Horrible car wash. Simply asked where to find the wrench they provide to remove the antenna. That’s when an employee came out with needle nose pliers and scratched the paint on my hood and the base of the antenna. Do not use this place if you care about quality equipment and service.

Basic drive through car wash with free vacuums at the exit. There is a scrubbing station with brooms and brushes at the entrance that can be used to scrub excess dirt, bugs, and debris. Once you pull into the line to pay, an employee will tape your back window wiper with blue tape. The automatic wash does a decent job. There are small hand towels that can be used to dry any excess water off at the vacuum area. The vacuums are weak and dont have suction power. I actually switched and tried three different vacuums and left frustrated.

I love it especially the free vacuums. You cant beat $20 a month for unlimited washes and free vacuums. Best deal in Houston.

This is the best drive thru car wash in town! Super fast service and friendly staff. I opted for the 20 dollar a month unlimited deal. Plus free strong vacuum cleaners. You never know what the weather in Houston is doing from day to day so cars are always dusty. I will no longer have that problem.

Love this place. Being a member I get in quickly. Love the free vacuum and air hose. Vacuum your whole vehicle not till you run out of change.Just love love love them guys working there are good.

Do not go to this car wash. So a couple months ago I went to get a basic wash. The employee at the time rung up a membership of $19.99 back in February 2021. Come to find out I was being charged for a membership that I never agreed too. I called 15 times today until I just drove up there. The guy canceled the membership ship and would not disclose the direct contact number or direct email to the hiring manager or owner which I think is BS. Do not let anyone key in your wash there or you could be at risk of your card being compromised. I will never return there again.

Girlfriend and I went to wash our SUV here. It was a bit busy but the person at the front was very courtesy and like a good salesman, politely asked if I wanted to upgrade to a monthly service. I said No and he was still pleasant.There are many options to choose from and frankly, I should buy the monthly service. You can pay as much as $20.00 for an extreme car wash and then as little as $5 or maybe it is $7 for a basic wash. What I like best, despite what you pay, you can always vacuum your car and clean and dry it in the work area. I recommend it.

Cadillac car wash does a great job getting the road grim off your car. Make sure you take advantage of their bug/tire/wheel scrubbing area before going into the wash. Youll get a better wash impact. Ive been impressed at how the Rain-X beads ups the rain on the windshield after getting a wash here. Once you washed your car and are pulling out, make sure use their 10min vacuums and free towels on the right to get a better clean. Youll do a little more work here for a clean car but worth it. As even the wash products they use are quality and gentle on your car.Edit 5/8 Owners have corrected the issue below. I adjusted my review accordingly.Just checked my bank account and there was a $34 charge that has posted today 5/5/21. I have not been to this car wash since April 24th. I check with my bank to confirm when the charge happened (5/4/21) and when it had posted. This was my 5th time going and I liked their service until now.Edit 5/6 they claimed I signed up for a membership but I did not, I only EVER paid for one wash at a time. I used their machine and select only one wash which was showing $20. Also I never went on the day this charge happened 5/4, it was not pending in my back account either. This seems like a fraudulent charge and I had to cancel my card and get a new one.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE HIT OR MISSOver the weekend I decided to get my car washed….First off, I got “EXTREME CLEAN” wash and it did not get my mid-size vehicle clean, I did use their prep station with black-dirty water, and my car was not even moderately dirty because I keep it regularly clean. There were still visibly dirty areas on the body and especially on the tires and rims (even though I pre-brushed and purchased the (tire shine add-on). The WORST PART is that there was DAMAGE to my vehicle…. I spoke to the manager named Jonathan and he stated I could only email regarding the issue and per his words depending on the owners mood he may or may not pay for the damage. He must have been in a less than good mood because he refused to do anything about it even after he acknowledged it was in fact the wash that did the damage.I guess spending your money here is a risk. I will NO LONGER come here.There are PLENTY car washes around with better options, results and service for the amount of money you can hand these careless people.After seeing other negative reviews I see I am not alone and that is a shame…because a paid service should be a positive experience….

Tge brush was so harsh on my car paint and I had to change three vacuum spots as the pressure was too low and moreover compares to other car wash stops this one is expensive. Bad experience.

This is an efficient and well run wash. They get you in and out and do a pretty decent job for 6 bucks. Correction. Its only 6 bucks on Tuesday and Thursday. 10 bucks otherwise and they only get dust off. Not bird droppings. Go to a self service if you have more than dust on your car

I went to the car wash to find that there was no longer the $6.00 basic wash Monday‐Thursday. It was now a $5.00 special Tuesday and Wednesday. No problem, I went with the $10.00 wash. My car was clean, minus the tire shine on the tires. I also found that the no loud music was not in forced. I have been coming to the wash for several years and this was the first time with the loud music. The cement area were the cars are vacuum is always dirty. I noticed there were more workers working.

