I cracked the screen on my Surface Pro 3 and was shopping around for a service company that could repair it. I dont know who I spoke with on the phone, but I called this place and the guy indicated that they could not repair it. Most places would have just hung up at that point. Not this dude. He began recommending other places I could check with that could most likely perform the work. As we spoke more and I explained my situation in detail, he gave me a recommendation for something I could do which would prevent me from having to spend ~$300 for the screen repair. I told him it was a great idea and that I would try it. About 30 minutes later, I was using my Surface Pro 3 like normal. The touchscreen doesnt work since the screen is cracked but previously I wasnt even able to get past the screen to type my password in. I am very very appreciative of the guy I spoke with. And though I havent purchased a service yet, I am a customer for life.
