I brought In suit to have tailor in dry clean and was really surprised how fast and professional this place was. I got it back in two days and the suit fit perfectly and nicely press. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tailor or cleaner!!!

I would like to give them 0 star if its an option. They damaged my sweat I bought for $1650 and they told me that according to their policy, they will only compensate me $100. I already filed the compliant with BBB and will bring them to court. Stay away from this place!

Ms Quy Long is an excellent tailor-seamstress. For many years, Ive been coming back to Meyerland Val-U cleaners for all my clothing alteration needs. She charges reasonably, and gets the job done quickly.Also, this business moved to a new address, on the same street, just 300 feet east of its former location. I took my bridesmaids dress in for alterations because the top was too big. Not only did the job exceed my expectations but it also was completed much sooner than I anticipated!

Dishonest and incompetent. They lost a dress and have been giving me the run-around for months. They ruined multiple shirts which they will not resolve. I have never experienced a cleaner so terrible and not caring about the customer. Highly recommend you avoid this place.
