Victoria’s is Amazing. My nieces Quinceañera is Sunday and we realized on Friday night that her dress was wrinkled and need it to be steamed, I called and they said bring it in and will get it done. Even tho there wasn’t much time they agreed to do it and have it ready the same day or early morning on Sunday. I found Patricia online. I am from Chicago and doing my daughters quinceanera 11-23-19. I got the package with Photo Album book, guest signature book, Quill Pen, two pillows for shoes and she made me a super special bouquet in purple and white. Words cant explain how beautiful these items and bouquet are. I highly recommend Victorias Elegance and the owner Patricia❤❤❤❤. Ruined my wedding dress 2 weeks before my wedding. Did not complete work as she gave me her word to do so. Made me pay for services not completed. She held my dress hostage until a officer came. She offered to complete the dress 2 days after my wedding date. She swept the floor with my wedding dress and stained the dress with a red mark on the corset and attached a pearl that is stained in green. Patricia has over a month to work on my dress, I even bought brooches so all she had to do was pin them in. It took multiple attempts to contact her until I saw the poor end result. When I got home to try the dress to try to recover it I realized she cut my string for the lace back. Law suite is in process. Run as fast as you can!!!! She stated this all was her pleasure in the end. Everyone please pay extra for quality she’s a horrible.

Looked at several places but Victorias was by far the best experience and customer service. The prices compared to other places were about 3 times less and they helped us every step of the way. My daughter loved a dress by Morilee designer and it was absolutely perfect. The damas dresses matched so perfect. We had the hardest time with finding Rose Gold items but found a matching Tiara there and the best price on the Pillow Set and Photo Album the colors were amazing. Thank You so much Ms. Patricia and her staff. Keep up your wonderful Customer Service always. I highly recommend you go to Ms. Patricia for your Quince, Prom, or Sweet 16 needs.

They discriminate plus size! My friend and I went to check out dresses as we have a wedding to attend coming soon. In the beginning, everything went well and the lady who measured us said theyll have them ready within a week or so.Three days later, we were told that they couldnt go on with my friends as it was More work. What does that even mean?! She and I were upset. Funny how mine was ready in four days. I told them no, they can keep it. We went to Katy Mills mall and got our dresses in time with no problem! Never coming back. The one in Katy Mills will be my preferred place.

Before spending your $$ on those big expensive bridal stores, you need to visit Victorias Elegance. I was already stressing after dealing with one of those stores and they didnt seem to care. I walked in to Victorias Elegance and from the start Patricia was AWESOME. I had a week before my big day and they were able to accommodate me and my Matron of Honor. They altered my dress beautifully. The seamstress did a wonderful job. I even purchased my veil here and all this was at a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend Victorias Elegance.

I went 3 years ago to get my quinceañera dress when I ordered my dress, it was so beautiful! I got it altered as well and it fit perfectly the second time. After that great experience i recently returned for an alteration on the bottom of my prom dress, the service was amazing and I loved the great job done ! I love the variety of gowns that they have. The customer experience is Amazon they have very well educated and knowledgeable people on staff. It really amazed me that they can do everything all the way from a simple dress and shoes to the limo rental, centerpieces, makeup and hair. I mean everything it feels like the owner personally hold you by the hand and walk you through all the in and out of that special day. Super dipper recommended if you are getting married, baptized, sweet 16 Quinceanera I mean anything count on them.Super recommended is wonderful the place they have incredible costumes and at good prices the owner is super attentive and the girls who work there are amazing and very polite in making your day a special one. It feels like the owner takes you by the hand and will help you walk through that labyrinth of your special day.
