Very basic car wash. The “free vacuum” with car wash is false.l advertising. I had to put money into the vacuum machine and the vacuum literally only stayed on for 30 seconds if that… I paid for the premium wash, and it came out the same as a basic one. Car was still dusty. And I didn’t get the free air freshener that was supposed to come with then upgraded wash. Probably won’t be back.

Disappointing. Signed up for the most expensive monthly package. Went through twice and it still wasnt as clean as a basic gas station auto-wash.Tried the free pre-treatment but it didnt help much, and I had to get out in my work clothes and apply it by hand in the hot sun, getting sweaty and getting my shoes wet in the process.The place was difficult to navigate in a truck, and there are lots of red round concrete barriers...at just the right height to be missed by the backup sensors. Im surprised I didnt hit one.No place to power wash rubber mats. And worst of all, the vacuum wasnt very strong and the one token you get to operate them only lasted long enough to get the front passenger compartment somewhat clean before shutting off.Will be canceling the membership.

Even the basic $7 wash is very clean. We also get 3 free minutes of vacuum. Id definitely recommend this place for a quick wash.Now for the drawbacks... the entrance is NOT on Kirby. You will need to exit and enter back through the side road to get into the kiosks for purchasing the wash... little inconvenience for me customers like me!The suction power of the vacuums are not strong enough for gravel sized dirt... so, if your floor is really dirty, the three free minutes is most certainly insufficient!Besides these two issues, I truly enjoyed a clean wash for my vehicle.

Management is always helpful! Quick easy washes and very affordable prices. If you are looking for a regular wash on a busy schedule then this is definitely the place to go.

I love this car wash and have been here many times. This morning, I was helped by Chad, who pointed out that the front of my car had lots of bugs (from a recent car trip) and offered to pre-clean the front of the car. I drove the car around to the pre-care station and Chad thoroughly cleaned off the bugs, including on my rear-view mirrors! After going through the car wash, my car was clean as a whistle! Chad was very professional, polite and helpful and I appreciated it so much! I highly recommend this wonderful car wash!

Could be great if you get a car regularly cleaned weekly. It doesnt clean the back very well at all. Also the vacuum only works 4 minutes so if you have a large suv or van this is not the place. Go to mister across the street. Same price and they make sure its clean.

Chad was amazing! My car was not clean in the first pass through of the car wash. Chad was very professional and responsive and personally prepped the car to go back through wash successfully and hand shined the tires! He was friendly and efficient. Nice to see an establishment working hard to keep their service top notch!

I dont know why everyone is leaving bad reviews for Carisma. During the 1st wave of the pandemic they were open and everybody...I mean everybody was getting their cars washed when others were closed!! Ive been a customer since 2007 and I love the convenience of having a soap prewash to remove bugs. They always run specials so you may get a nice discount. A few months back I had a customer service issue and the Area Manager Chad was helpful, friendly and professional and he had a great personality. I would definitely recommend this car wash to anyone who asks me.

My favorite place to wash my car! They have brushes so you can clean your wheels and/or get all the bird poop or other caked on dirt that may not come off in a car wash. And will give you extra vaccuum coins if you ask... which is always a must for me!

$6 and a free self vacuuming token!! This is all that my old truck needs and Im happy that I found this place. They have a nice system that gets you into the wash quickly without much wait time. Staff are friendly, thanks!

Awesome price for self carwash, I paid $6.00 they had 2 gentleman with instructions to get on the trail and advised to put on Neutral. Then the air blower did awesome. My front headlight got water inside tho.For the Vaccum I only wish they could give at least 2 more minutes. I only finished the front seat and part of the back, I finished adding quarters and an employee gave me an extra coin.Otherwise I did not have to get wet or use the brush or water hose like other self car wash.My place to come from now on.Staff was nice and helpful. I recommend!!

A little confusing with the instructions. On the board it says 14.99 when truely it is $9. But someone will come and help you! It’s pretty fast so it left soap all over the car. There were filthy water spots after.

They dont perform the above services...we, the clients, do that ourselves. But, they are very helpful in guiding us thru the lines. The machine didnt read my code correctly, so the staff gave me tickets to make up for the ones I wasnt getting and had previously paid for. Ive been going here for around 15 years and will continue. They have had only one price increase from $4 to $6 and the wash is well worth it. I will continue going until God calls me home.

Best car wash in Houston this was my first time going here and I got my moneys with my truck looks brand new and I didnt even have to get out! And didnt Break the bank and very Covid aware

I love this place. The price is fair for just a basic wash. I have paid a bit more for the next level up wash and not sure if there is much of a difference, if so, I couldnt really tell. Have never gone all out on the most expensive wash, I would probably go to a hand wash place if I wanted to spend that much. I will commend these guys, one time I wasnt sastified with the job it did on my car and they sent me through again for free.

Obviously I went in with a dirty vehicle. But what came out was a black car with paint chipped off all over the front bumper, and some on the front passenger door, driver mirror and a few minor chips around the vehicle as well. I was told the manager would call me the next day and he did not, I had to call and he said he thought I would come up there.. ya right. He was hoping I would forget. So day 3 I call again and tell them I will show up furious if they do not take me seriously. I finally get a call back and set up a time to meet there. Well I am being told that I have rock chips all over my vehicle. I didnt see any of that before going into the wash. I check the car routinely in case someone dents or scratches my vehicle at the supermarket or in my apartment complex. Those are not rock chips! & I did not come into the car wash with them. These are only a few pictures. It is hard to take with the car reflecting everything

Good carwash/cleaning for six bucks

I came here a few months ago and really enjoyed my experience here. What made this place so memorable to me was that they even gave me a Little Trees freshener before I entered the wash (not sure if this is still happening though). I will definitely come back to this place again in the future!

