The car wash itself is pretty good. But the vacuum is pretty underpowered

This place offers more than I thought. I really liked it!

The car wash machines are ok. The manager, along with some of the tenure staff are rude and don’t have any respect for the customers. The general manager or owner really need to hire a better manager who loves the job. If not, there needs to be training on how to resolve customer issues without being rude and disrespectful for the current management team. My money will be spent at another car wash. My friends and family will not support this location as well.

Great car wash I have the $20 monthly subscription and I feel its well worth it because you can go as many times as you want every month and also get a free vacuum token and dash towel.

Have been here a few times and for the most part the wash is pretty good . There’s sometimes soap that’s left on my side mirrors. BUT I went yesterday and there are now damages to my car, nothing major but definitely some scratches from the machinery. Will be contacting customer service.

Usually come here for a car wash. Wacky Wednesday deal is good. also, in the morning they sometimes have deals. Gets the car pretty clean and vacuums work 👍

The worst experience ever. I have a pick up truck and I had some tie downs on the bed. I made sure it was secure. One of the guys took all the straps of the bed and made the line wait for about three minutes. It was so embarrassing that he made me wait. One guy went in the office and wrote something down not sure if it was my info. I will not send nobody to this place.

Cleaned my car very well. Been looking for a drive thru car wash since moving on this side of town and I think you have a new customer Zoom Car Wash! Great staff and love the carpet cleaner!

The manager Frank was amazing great customer service and knows how to keep customers coming back, great gentleman and as well for Chris he told that was he’s supervisor and they both make a great team for Zoom Carwash.

I have used this carwash before and it was an easy and quick wash to get your car fairly clean. However today not sure what was going on but the wash left my vehicle dirtier than before the wash. It did not properly rinse my vehicle and left soap suds all over it. Once I got to the vaccums they have horrible suction and wouldnt pick up 90% of stuff on floor board.

This was my first time coming to this car wash. The staff is amazing. They were very helpful, kind, and great customer service. I would definitely recommend this car wash.

I bought a wash and the blower stopped halfway into it. The conveyor stopped moving for like 40 seconds and then pushed me out. My car was half wet from the side pillar to the back and I turned around to ask what had happened but I was told the car would dry up when I move. The guy was in glasses and spoke to me like I came to beg for a wash. Absolutely ridiculous, this is a very terrible and pathetic experience

Nice place for car wash. Automatized. Basic wash for 6 USD and up to 15 for a full wash. Nice crew that help you from the beginning. You got also a coin for 5 min vacuum plus 25 cent per minute if you want. Also you got a dashboard wipe for free and I havent seen thus in other car wash. In general worth it and will.come back.

Love this place. My kids want to go every weekend. It really gets your car clean too. We park under a tree and you can only imagine the kind of stuff falling off of that. It all comes right off. Never used the vacuums but the place is packed every weekend so they must be good.

Cracked my hubcaps coming into the car wash and they popped off mid wash and they refused to replace them.REPLY; On March 15th was the first time they cracked coming into the car wash and I did not notice until a day later and didn’t know it was from the car wash until MAY 9th I went through the car wash again and actually heard them crack and the guy told me to turn my wheel more, I didn’t file a report then either which I should have because then it lead to the JUNE 1st incident where my hub cap completely popped off mid wash and they had to return it to me after I was done with the wash... but I guess that’s not enough evidence either.

I like their wash. Today was the first time I used their vaccums...NOT impressed. The suction on those things are horrible 😡 The free vaccums token given for using the wash, gives you 5 min to vaccum...I used the whole 5 min on just the front section of my SUV (2000 Honda CR-V) due to the lack of suction power.Will give them some slack...my car had about 1 of dirt, still the suction sucked.

First time trying it out and given I got the super wash but there was soo much soap left on my car so I asked if they could rinse it at least so its not soapy but they said no you have to wipe off the soap on your own. There was blue soap visible on the side of my car and on the wheels and they also said when the air blows, soap will come out of the openings and underneath....like huh??? It also snapped my license plate frame and all they said that its plastic, it breaks and did nothing about it...not a good experience at all.

There is nothing to tie me to the payment. Sketchy much? They are just pushing people threw, who knows if you got what you paid for. I surely didnt by the looks of my car. Mister Car Wash is so much better and they let you use the vacuum after you pay for a wash. Unlike Zoom who allows you to use it after you spend so much and then they just give you 5 minutes and you pay for more if you want more. WTH!

I usually love coming to this car wash but this last time the machine scuffed the front of my car really bad … I feel upset because you can notice the scuffs on my black hood it’s very visible.

I’m a regular here and this will be the last time they’ll have my business. Tire shine is a complete joke. Have a good day Zoom!

Every time I come my experience is more then exceptional! Alex was a great help each and every time I came. My car is always clean to my liking and my monthly membership is well worth it. The free floor mat cleaner is just another great tool to have your car and less manual labor.. They got a lifetime customer and excellent location.

It done a great job on my car. The vacuums work really good. I was happy that the vacuum was included with the price and the towel to touch up with. Will be doing my car here again.

Good car wash but, they give you a token to vacuum your car which you may need more tokens or quarters to complete vacuuming but, each quarters is only 1 mintue. Dumb the vacuum should not cost anything..I wont be back.

I went here on Saturday, March 27, 2021 (Receipt Time: 11:07 AM, Vehicle: White Fiat 500, CTN: 241895, PWC: 97764, Flex: 1002). While my vehicle was in the carwash it got stuck. Three or four rollers went under my vehicle and the black SUV behind me hit and wrecked my rear bumper cover (their license plate strews tore it up). It seems Zoom is not safe for small cars.

