cable or something.)The previous owner told me it had been dropped and after that the trackpad stopped working. However the tech opened it and told me it also had had water or a drink that got inside onto the motherboard, but he would try to handle it. I left it with them.A couple of hours later, Kareem called me and said it was ready! Trackpad works great. Cost was very low. Customer Service was excellent. This is a small shop but the guys are very knowledgeable, and very helpful. I can confidently recommend this place.

Dont be fooled, this company is a joke. They do not honor what they say and will charge you for things you havent approved and expect you to pay for it. I am a web designer and was looking for reasonable place to go and have a virus removed from one of my computers, and wanted them to look at another pc of mine and give me an estimate. What I got instead was a pc that ran slower than it ever did before and was charged for an estimate even though they say they give free estimates (go figure!). On top of that, I was told that my pc was no good and couldnt be fixed, but for some reason they purchased parts for it before asking! and wanted me to pay for it? Not to mention it took them a week for an estimate and never contacted me, I had to go to the store myself because they wouldnt have ever contacted me. They continued to lie to me stating they called when they hadnt, they tried to bully me into paying for unauthorized purchases. When I asked why would I pay for parts to a pc that cant be fixed, they go irate and kicked my out of there little store and told me not to come back (like I would!). This company IS NOT reliable and will try and force you to spend money on things you didnt ask for or could possibly use. I ended up going to someone else just to fix there mistakes, Oh! and my pc could be fixed. I would tell anyone looking for a cheap place to fix your pc or iPhone this is NOT the place to got to I will never do business with this company again. They are rude, non-professional and bullies.

Havent got my laptop fixed yet but right now he seems extremely knowledgeable and willing to help. Also his prices seem reasonable, however the name is no longer Mac repair its Sams repair. Of course I will update this if I have a bad experience after getting my laptop back. If there is no future update then it was a good experience all around.
