Had my bridesmaid dress altered and it came out great! Really nice lady. Decent price and she even steamed my dress so I’m good to go!

I love Tammy! I am petite so I take all my items that don’t fit to her to get them altered! She has taken clothes out, taken clothes in, shortened straps, shorten sleeves, hemmed dresses, for me and I have not one complaint! She does some great work and is so so SO sweet. I even recommend her to all my friends! I am a very happy returning customer! :)

Excellent tailoring. I took a jacket/blazer in on a thursday and needed it for Saturday. She called me Friday and it was ready. She altered my jacket sleeves and placed the buttons perfectly and perfect length. She also took my jacket up some (shortened it). Precise tailoring, very fairly priced too considering its near the galleria and most tailors are overpriced. Excellent service, quick and precise work. I will bring her more jackets. Btw, I am very picky about how my suits and clothes fit. She did excellent. 5 stars. Thank you!

So glad we live in the technology age so the word can spread quickly about this gem of a seamstress! I have been going to Tammy for over 15 years, which says it all. The bonus is that after I get my clothes, I go next door to her husband, Hills, fresh seafood market and indulge. Thank you both for being such a blessing!!!

I love Tammy! She has great recommendations for alterations and is always honest about what will look best. Shes quick, precious, and reasonably priced. She has altered all of my work clothes for me, and three bridesmaid dreses. This is a hidden gem!

I love this place! Tammy always do a good job on my bridesmaid dress, suit, or whatever else I need. My body type is odd since I am short but have a big hip but she was able to make all my clothes fit flawlessly!

I called Tammy yesterday and told her I needed several alterations on a suit that I needed completed on short notice for my grandmothers funeral. I came in at 9:30 am and spoke with Tammy to go over the adjustments I wanted to make. She called me a 1:58pm to tell me my suit was ready. My suit is perfect. Ive been going to Tammy for 5 years after a co-worker recommended her. My body is shaped a little weird so anytime I buy a dress the bottom had to be taken in or the top has to be take out. She does a flawless job and it always fits like a glove. I can sew very well and alter some things at home, so I know what to look for on a dress. Every time I leave there I turn my dresses inside out and it loooks like shes never touched it. Her work is incredible, and she always gets it right the first time.

T H E best & sweetest alteration spot in the galleria area. Tammy is so good at her job! Shes fast, yet meticulous! Shes courteous, yet truthful! My first experience with Tammy is when she altered a bridesmaid dress for me that I ordered off-line. Needless to say, it was very ill-fitting! Tammy had my dress SO snatched that I didnt even have to wear a bra. (sorry, TMI) The fit was perfect. After that experience, she did two other people in the bridals partys dresses. She has now altered three formal dresses for me and two formal dresses for people that I know, each of which have all been done exceptionally well. I have not used her services for regular clothes, but Im pretty sure if she could handle difficult fabrics, sequins, and lace, she can handle anything!

Unfortunately I have to leave this review at two stars. I came in last May to have a formal wedding dress taken in. She had me try it on and didnt take any measurements but quoted me $50. I told her I didnt need it till the last week of August. She called me July 19th to come pick up and then told me the price was $70 because it was more work and she did a good job. I was very unhappy that she changed the price on me in the two months it took her to finish my dress. I went to try it on and it fit well, so I paid her, in cash, as she said she did not take credit card. The seams lined up and everything seemed ok until I went home that night to try it on again and a seam ripped on the end of the zipper. I ended up having to stitch it up myself. Very unhappy with my experience and I feel like she did a rush job on my dress and took advantage of me. I will not be returning.

Wonderful workmanship! Ill definitely be back!