My car was almost as dirty after it was washed than before.

Ive always had a fear of car washes. Not so much driving through the brushes, but the lead-up. Getting my credit card to work in the machine, having to read the instructions before driving in -- neutral? turn off engine?, etc. And all this usually with an impatient SUV behind my little Mini Cooper. Now Ive found CARisma! Would you believe, Ive been going to the yoga studio down the street for 18 years, driven past CARisma every day, but never dared to try it. About six months ago I took the plunge. It was wonderful! When Id paid it gave me a coin for vacuuming. As I drove up to the entrance a very friendly man guided me in and pointed at the instructions. And the actual wash was great. It even took care of my Minis wheels, which any Mini driver will know, rarely get cleaned properly in a car wash. So five stars CARisma! Ive already been back 20 times!

For an inexpensive car wash, they meet ones do it yourself needs.

The actual car wash drive through did pretty good but the entire reason I did it was for the “free” vacuums. It ends up not being free because you only get like 5 minutes to vacuum out your car and then have to feed the thing to finish the job. That’s not a free vacuum to me.. just wish the time was longer especially considering I went here specifically in order to do a thorough vacuuming on my car.

Their machine ate up my Volkswagons rim, they yelled for us to put car in netural but it had been in netural... The asian guy ran over to us yelling and it wasnt our fault we been to many drive thru washes and never a problem. Bad enough spots on glass and needed to keep asking for coins for vacuum, Ive been to better for less without damage to my car. Theyre lucky Im not the suing type, my rim needs repairs now...

I have been coming to this car wash for years. This is my go-to spot for a quick, affordable, value wash. Customer service is awesome.I have recently learned that if you need extra time to vacuum, they will give you another token.

A good wash at a cheap price

Bought Ultimate wash and still had a few bird spots. Charles was so great and jumped on it and ran me thru wash again. Great customer service!

Did not remove bugs from windshield even though I got the second most expensive.

It used to be a good place. Now it is overpriced and does not clean well :I picked tires cleaning and they remained dirty. I had to go thru the wash twice! Better go spend the money somewhere that does the job.

Paid for the $17 wash and car was still not clean. Grill of my car and window still had bug spatter. Went back the next day and the guy told me to use their soponges and wash the front of my car and sent me through the wash again. Even with that, the car is still not fully clean. Left a message yesterday before I went back over there. I couldve paid for the $6 wash if thats as clean as my car would get.

There are signs in every single corner saying free vacuums with car wash. They were not free I had to find quarters in my car to feed the machine and each quarter only lasted 60 seconds.

I live in cypress and I drive all the way down here for a wash. This place has lots of options. I always use their personal scrubbers and soap on my car before going through the car wash since all car washes miss the difficult To get areas. It is often busy so sometimes you have to wait for the vacuums. The only thing that could be better is the drying feature at the end of the car wash as I wish my car was better dried after the wash.

I always take my truck here. Its cheap to wash your vehicle plus its fast to vaccuum. They have plenty of machines..no wait..I love it

Super quick and easy. $6 for a car wash and then you get about five minutes free use of their vacuums. And then you can pay with quarters after that for additional use, I just used one additional quarter and my car is clean. And I had a bunch of dog hair in the backseat, so if that gives you any indication as to the power of their vacuums, I highly recommend.

Great place with great options/prices. Would be nice if they provide an option of having someone quickly towel dry your car for you. I wouldnt mind paying someone a couple of dollars extra to do this for me when Im in a rush.

Not really a quality car wash but it’s cheap if that’s what you’re looking for. Basic car wash price starts at $6 and increases depending on extras. I’ve tried this place multiple times to see if the first bad experience was just an off day but overall it’s just not a good car wash. Every time I’ve gone through, my car was still quite dirty with the front half of my car looking like it didn’t get touched at all. With your car wash purchase, you get a free vacuum token which is fairly low powered and only lasts about 4 minutes.

The folks are helpful. If you arent done vacuuming the car after your wash and the time runs out just ask and theyll give you more tokens. The automatic wash cleans the car just fine but you should use a cloth to dry and buff it immediately.

What’s the point of having a car wash that’s open until 8 if you close at 7? Just drove up at 7:10, all the lanes were coned off, no one working. I drove from the heights to get here (it’s an automatic wash, takes 10 minutes and the vacuum is on a timer) all the signs, like online, said open 8-8. I am really disappointed, this is a good wash for just needing a quick one, and I come because the vacuum is included, but I hate driving across town and just wasting my time. I can’t get time back, and so I will take my time and money to a business I can rely on.

BEWARE! BEWARE! Beware of thefts. My purse was stolen from car while I was standing right by my car. Apparently, per the Houston Police, this is NOT A FIRST OCCURRENCE. For one thing, there are no cameras. For another, I have reason to believe an employee was the watch out post. PLEASE BOYCOTT THIS BUSINESS!

They have a small prep area for customers to use which I did and Paid for the $17 wash. Car is clean and shiny. Place was clean and staff seemed nice.

Great place but hard to get into the machine because my car was rolling and I was hitting my brakes. Free vacuum. But they put tape on my back wiper without telling me.

Need better dryers and soap 🧼 scrubbers - I often get scum residue and find missed places that weren’t even touched. Good for a fast wash/touch up. Nothing more, nothing less.

Regular customer, been coming here for 2 years now, never any problems. Its fast, the was is good, and they even have a $5 option if you just need a quick and cheap tidy up. Vacuum stations are nice, and the turbo option helps a lot. Keep up the good work.

The drive-thru scatched up my side mirror and left odd damage near my trunk. I heard scratchy, weird noises during the ride but didn’t expect this damage. I would avoid this place. I’m hoping there is a remedy for this. I’ll stick to hand washes from now on.