They have increased their prices again. Their same basic wash is now $10 and it doesnt really get your car clean. Youre better off washing it yourself. If you go on Tuesday and Wednesday, all of the washes are half off. The price that theyre truly worth.

WTH I went to your subpar carwash one time over a month ago .paid $20 for one of the worse carwashs Ive seen. I used my debit card and they just charged $34.95 on my card . I didnt sign up for anything or wasnt even offered anything like that . Dam sure didnt authorize them to charge my card again .

You can get a monthly membership here for the price of one car wash. The membership comes with unlimited car washes at the tier you choose, one car wash a day - cant beat it.

I have a membership at Mister Carwash but this is definitely my alternative carwash when mine isn’t close enough 🤓. Also only doing 4 stars because the vacuums are typically clogged & the people who spray your car right before you enter never really spray or they only hit one side.. I personally think you shouldn’t offer a service if you’re going to halfway do it.

I went to wash my van, I don’t know why 5 stars, I’m still waiting for them to fix my van, it was the worst experience. Now my van looks like this.

Staff acted as if your bothering when I pointed out only half my wheel had shine and dirt spots still on truck coming off with my bare hand... They suggested to use the self service station which I already did. The water looked like mud.The carpet cleaner which is $2 for three minutes was HORRIBLE!!! I didnt even get to finish my carpets. We hadnt even started to vacuum and was told its a 10 minute limit for vacuuming.... We literally parked for two minutes and were already rushed. Great customer service there.I planned on signing up both cars next week but I think I better try another place. Not sure why I would pay where you feel like your rushed and unwelcomed.

Horrible I just got my my car out of the paint and body shop I took it there for Mothers Day and there was a big scratch on my car after it was watched no one try to help me I call left messages I went back to the car wash the manager told me if it was a defect it would have scratched the whole car I will never go there again

I love Cadillac Express. The car wash price is very easy on the wallet but the car wash quality is very good. Even the basic wash for $6 is good, but the $8 wash gets you the tri-foam wash which cleans and shines your car like it was waxed. And with that you also get the wheel cleaner which had my chrome rims sparkling like new along with the underbody wash for you mud boggers.And dont let me forget the free vacuum. Even though its a drive-through car wash, the microfiber wash brushes are very gentle on your car and wont scratch it.

Open late prices are low. And you are able to detail your vehicle. Free vacuum.

At the end of the car wash there need to be a new dry roller.....that one overdone for a new one....I understand that its not a year old but one part on the right side of the roller doesnt dry it....it jus smears the windshield....you might want to check that....and I have 2 vehicles so I came twice that day just to make sure I wasnt wrong about that.

Very few problems. I did notice a few sticky spots on my paint but they came off using more pressure with a towel while drying. I think it was from the contaminated car wash brushes but I must admit they do replace them often.

Ive been going to this car wash for two years and have a monthly subscription. Ive never had any issues and the staff had always been helpful. They work very hard. I love the new upgrades and I could definitely tell a difference. I know that if I ever had an issue that it would be taken care of. I pay a very reasonable price and its a great value

Not bad for the price I paid but it certainly could of been better. Almost the whole front end of my truck was left with dirty spots, particularly the center of my bumper and grill, and some on the sides and rear. Employees on duty seemed like they really didnt care either way. Free vacuums are nice to have..if I return it would probably be because of that.

Basic wash was $8 and Vacuum free but was not very good. I was somewhat disappointed. The first time (a few years ago) I went to this place my experience was completely different.

Does good at cleaning your car, unlike some automated washers it doesnt leave your car half clean. Plus you get a free vacuum with it. The only thing that annoys me is the attendant working the kiosk to pay is always attempting to get me to join a wash club for unlimited washes each month. And he forgot he told me he works on commission. I get he is just doing his job but if I havent bought one yet I probably wont. Let me ask you about other services, just give me what I ask for.

Easy to use. Decent pricing. But they had the air blow machines off on the weekends and this was one of the main reasons i went there. Vacuums were still on, and the machine wash got me fairly clean. Staff was okay.

I have two new 2020 cars and both were scratched at this car wash today. I come every week and today they scratched. Owner did not want to take any accountability instead said we were wrong and we were lying and that the cars came like that already. Never will be coming back here. No wonder this place has deteriorated .

I have been coming here since they very first opened. Lately, I took notice to an attendant that works there he is always the only person there working and opening up when I go there. He has a great attitude on today I asked him his name which is John for last few months I have watched him I must admit he has great customer service skills. Not sure my post will be noticed. However, if I had it my way I would recommend that he becomes more than jut an attendant. What a nice youngman he is with his tattoos and all...

