AWESOME service! I took my iPhone xs max to get my camara fix and i was in an out in no time. Also, you cannot beat the price I called 3 places before going and their price was the best. An issue came up the next day and I spoke to lady who was extremely nice and understanding. I took my phone Back the next day and they took care of the issue very quickly. It feels like everyone else in town is trying to get that extra dollar, which is why AYZ will get my service and referrals in the future.They used genuine parts to replace my screen and back covering for a really affordable price. Anything near $300 typically doesnt sound affordable, but nowhere else in South Houston did I find such pricing.Ill be back within the next few weeks with another phone, Im sure.

I came here to get my LG G8 fixed. The screen was shattered bad & the back was also shattered & had a dent. When I received the phone back the screen was popping out but I pressed it down & it stayed like that. The back however popped out a bit from the top. I tried to press it down but, it would come off by itself a few seconds later. I went back to get it fixed & when I got it back my fingerprint stopped working. The biggest issue here is the fact that the guy used a plastic cover for the back of my phone when it was originally glass & didnt replace or tried to fix the frame of my phone since it needed to be replaced. He charged me $140 + tax for all this. They also have a sign inside that says if you give them a 5-star review youll receive a free screen protector which doesnt sound right when they fall to provide good service. Go somewhere else thats reliable. Youll thank me.

Fast and affordable service

5 days ago I brought my iPhone 10XR to get fixed for a broken screen. I paid $75.00 plus tax, I also left a good review because they have a sign that if you leave a review on social media they will give you a free screen protector. I left a review for what I thought was “good service”. The screen after it got fixed looked pale like the colors were just not right.4 days later my phone gets a big LED light on the screen and it slowly started to blur everything else.I called to see why it was doing that, keep in mind I did not drop the phone or cause any damage to it.. the lady who answered said as long the screen and the screen protector were not broken or had any damage they would replace it for free..Well that was a lie, I took the time to bring the phone back so it could get fixed correctly and they told me my LED was broken and I had to pay full price again!!!!!! So I asked how was that possible if I hadn’t dropped the phone or caused any damage to the screen at all, she said maybe cause I tapped it to hard on something and started saying all kinds of different scenarios.. WELL THE MATERIAL THEY USE ARE NOT WORTH $75.00 if I have to be afraid to even put my phone down.. this place is a joke. I should’ve known better from the moment I seen that they have posters all over the place bribing people to leave reviews for a free screen protector. Now I see why they had so many good reviews.🤦🏻‍♀️

I came to this place for the first time, I dropped my phone in the pool. The screen needed be replace, cost me $290 plus Taxes, I only had to wait about 35 mins. He make sure all the apps were working before I get it back! Was great service!

I went to this place today to inquire about the cost of fixing an iphone screen and an android screen. The Young lady told me itll cost $50 plus tax for each phone to be fixed. I went ahead and let them fix my android but once they were done I was charged $72. I asked what kind of tax am I paying on $50. The young lady said it cost $65 plus tax. I asked what happen to being charged $50 plus tax. We basically went back and forth about what she said being different from what I was charged. I told the lady if she would have told me it was going to cost $65, I wouldnt have got the screen fixed because the phone itself was about $100. She insisted that she told me $65. I had no choice but to pay it because she wouldnt give me my phone back if I didnt. Once I got my phone I calculated$65 plus tax and realized I was over charged by $2. When brought to her attention she gave me $2 in cash. Every single person that came in while I waited for my phone to be fixed was charged$50 with no tax. I will never recommend them to anyone else. I hate being lied to and taken advantage of. They dont care about customer service at all.

This place was good years ago not sure what happens. It looks like they got cheaper quality stuff and it is harder for them to fix phones. I tried to get my iPhone fixed at this place after they messed it up. He said he took a look at it but don’t understand how he could just lie to my face while I was looking at him through the window. Please don’t waste your money here.

Brought my phone in to get fixed. Come back to pick it up, phone works for 5 minutes and half of the screen is black. I asked him toFix it without any charge and he won’t take responsibility for it. I don’t recommend. He keeps having excuses about everything. Not a good place to get a phone fixed by professionals.

This place is Awesome. The girl at the front desk is really nice. I just came here the other day to get my iPhone 7 Plus screen replaced because it was cracked really bad & they had it fixed within like 10 minutes plus I think they replaced my speaker as well at the top of my phone because before I brought it in my speaker was extremely dirty and it’s like brand new again. I think they replaced the speaker as well & even added a glass screen protector. Their really cheap.

I havent even had the new screen a month and after the slightest fall with a screen protector the screen cracked a little bit but my now my whole phone is unusable. I should have known when I saw the screen light flicker way before the phone was even dropped. Yeah its cheap and they repair it in 10 minutes but its probably not done right. Also the screen has a different color lighting to it. Save your money and go elsewhere. My mistake taking my phone there again, I took an older iPhone there years ago and the screen was pressing stuff on its own so there definitely arent installed right.

Good prices on cheap screens I fixed my phone there today XS max front screen for $110 only put 2 stars because if the gentleman would have told me its a cheaper screen and doesnt look right When it comes to the display on colors and apps I would have just waited and paid for the better screen but good for temporary fix repair took 20min thats cool he also fixed the back glass costed extra of course that part is great just dont like the screen on my phone now recommended for cheap prices but for better quality screens just look somewhere else

DO NOT trust a place that bribes customers on a free tempered glass for a good Yelp and Google review.I came here today to fix a broken lens screen on my iPhone 11 Pro. I talked to the owner over the phone days prior and he quoted me $20. I wanted to see if it was fixable but the owner told me the lens had bigger damage so replacing the glass was not going to fix it. I told him I would come back a later day that I was going to inquire my phone insurance. He proceeded to provide a service when I didn’t authorize him and still wanted to charge me $20 to place glass over a broken lens. I didn’t tell him to replace it, I would of taken the phone back as is. He hadn’t even started the said service but he insisted that he needed to charge me. But I get it, times are hard during this pandemic, he was so desperate to make those $20. I’ve been a repeat customer of this place for years but I don’t like to be scammed.
