Ive been leasing from this company for about a year and a half now and couldnt be happier with my experience. Found great locations in the downtown area and near campus where I work, they helped me find a great apartment close by so now I can walk to work everyday. And they always respond very promptly when you have any questions or maintenance requests; their staff is very personable and professional.

Very responsive, professional and flexible management. Had a small maintenance issue that was resolved very quickly by the staff. 220 McKinley was a great, spacious apartment. A quick walk to campus and Ball Memorial Hospital.

Great to work with both with student financial aid, maintenance/issues in a home, and is open to making changes if needed to accommodate. Really appreciate them. Only dislike is often little warning. We had a day notice of an appraiser, and being sick/going to the hospital around that time, they were upset about the condition and expressed that to us with a home check. However, its understandable from their perspective. Better than previous experiences in Muncie.