I wouldnt want to recommend this place to anyone. There are much better places out there. As I was trying to wash my car I put my card in and the screen went black. Then I went to another machine and it did the same. I ended up leaving. But found on my bank statements that same day that those payments went through. So I called the bank, but the bank couldnt help me so I had go back to talk to someone from the car wash place, but they were skeptical which I get but the rudeness wasnt necessary. Hopefully, I can update this review if my problem is solved.

I like the way you can go through car wash, and your vehicle be clean. I dont mind doing own vacuuming. I really like this car wash. Employees are always very nice too.

I told the guy to make sure to get the bugs off the front of the car and he said he would make sure the are off so I go thur the carwash and leave the location on 249 and I get home and see all the bugs still on the car!!!

Im not really a person that leaves reviews but if something is not right I post for the benefit of other consumers. This establishment, so called car-wash has Horrible service, they dont wash your car right, and dont care about their customers. I asked for a rewash because there was still dirt on my truck, and it was just dust, the normal everyday dirt, Not mud or anything like that. The manager said to buy their sponge and to wash it myself, I pay for service and they still tell me to buy and do it myself. Never coming here again. I dont recommend especially when Im buying the service and they say to do it myself, that is horrible business. If they offer a $6 wash thats not going to wash then to at least put a sign no re-wash if thats their policy, so consumers dont get false advertisement. Even their staff talks bad about their manager, this place really needs to get better customer service and better management.

Decent drive thru car wash. Couldnt figure out how to work the vaccum though. Wish they had the option to add on an additional car to the monthly packages.

I stopped coming to pink Cadillac car wash but they’re now under new management and my most recent experience was 5 star! The vending machine took my .75 cent but D didn’t argue with me he quickly gave me a towel to wipe my car down! They now have gates to Control unwanted traffic by consumers. Not to mention they keep it clean!

Great car wash, always leaves my truck spotless and it has tire shine included. The vacuums work great which is a plus and the prices arent bad at all. 5 Stars.

I will NEVER return to this place. The car wash is too rough and cracked both my side mirrors. When I bought it to the staffs attention, they didnt seem like they cared at all. Plus they made it seem like it was my fault cause my mirrors didnt fold in. Not all cars mirrors turn in, the place should take that into consideration. Plus the car wash did a crappy job on washing my car. There was still dirt on it.

Great car service, bad mouthed, always miserable employees...Update: They spoke with the employees and had my money refunded due to the POS.Update: Went back again on 2/25/ 19 and had a great experience, the gentleman directed me to the kiosk and suggested the unlimited monthly package and assured that my vehicle would be safe with the washes but it eased $30 a month, when it used to be $20 a month. A bit pricey since Im hardly on the side, but it did leave my truck a little dirty and wondering if I can take it back for a second pass.

Im a little suspect about this place. Not sure If I want to go back. I have a white car and this carwash always leaves black smudge marks on my car after its washed. I dont understand it. I like the free vacuum and the place is clean but something is wrong with the carwash system.....a year later..I continued to go back. I appreciate the free vacuum abd the guy there are pretty cool to talk with. I just learned about the mat cleaner today and I got the membership as well. The owners seem involved in the comments so thats a plus

I purchased a $20 pass where I can wash my vehicle and vacuum it as many times as I like. The ground maintenance and machine operators are always on duty making sure everything is working properly and cleaned.

This car wash has multiple lanes to purchase your wash. The pay machine was a not clear to me at first. It has many options. Well layed out. Wish it was on a different road.

I use to like this location but with the new GM this place is bad the morning GM is the worst. The guys that work there are all over the place one time i almost hit one. They are in the way when you are trying to pay for the service. If i could give them not even a star would had worked for me. its been a while since i go there. I bet its still the same. They allway open late not at the time they put google.

I was by there like 6pm n a guy that works there was trying to sell me a membership n a Another guy that works there was very rude n ugly to him n was threaten the gentleman that was helping me I really think that the owner should take consideration n looking in to this n make sure to making it safe for his workers and for everyone that works there and for the ones who are clients or to those that could be Potential new clientsAnd it to very sad that the gentleman the was very nice to me And was trying to do his job for this other staff member to threaten him and its ridiculous that he has to go through this I wonder how long hes been putting up with some BS like that

If youre going to be upping the prices on the weekend, atleast fix all your vacuum stalls. A lot of them need new hoses. Also, anyway you can enforce not having 6 people at once all blasting different music. Other than that, can clean my whole car in less than 20 mins.

I love love love and would recomend all my friends and family to this carwash. The attendant Jonathan knows everything and more. He is always working hard and has a great attitude. Great car wash and even better with membership.Update 10/28/17 I went through the carwash and my emblem was broken off during the wash and no one could find it. I came back 10/29/17 in the morning and an employee found it in the floor at the wash and I was not given an answer for what to do about the incident. I cant find a policy for this type of incident for your location. Do I take that liability by going through your wash that if parts are broken off its my problem?
