Mr. Charles Hou is absolutely incredible. I brought in an HP Envy x360 with a broken hinge, and he fixed it perfectly in 2 days for an amazing price. Wish I could put zero startsI have used this man for years. Everything I ever brought to him with a different problem then what I originally dropped it off for. Unfortunately I felt like his prices were reasonable so I continue to use him. But this last time was the last time. I brought my laptop to get my screen fixed along with another laptop. Both laptops got fixed. Unfortunately charger part doesnt hold the adapter anymore it slips right out. He told me thats not his job to fix it because he only fixed the screen. Thats all I needed to hear I have my laptop and is now looking for another computer person.

I really respect and appreciate the attitude of the owner, the customer service, the willingness to help, explain, and resolve my computer problems (as an older man).