I had the most amazing experience I have ever had at a car wash. I met the owner and he was heaven sent. He was so nice and took initiative to talks to me and tell me about all the free services I could use (extra coin for vacuum and rug dusted) but what took the cake was I accidentally vacuumed up my girlfriend charm bracelet. The owner came and was so helpful he literally dug through the trash with me. The level of service is beyond great. I will be going back and yelling beyond I know to go back, like guys the owner dug though the trash to help me find my girlfriends bracelet. God bless you sir!!

Im always skeptical of machine car washes due to leaving with new scratches on my car in the past. I recently purchased a car and washed it for the 1st time here. After the ultimate wash package, my car looks great and is scratch free!

Wow best car wash Ive been to. My car was so dirty and came out sparkling. I didnt think it was going to look this good coming out. I chose to get the hot wax finish and it was worth it. With all the rain. Here the water just rolls off. It make cleaning the car much easier in between major washes. After the wash the manager came out and gave me some wipes for my dashboard and checked on everything. Ill be going here from now on!

Fast and easy however this was my second time going and when I got out to vacuum it had water spots all over it. That was the most expensive wash 😫

First time going there I get the car wash and then I go and put a token in that says 5 minutes and it literally gave me 30 seconds then I look at the guy and tell him theres an issue and he totally ignores me walks inside like I didnt just have an issue worst place ever dont go if I could have gave it a zero I would

Signed up with zoom car wash 2019. Canceled cause I tried to go wash in March. Company stoped all memberships. So I cancelled the same day when I was there. Now 11/23/20. They are charging my 15.00 for a membership that I canceled early 2020. On 11/24/20. I call the location over 17 times. They do not answer the phone. I decide to drive over to the location. On Westheimer in Houston texas. I call they don’t answer several people in office. The manager not going to mention his name tells me the company did it. Lol I said sir how is that possible when i came in person to Cancel early 2020. I understand you are trying to hit a quota. But what your doing is fraud re inputting people application. He tells me that’s not fraud. I go to explain why. He said I understand your point but I’m giving your money back. Told him it’s the principle it fraud and I could sue the company. They are expecting for people not to check their accounts. I then tell me I’m a manager as well. Gives him my card. He states I won’t work with your company. I tell him my company didn’t steal from you. Your mad cause I called you a fraud. You are stealing and the company can be sued if more people catch it. Now this is the second time they have removed my information from the system. Now how long will it take for them to try and charge another membership. DON’T SIGN UP FOR THE MEMBERSHIP! (My opinion)

Long line, the equipment kept breaking down, employee handed out coupon to return for a car wash. On the ticket said ultimate car. Employee should of let the customer know, what you paid for that the wash you going to get. Went to another car wash got my car wash. Spoken with the owner on the phone to apologize for the misunderstanding I had and misbehave. Am returning the coupon.

Ive tried to contact this business multiple time to cancel my monthly membership but I cant get a hold if anyone to do that. Im not working from my office for the last 7 months and this is near my office. Im wanting to cancel because it isnt convenient for me to drive there but emailing, calling, and leaving a voicemail hasnt gotten me anywhere. Dont do their monthly membership or you wont be able to cancel like me.

Been coming here for years. Car always comes out clean. Every now and then I get a bad vacuum, but an attendant let me know its from a customer who was before me and vacuumed up things that he shouldnt have which stopped up the vac. Attendant usually fixes the problem right away. Great place.

Good wash and they will hand wash the front and rear of car before entering the automated wash. The free vacuum works good. I am a frequent visitor.

I only go here for the convenience and it’s fast, other than that I’d rather go to a hand wash car wash. It doesn’t clean my car well. It’s affordable starting at $6. You vacuum yourself for free when you buy the car wash. The lines aren’t usually long. It takes less than a minute to run your car through. If your In a hurry then go ahead other than that I’d go for a more thorough car wash.

Had a good first visit here. All the employees were attentive and helped me right away with paying and getting through the automatic wash. I like that they have free vacuums after the wash, too. I am new in town and have had some trouble finding automatic wash places so Im glad I found this one.

Very good service, customer friendly. The staff is very friendly. No scratches or damages on the car. My car gets a shining look after each wash.

Went here today instead of my usual place as I was visiting another business nearby. It was a bad decision. After the carwash, I noticed that my license plate in from was bent badly and the holder was broken. Its a plastic one and not very costly but this has never happened before. I talked to a manager (didnt expect them to care anyways but still wanted to tell them that their equipment may be damaging plates) who just said they arent responsible for any damages.I noticed another car next to me also had the plates bent. They didnt have a plate holder, so it didnt seem like an issue.Go here if you want to bend your plate for free. Im never going here again.

Its great. Excellent external carwash. The vacuum pressure were kinda weak. Other than that no complaints!

It is cheaper than other car washes but they are more professional and they do a good job! They give you a token for 3 minutes use of the vacuum.

The quality of the wash is pretty ok, but the rinse is so quick that a lot of soap is left on the car.A lot of the time I go, the attendants that scrub the front and back of the car just do a quick swipe and theres stuck on dirt on the back of my car.

Fast self service car wash.

I used to come this place every week to clean my car. Today when I went there I purchased hot wax an tire wash. Those are extras. I paid, but somehow it was not coming in the system. I showed them how much I paid but still they kept me waiting! This is ridiculous, I am late to work. When I asked them why they are giving me hard time, the manager LUIS came. He asked one more time how much I paid. I asked him what the managers name is and he refused to give his name! I spent another 10 minutes to just get gis name!! My whole family was coming to that location. We have 7 cars. Because of your attitude towards customer you lost those 7 customers. I will make sure they write a comment as well!!!!Guys stay away from this place!!! If you wanna get good service go somewhere else do not waste your time!!!!!
